My daughter, her fiancé and I purchased a 2024 Crosstrek for me in December 2023. Eddie was our sales person and his couldn't have been better. He was friendly and helpful, finding out information that he didn't know, getting back to us promptly and just generally pleasant to work with. He even came in on his day off for us. I love my vehicle, although it has been a learning curve because my trade in was a 1995 Ford Taurus! I know I can call Flatirons Subaru any time I need assistance. Overall, grat experience!

We found the Subaru we wanted; it had just come in from shipment and the car was ready at the appointed time the next day for delivery. Rich walked us through the paperwork process with ease; Len did a great job pointing out the specifics of the vehicle from the technical perspective and Todd made the final paperwork process smooth and respectful. I would recommend the dealership on 104th in Thornton. The general manager at this store is great. Like any other dealerships you do have to beware of promises the sells rep promises that are empty promises. The service department is very hard to get through to they have a automatic answering that they should get rid of. The dealership is Great

Recently we purchased a Subaru Crosstrek from Flatirons Subaru in Boulder, Colorado. The dealership was very clean, well organized and made a good impression from the moment we entered it. The available salesman at the time we came in was Connor. He was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and mannered. He showed us several vehicles helping us to decide what to buy. If you want to buy a Subaru I definitely recommend Flatirons Subaru and also ask for Connor. You will not be disappointed. Unfortunately we had the displeasure to run into another person who looked very unprofessional. But the experience we had with Connor, convinced me to give 5 stars to this business.
