Tom was very helpful however the new rule that F250 trucks have to go elsewhere to just be inspected is ridiculous. Plus I don’t think havin to wait two hours for a inspection when you’re the first in line is not acceptable

He sold us our Toyota 10 yrs ago and last week sold us a very special car!! Review would not allow me to put make and model! We bought a used BMW 430i not a Subaru. I want to also add to my review that if it wasn't for David Briggs telling me place a $500 hold on my car of interest - the 2021 Subaru Crosstrek Sport, it probably would have been sold before I made the decision purchase. I cannot thank him enough for that because this was my first experience in 15 years purchasing a car.

Friendly, helpful salesman Brendan Arnold. Ford Escape PHEV is a hard to find vehicle and he kept me informed the whole time during the search. Tyler was very helpful during the purchase and explained all the option to help us get what we believe is best for us.

The experience was nice, Yvonne is the best. They used to have juice and sparkling water but they only had water. Wish they had more snacking and drinking amenities though.

I went on a Saturday when they are probably their busiest,and was well received and respected even thou I was only buying an inexpensive vehicle. I highly reccomend this dearership.I made the deal saturday with a down payment and went back Tuesday to finish paying and pick it up.
