My experience with the dealership was excellent.
My experience with the dealership was excellent. They have a large inventory of vehicles to choose from. When I arrived, all of the salespeople were busy with other customers, however they allowed me to test drive the vehicle I was interested in and take it to lunch while the sale floor cleared. The purchasing process was excellent with all staff being accommodating, professional, and kind through the entire process. I like that their vehicles are priced right to begin with and that the process is streamlined in a way that does not waste time - other dealers tend to drag out the bottom line with many visits to the sales manager to work the best deal when they know at the onset if they can meet the bottom line deal. My salesperson, Jeff Allen, made this experience easy and seamless. I would definitely recommend Wiscasset Ford to friends and family based on my experience with them.

GREAT DEALERSHIP
My husband and I moved from Ohio to Maine and my lease was up on my 2019 Forester. We stopped in at Bath Subaru thinking that we would not be taking a new car home. Jeff and Ben spent time with us. They happened to have one new Forester on the lot and we ended up with a new car and a new lease. It was a pleasant experience. When I contacted Ben at a later date to ask questions on the remote start I was treated exceptionally well and we got issues resolved. Bath Subaru will be a part of our car experiences while we are here in Maine. Our dealership in N. Olmsted, Ohio was the same way. Thank you to Subaru for the experienced personnel they have. I trust them! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Subaru and would recommend a Subaru to anyone looking for a great handling car. They are reliable! This is my fifth Subaru!

Two things that need to be improved
Turn signals do not have a loud sound. They are very low My 2016 Outback has nice loud turn signals. You cannot turn your radio off. The only way not to hear it is to put the sound real low. Two major complaints I have
