This is my fifth new Subaru and my third Outback Touring XT. The improvements are across the board. The new system’s software and infotainment screen are major improvements along with the hvac controls all moved to buttons below the screen. The all digital driver’s screen is configurable and quite attractive and useful. The Outback is extremely quiet, the turbo engine very responsive and overall the vehicle feels more solid/substantial compared to the previous Outbacks.

My daughter, her fiancé and I purchased a 2024 Crosstrek for me in December 2023. Eddie was our sales person and his couldn't have been better. He was friendly and helpful, finding out information that he didn't know, getting back to us promptly and just generally pleasant to work with. He even came in on his day off for us. I love my vehicle, although it has been a learning curve because my trade in was a 1995 Ford Taurus! I know I can call Flatirons Subaru any time I need assistance. Overall, grat experience!

I had a great experience working with Jonathan, Jay, and Genesis?they made the entire car-buying process incredibly smooth, even when things didn?t go quite as planned. After purchasing a Toyota, I ended up needing to exchange it for a Subaru (long story), and these three went above and beyond to help me through it without making me feel like a burden or an inconvenience. They were honest, kind, patient, and genuinely solution-focused from start to finish. Buying a car can be stressful, but they made it feel easy?even when there was a hiccup.
