Only went on to see and test drive a used vehicle. They were very nice about it. Took it out for test drive. Everyone there was polite and friendly and professional. Answered all questions I had. Very pleasant interaction.

This car is great. In 2020 I've bought the 2011 model. It's, by far, the most beautiful cross over SUV of it's category, not plenty of room but enough room for 7 people, the third row is good enough for kids, lots of cup holders, 4 charging outlets, a still modern dashboard. A powerful 6 cylinder engine that doesn't requires premium gas, very handy AWD for winter, but I've to admit, it has poor gas mileage, that's the only draw back of this car, in my opinion. Unfortunately, because it didn't cell much, parts are specific and expensive. On the other hand, it doesn't wear out much, it's very dependable.

Guys have lots of sweet trucks and cars to look at inside. They have 3 locations so be mindful of that.

This vehicle has lots of room for a tall guy. The AWD is far superior to the competitions. I have almost 200,000 miles on it and it hasn't cost me much to maintain besides the routine maintenance.

This car may have high mileage, but runs perfectly! There are no known problems other than minor cosmetic ones. This is a great, reliable car for the family or for a college student where it snows!

Owner for only a week. So far I am in heaven. Limited package with a few extras. I understand this model is an underdog in this class but after a LOT of research it doesn’t have the fatal flaws of newer Explorers, Cx9, Edge, Toyotas, Nissans, etc. IMHO. You’re sitting higher in this car than Those others in this class. I’m 6’4” with bad knees. This is a big plus for me! I have 4 six+ footers to drive around. Second row legroom and hip room excellent. Third row spacing doesn’t matter, but I wouldn’t want to sit back there! If I can keep this car for 5+ years I’ll be in the market for a used Subaru Ascent for sure (assuming they build one with a six-cylinder engine). Great job Subaru. Folks don’t sleep on the 2008-2014 Tribecas.

Just wanted to give my heartfelt thanks to Parker and the team at Reno Audi. After the past couple of years dealing with local and statewide dealers that have added $5k or $10k markups or forced add-on options (e.g. $5-8k “vehicle protection packages”), and dealing with long order timeframes and supply issues, my hopes of buying a new car were fading. There were only a small number of dealers that offered at MSRP, but with 8-12+ month timeframes. I decided to look out of state nearby, and connected with Parker at Reno Tahoe. From the very start, Parker was extremely responsive and took the time to understand my requirements. He showed patience and answered many of my questions, especially when it came to the logistics of purchasing out of state, and made the entire experience smooth and easy, keeping me up to date along the way. He was able to get me in immediately for a build slot and got me an order at the factory. The entire process from initial contact, placing the factory build order, to receiving the new vehicle was less than four months, which includes the month-long ocean shipping time. Parker went over available rebates/incentives and purchase options and the Reno team gave me realtime support when it came time to registering the vehicle at my local CA DMV office. Reno management also checked in to make sure things were going well and if there were any questions or help needed. This has been by far, the best experience I’ve ever had interacting with a team at a dealership and purchasing a vehicle. Great for towing!! Strong motor that will tow 3500 pounds no problem!. Does everything well.... not perfect, but a great all around SUV for the money and it tows!

I owned my Tribeca for for years and only had wear and tear issues. The car always started even on the coldest days engine is quiet and the transmission shifts smoothly. The only problem was the rear differential temp light would come on but that is a common sensor issue. The Tribeca is great for a fist time car.

The best customer service I have ever received at a car dealership. Absolutely no pressure and gave us plenty of time to look at it!! Found car online and drove 2 1/2 hours from Ohio and would definitely do it again. Well worth the trip!!

Bought the car around 4 months ago. The car is actually better than I expected. I got around 16 mpg in the city and around 24-25 mpg on the hwy whenever there is no traffic. AWD came very handy this winter when we got hit with alot of snow. Can drove like there wasn't any snow:) I think that people under appreciate tribeca and if they give it a chance they'll be very supriced. In my book it's not any worce than Acura MDX or Honda Pilot. Buy it you wont be sorry.

I really like this SUV. The size is perfect. The interior is very nice and I got all the options. Very powerful engine, but it does drink some gas. That is the only downside. People have talked about the third row seating, but I assumed that is for kids and since I do not have any, Its fine to me.

This car meet all my expectations it has a really strong engine and transmission pretty good interior all weel drive 5 speeds etc...etc.am so happy whit this car.

We needed a 3 row that was not huge and ungainly. We wanted AWD and a good back up camera too. This is nice. It has a useful amount of room even with all seats occupied. With the 6 of us, and one third row seat in use, there is a lot of room. Third row is cramped, but kids dont mind. It has GPS, and uses that large color screen for the backup camera. Giving excellent rear view. Its a Subaru, so its AWD of course. Its pleasant to drive, adjustable even for small folks with good visibility. My wife is a new driver and she can handle it well, and I have found AWD drive makes a real difference in winter driving and adds a measure of safety for a new driver. All in all, we are well satisfied

This is a very comfortable and luxurious car. I have 174000 miles and other than routine maintenance have had no trouble with it at all.

Purchased our Tribeca one week ago with only 5 miles on it. We already own a 2010 Legacy and have been very pleased with the performance, reliability and fuel efficiency of the Legacy. Had a trip planned to Atlanta from Savannah for the following week so we decided this would be a good time to test the Tribeca. The performance and handling of the Tribeca is top notch and easily compare to any other high end SUV. The only complaint I have thus far is with the lack of fuel efficiency. From Savannah to Atlanta I got 18 MPG and the return trip averaged 20 MPG. Overall the trip was 17 MPG including the stop and go in Atlanta. I got spoiled with the performance, reliability and fuel efficiency of the Legacy and expected the same from the Tribeca. I am sure Subaru is already looking into squeezing a few more MPG out of the Tribeca, just wish they would have done it for the 2011 models. The performance and handling of the Tribeca far outweigh the 4 or 5 MPG you will save in gas on comparable models, plus this is a proven AWD vehicle and you will definitely appreciate it when you have to make a U-turn during a thunderstorm because you GPS cannot get a signal.

We bought a 2010 Tribeca about six months ago and we love it!!! We didn't know much about Subaru, but had done extensive research on the other crossovers in the same class. The Tribeca beat them all hands down when we took a test drive. And six months later, we could not be happier with our choice. I don't understand whey Subaru is not up there with Toyota and Honda. Evidently some people just don't know about the exceptional vehicles being made by Subaru. I've driven several so-called luxury vehicles in the past years that could not stand up to my Tribeca.

We love driving this car. We bought a 2010 Tribeca Limited with the back-up camera but not the navi/entertainment options. We wanted a car with a third row for occasional use, that was very safe, and had enough horsepower that we could, say, make left-hand turns onto high-traffic streets with confidence. Since we live in Chicago, we also wanted a car that was small enough that we could easily park it in tighter spots. Tribeca totally fits the bill. I liked driving the Mazda CX-9 but it was bigger AND the rear safety rating was "marginal" (www.iihs.org). The Tribeca is as safe as a Volvo XC90 but more reliable and less expensive. A no-brainer. A friend with a Pilot commented that her car doesn't have the same pick-up as the Tribeca. I LOVE the back-up camera--gives a wide, clear picture of what's in back of you. Caveats: when the third row is in use the 2nd/3rd rows are a lot like coach class airline seats. If you'll be using the 3rd row for cross-country trips or to haul groups of 6'2" teenage boys then look elsewhere. Also, there's a reasonable but not a ton of storage space up front for spare change, sunglasses, etc. Okay for me but not for everyone. If you go to look at a Tibeca remember that moving the 2nd row seats requires using the yellow button AND the under-seat metal bar. Not all salesmen know this (ours didn't). Also adjust the front seats to where you would want them before fiddling with the 2nd & 3rd rows. Our salesmen had the front seats back 8" further than me or my 6' husband wanted them, and that made the legroom in the 2nd row look small. (The 2nd row is actually HUGE when those seats are moved all the way back.) We almost dismissed this car before test-driving because the seat positions made the car look so cramped.

Adding a remote lift gate and a 6-Speed trans would make this vehicle outstanding. We purchased this vehicle in Oct O7, an 08. I must admit, adjusting to the fuel useage has not been that easy, especially with the rising fuel prices. There have been no problems with this veh, and services have been done. When shopping, I looked only at the Honda Pilot and the XC 90. Since this dealership sold both Volvo and Subaru, I visited the service and learned which vehicle was here more frequently, Volvo, my decision was make and I have not looked back.
