Good service with oil change. Lucas weir, professional, courteous. Jacqueline Griffith also helpful with details about the new outback’s. Service took 2 hours though could have been quicker. Overall pleasant experience.

I have purchased multiple Subaru's in my lifetime including 2 from Boardman. My Sales experience at Boardman was much better than the other dealership, but what has impressed me the most is the amazing customer service I receive from the Service Department. Service Director Scott Ceratti and his team are hands down second-to-none and the absolute best. My regular Service Writer Joe Ferro always makes sure I'm getting the right level of service required to keep my car in top shape including ensuring I have the latest software updates to my radio (control center) that I may not have been aware of. They are truly the best and can't imagine making a purchase or taking my Subaru anywhere else.

The Crosstrek is new to me...after owning 4 Foresters, I wanted something slightly smaller, but equally as efficient, economical and safe. My buying experience was an internet sale. I live in Arizona and the car is in Nevada. My sales person, Hamid, was always quick to respond to whatever questions I had. From videos of different areas of the car to overnight documents to complete the sale. I would purchase again from this dealership.
