Very pleasant young man greeted me as I entered and was provided excellent service by parts advisor. While unfortunately I have not received same service at a Georgia dealership and will be glad to drive a little further. The dealership presented nicely with all employees noted very friendly. My buying experience was an internet sale. I live in Arizona and the car is in Nevada. My sales person, Hamid, was always quick to respond to whatever questions I had. From videos of different areas of the car to overnight documents to complete the sale. I would purchase again from this dealership.

From the minute I graced the Show Room Floor I had a Great experience. My Salesman Nathan Young seamlessly guided me thru the process of what was happening in purchasing my '26 Forester. From Test Drive to my multitude of questions he patiently answered all mu questions. Even a snack, coffee & water. He introduced me to the various Subaru personal I would be coming in contact. I chose to have Service done at this Dealership vs. one closer to my house. Thumbs UP. All employees were helpful and attentive to any needs I might have.

I want to also add to my review that if it wasn't for David Briggs telling me place a $500 hold on my car of interest - the 2021 Subaru Crosstrek Sport, it probably would have been sold before I made the decision purchase. I cannot thank him enough for that because this was my first experience in 15 years purchasing a car.

I had been looking for a vehicle new or used... Just randomly, Kevin at Ken Ganley texted me and asked was I still looking for a vehicle? I said yes... I told him what I didn't want and how much I wanted to pay per month and he found a Subaru AWD Sport with leather seats, seat warmers with all of the bells and whistles.
