I hate to parrot the other great reviews. But I will. We too hate all the issues in buying a new car. City Limits Subaru changed that after all our years of buying cars but dreading it. City Limits Subaru was the greatest. Car selection was fantastic. Even better was everyone at the dealership was above and beyond any other auto dealer. The staff was attentive, respectful, very efficient, knowledgeable and, no pressure at all. No pressure with the sale of the vehicle or the finance department. If I could I’d buy another vehicle from them tomorrow. Believe me when I say City Limits Subaru has no limits.

Very satisfied with the quality of the people that I interacted with. My sales person, Ryan Boring is outstanding. She made contact with me through my reviewing the new models. She called me and convinced me to stop by. I did, and through working out a good deal, I returned my Forester and got myself a 2024 Crosstrek. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Ryan is a great person to start with at Jenkins Subaru a very big improvement over the previous dealership ownership. Ryan took care of everything and I did not have to interact with others. I'll return for service and when this lease is up will return to Jenkins.

My Lakeshore Subaru has the best sales team around. Their involvement in the community drove me to give them an opportunity to earn my business.

We started our new Subaru buying process at another corporate dealership in Reno, but found the attitude of one of the sales managers to be rude and dismissive. They seemed to not care if we bought a Subaru with them because others would, we were told. We drove to Michael Hohl Subaru in Carson City and were treated so differently. They were friendly, easygoing, and willing to work with us on our requests. It was the least stressful and most enjoyable car-buying experience we've ever had. We were happy that our sales rep never handed us off, except to finance once we were buying. Even finance was an easy and enjoyable process, all due to who we were working with. Michael Hohl is local and not corporate, and it shows. We saved money by going to Michael Hohl Subaru rather than shopping in Reno, as well. The service department guys we spoke with sounded helpful and friendly, so we plan on taking our new Subaru to their service department. We are so happy we bought from Michael Hohl Subaru and wouldn't go anywhere else when we are again in the market for a Subaru.

We purchased a Subaru Legacy from Subaru of Keene. Our salesperson Rob Laflamme was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. My car went in for its 1st service after purchase. Immediately greeted with a smile & established my needs. Before you knew it, my car was returned freshly washed & cleaned. All work was performed in a thorough professional manner.

I in for repairs and I am always treated well. This time I got excellent customer service with one exception. My brakes need some work, fluids I think, and that service was removed. Since the repairs were financed i am a little disappointed. Now I have to make another trip to the dealership.

This Subaru is the third vehicle we've purchased from the Michael Hohl franchise the first two were Honda's. All of our vehicles were and will be serviced through their dealerships. There is a reason they are the ones maintaining our vehicles it's alway done correctly and efficiently the first time. We have never had to have any service redone. It's nice knowing you can get in your automobile and drive away without worry. Now that's service!

i contacted Ferguson Subaru/Superstore after seeing a vehicle on line. The internet sales person was friendly, stayed in contact with me and an in store sales associate was assigned. Juan, the sale associate, was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in my decision to purchase the vehicle. I would recommend this company. My husband and I recently visited Ferguson Subaru and purchased a 2025 Subaru Touring. We love it, this is probably our 6th Subaru. The outbacks drive so well .
