Had an enjoyable experience buying my crosstrek. Would definitely buy from them again. There was not a lot of pressure to buy. They gave me the time I needed to make a decision.

This is our third Outback. Seats could be better. Sit in a VW or Volvo and you'll see how they could be improved. Window buttons should located in a place where a dog can't stem on them. They moved the heated seat buttons. Our dog no longer steps on those.

I highly recommend this dealership. I went into the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted, a Subaru Crosstrek. Chris Thom went above and beyond throughout the whole experience. He was knowledgeable, kind, very professional and has excellent communication. George Palmer and Charles Inman also ensured that whole process was smooth and easy. During the past thirty (30) year, I've bought 30-40 brand new vehicles, including but not limited to, Lexus Sedans & SUV, Mercedes Benz, Cadillac (many), Chevrolet Corvette, trucks: Ford Platinum, Chevrolet, Dodge and GMC. The person who helped me at Avondale Toyota was Mr. Leonardo "Leo" Alvarez -- Leo is a straight shooter, no games, he didn't "turn" me to someone to start over -- a very pleasant transaction! In addition, Leo helped me program my iphone with my Prius--very helpful!!! So I bought a ‘21 Outback premium with 30k miles and have already put 6K more on it. Here is my honest review: if you want a fast car don’t get the 2.5 non turbo- that being said it is adequate for myself and get great gas mileage. The interior is good- I have the spec with cloth heated seats and they are comfortable and the cabin feels nice- has some cheap parts but I knew what I was buying. The infotainment is frustrating at times- auto start stop is a pain in the butt- but the infotainment itself isn’t bad with good sound and good responsiveness. The apple CarPlay will lag and be finicky at times but nothing terrible. As for drive quality it is a smooth ride and I don’t have any real complaints yet. Like I had mentioned if you want a car that is going to be fast- this engine and transmission will not do that for you. Overall I am happy so far with my purchase and feel as though I made a sensible decision when choosing this over some of its competition (I was looking at the VW Tiguan and and Mazda cx5)

I like mostly everything about my2021 Outback Limited XT. I hate the navigation system or the infotainment system as it is called. I have had it to the dealership 4 times in 3 years because the system is not compatible with my iPhone. Taking it in next week for a new radio. The navigation system stops working just when you need it most. Sometimes it flashes "Stay Alert" when you are looking straight ahead but if you turn the car off and restart, it goes away. Too bad Subaru doesn't make their own radio systems.

I took my XC60 Recharge in for it annual maintenance and explained I was having trouble with the heater in the pure drive mode. Just said he knew what the problem was and would take a look. the 2022 car was still under warranty and they were able to replace the parts and fix the problem as well as do the annual maintenance. This is the third time I've had the car into their service shop and I've always been quite satisfied. They have a very nice waiting room, so bring you phone and/or computer. Geoff Durango Colorado

Turn signals do not have a loud sound. They are very low My 2016 Outback has nice loud turn signals. You cannot turn your radio off. The only way not to hear it is to put the sound real low. Two major complaints I have

CHRIS and marcio were incredible. Their service is beyond beyond even though I didn’t buy the car. Slower than molasses in January if you don't get the turbo. But a reliable wagon that's absolutely awesome for parents. Plus, you can make up for the lack of speed by just running over stuff thanks to the ground clearance.

The acceleration lag that this car has is immediately outweighed by everything else. This car is super smooth and granny sedan comfy, and it has more utility than any equally priced SUV. The roof rails have built-in cross bars that stow, it tows 3500 pounds, and the Harmon-Kardon sound system kicks. It has butt fans, people. Additionally, the aftermarket base is thick, so accessories, customization, and reflashing options abound. The tech is old, the powertrain is old, but you see 300 of them a day for a reason.

2023 Subaru Outback Limited XT. A great station wagon (it’s not really a SUV). Comfortable leather seats, smooth ride and extremely quick with the turbo. If you don’t need seating for eight, you have no need for the Ascent. Same engine and cargo capacity and ground clearance, lower to the ground, faster, better handling and several thousand dollars cheaper. Standard all wheel drive. Full safety suite. 11.6” infotainment system is really closer to 8” as the climate control takes the additional 3.6”. The Harmon Kardon sound system will blow your doors off. Good in car navigation. Wireless Apple Car Play and Android Auto. Hands free tailgate. 0-60 in 5.8 on regular gas. Standard roof rails. Even has heated outboard rear seats. If you’re considering a midsize or smaller SUV you owe it to yourself to drive this first.

We replaced our 2015 Outback with a 2025 Outback Limited. Decided to stay with Subaru as we had good reliability in the 125,000 miles on the 2015. Normal maintenance, only 3 minor warranty issues early. The new car is one model trim higher than the previous one. The only real complaint would be the "auto engine shutoff," but that is easily turned off. I prefer the built-in look of the center display versus the tacked-on tablet on top of the dash. We had hoped to wait and see the new 2026 model but from the photos at the NY auto show debut I was not a fan of some of the changes. I should note we also have a 2021 Ascent Limited which we enjoy traveling with.

I fell in love with the Wilderness Trim from the very first time i saw it. I had a 2017 Outback Limited and loved it too. Had a co-worker who really needed a reliable, well taken care of SUV. I told her I will sell it to her. With the money i got Wilderness. Best decision ever. Has that little extra ground clearance and details that makes this car so unique. Yes the screen is large and has a lot on it, but after a while got used to it. If the Outback was my dream car, This Wilderness is beyond my dreams! The Turbo is great, gives that extra +80HP compared to my Outback and it's noticeable specially when using paddle shifters. Hope i can keep this one for many many years.

We currently own the Outback 2024 XT, and it’s a great car to drive. However, its turbo CVT engine does produce a slight lag in acceleration and when slowing down. Just a matter of getting used to. Also had issue with the lift gate button, which broke after only two months in possession. My wife and I are in our 60s, and all our kids have their own families, so thank goodness we don’t have to drive those 8 seater SUVs anymore. This outback has been the best alternative for us.

The guy I worked the deal with, his name is Bryant and made me feel welcomed. And as someone who normally had either boring or forgetful dealer experiences. I felt a connection on a personal level like we had known each other for a long time but we just met. We like the same music and he made me laugh. I felt he provided a experience that I would only experience at 1 out of every 500 dealerships. I plan to see him again.

This is my 4th Outback, so that in and of itself should say something. This is a 2025 Outback Touring XT with the turbo charged 2.4 liter motor and CVT transmission. I love this car, one of what I consider to be one of the last true wagons. Plenty of room, soft ride and safe. Subaru’s safety and reliability are the main reason I keep buying them. Mileage is pretty good considering the AWD and turbo charger. Plenty of pep. I’m averaging about 25-26 in mixed rural driving. Previous one got about 31 mpg on the highway. I’m not heavy footed so that helps. Substantial leg room in the rear seat. This model has all the bells and whistles as it’s their top of the line model. Plenty of room behind rear seat also for luggage and groceries. To me it’s just as comfortable as higher end cars at a substantially lower price point. At $45,000 MSRP can’t really go wrong in my opinion. My only complaint if you will is that it lacks a 360 degree camera and the infotainment center lags a bit on start up. Neither of these are a deal breaker for me

The Touring XT has all the bells and whistles of a luxury SUV for a lower price point. The extra turbo thrust is impressive! It has a very comfortable ride for long trips.

I went from owning a 2003 Monte Carlo SS to a 2017 Subaru Outback. It was worth every penny. My Subaru is not only reliable, functional, and cute; it also saved me from being injured in a bad crash. This past fall a six point buck hit my car head on and I never saw it coming. It was a fatal crash for the deer, but not for me. As heartbroken as I was to see my car crumpled on the front, I was so glad it wasn't me. It was a repairable fix and made me really appreciate my car.

Great performance from the 2.4 liter Turbo, great handling. Seats are very comfortable and supportive, dash layout is great and the 11.6" display has all the information that you need.

Car has an excellent ride. It is quiet. The comfort, interior quality is very good including leather seats. Fit and finish is very good. I enjoy the quality.

I think for the most part, I like my car. I have had a couple issues, one of them is probably not the cars fault, (but seeing other people have the same issue, it makes me wonder) I now have 50k miles on it and in that time I have only had to replace the battery and tires, to be expected on a 6 year old car. (and windshield) The windshield is the questionable item. It seemed to crack out of nowhere and I thought I must have gotten a small rock chip while driving down the highway and just didn't see it until it started to crack. So I replaced it at a cost of almost $1000. However, I am on an Outback form and it seems to be a common complaint with outback owners of this year, having the windshield crack out of nowhere. Could it be the frame design? Maybe, but it does seem suspicious that others have had the same issue. One other problem I have had is if I let my car sit unused for like 5 days, the battery goes completely dead. There seems to be a parasitic drain somewhere on the car. It doesn't happen if I drive it every day, but if it sits for about 5 days unused, the battery goes completely dead. I have read it has something to do with the DCS system in the car, but you have to pay the dealer a diagnostic fee to verify. I drive it enough I have not gotten it checked, but next time I am at the dealer I am going to ask them about it.
