Used Subaru Outback for sale near Dellwood, MN under $15,000

Pretty friendly and all in all honest. Car was ready for me to test drive. They trusted me to go on my own lol. When it came down to the sell, they allowed me to make my own decision. The buying process was quick and easy as well.

I bought used in 2023 a 2015 premium with 214k miles. I drove it 6k miles and only replaced the CV axle, this isn't impressive sounding but it was going through constant , aggressive off reading due to the rough road conditions I had to use because I live in the rocky mountains. I got in a rollover a 60 mph and I had no injuries, airbags kept me safe. Fuel economy was dismal with 21 in the city and 24 in the highway, safety and reliability are top tier, power was surprisingly adequate, the Bluetooth was appreciated and all the safety tech and other tech was very useable and helpful and accurate. Love the car would buy it again if I had the chance

I think for the most part, I like my car. I have had a couple issues, one of them is probably not the cars fault, (but seeing other people have the same issue, it makes me wonder) I now have 50k miles on it and in that time I have only had to replace the battery and tires, to be expected on a 6 year old car. (and windshield) The windshield is the questionable item. It seemed to crack out of nowhere and I thought I must have gotten a small rock chip while driving down the highway and just didn't see it until it started to crack. So I replaced it at a cost of almost $1000. However, I am on an Outback form and it seems to be a common complaint with outback owners of this year, having the windshield crack out of nowhere. Could it be the frame design? Maybe, but it does seem suspicious that others have had the same issue. One other problem I have had is if I let my car sit unused for like 5 days, the battery goes completely dead. There seems to be a parasitic drain somewhere on the car. It doesn't happen if I drive it every day, but if it sits for about 5 days unused, the battery goes completely dead. I have read it has something to do with the DCS system in the car, but you have to pay the dealer a diagnostic fee to verify. I drive it enough I have not gotten it checked, but next time I am at the dealer I am going to ask them about it.

He was so helpful and kind. We were hesitant about going there after reading the reviews, but we were very pleased and bought a great car.

I have a tan 2005 Subaru Outback I got it 6 years ago for 6,000. now it’s at 178k miles. Did it really go up in value? or is this a brand new one? (Just had an issue - starter, replaced it - he said “clearly you take very good care of it, gonna in good shape for a long time now”)

This is a great car. Rides good and has all the bells and whistles. Clean interior. I especially love the heated seats and outside temperature along with gas mileage shown. Love this car.

Vehicle meets all of my needs and performs well. Repairs have been reasonable and cost effective. Overall comfort is good and vehicle is good for commuting and family trips.

Handles good. Wins safety awards, hope we never test that. We do like our 2015 better. My wife's sister's Tribeca kept them alive but was totaled. Can't seem to get the mileage it said on the sticker.

This dealership went above and beyond to make the car buying experience easy and quick. I spotted a car online I liked and gave them a call to check if it's still available. We made it there in 20 mins. A sales person greeted us in the lobby all ready to go. We took the car for a drive and liked it so we were willing to move forward. The problem was that we didn't have time because had a babysitter at home with kids and had to go back. They quickly evaluated my trade-in and offered a fair deal. They took some information down and we were on our way home. They took care of running numbers for the loan and after 30 mins later I got a text with my options. Super people: Service Supervisor, Austin Ryan made somewhat overdue maintenance and repairs an absolute breeze and great experience. Sprinter Specialist, Justin got my Sprinter 2500 Diesel Crew Van (purchased new in 2012) handling at its absolute like new best. Seriously my 2012 feels like a brand new vehicle. Owned this car since I ordered it new. Limited trim was worth it! At 167,000 miles I have only done routine maintenance. Synthetic Mobil 1 since I got it. Original front brakes, rears replaced only once. Solid, great mpg always. Rated at 22/29 and I routinely exceeed both by 2-3 mpg. Great in snow! CVT has NEVER given me any issues. I’ve towed boats and trailers within the 2700# specified limit without a concern. This car has been a tank and still looks like new. Paint is great, no rust or plastic degradation at all.

I went from owning a 2003 Monte Carlo SS to a 2017 Subaru Outback. It was worth every penny. My Subaru is not only reliable, functional, and cute; it also saved me from being injured in a bad crash. This past fall a six point buck hit my car head on and I never saw it coming. It was a fatal crash for the deer, but not for me. As heartbroken as I was to see my car crumpled on the front, I was so glad it wasn't me. It was a repairable fix and made me really appreciate my car.

Christopher was an excellent sales consultant during a busy year-end with a more complicated sale that required shipping the vehicle out of state to a rather picky buyer (me). Compared to another dealer I contacted this experience was “night and day”. I’d definitely recommend others to consider working with this dealership at least for the sales experience. I particularly enjoyed the fact that Chris found another RSX driver amongst the White Bear employees to perform a brief road test of my eventual car to set my mind at some ease for a real-world experience. They also were fairly cooperative about most of my requests to “seal the deal” (minor touch-up/clean up items). My only suggestions would be to see about hastening the shipping experience if that’s even possible and put a bit more effort into detail of the car before listing for sale - the car had been in their hands for a couple of months and just needed a couple small detail items to make it close to perfect for selling a 20+ year old vehicle (these were the items I had to request at time of negotiation). Nice work overall - just looking forward to the shipper to arrive that will be a great day!

We have owned it for about a week. We had a little issue with the sunroof, but Craig and his staff took care of that. Also, the Back Seat Headrests are missing, and they are getting those for us.

I was looking for something I could depend on for the next 10 years and I think I've purchased it!!! Everything seems to be perfect for what I need!

I've had Subaru brand since 1978. All were great cars. I stuck with Outback model as I like the space and AWD. Also had Camry, Mercedes, Corvettes etc so I wasn't just with one manufacturer.

I'm revising my review. I bought a very nice mustang GT Premium from Rav. I'm out of state so getting things done i thought would be near impossible after sale. Well the car had body work that was done before sale. Some issues came up with work done. I sent a review of Rav. They read it that day and by next morning I had a call from owner that they would take care of the body work. In this day and age, that's rare. Especially a smaller dealer. I really appreciate him calling and fixing. I have to get it there but they will fix. Estimate was 5000 here. Thanks Rav for responding and standing up for what you sell. Will be customer in future! great for comfort and snow driving. Navigation system little disappointing. hard to get updates. car has lots of pep. 3.6R engine is the way to go.
