My husband and I moved from Ohio to Maine and my lease was up on my 2019 Forester. We stopped in at Bath Subaru thinking that we would not be taking a new car home. Jeff and Ben spent time with us. They happened to have one new Forester on the lot and we ended up with a new car and a new lease. It was a pleasant experience. When I contacted Ben at a later date to ask questions on the remote start I was treated exceptionally well and we got issues resolved. Bath Subaru will be a part of our car experiences while we are here in Maine. Our dealership in N. Olmsted, Ohio was the same way. Thank you to Subaru for the experienced personnel they have. I love my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek! It's great in all weather conditions, which is one of the main reasons I bought it. I live in the Buffalo area and I needed a good car for the snowy winters. It's roomy enough to hold plenty of luggage and even my dog's large crate but easy to maneuver and park. I love all the safety features and special features such as the large media display.

Love my Camry Didn't listen to me when we were talking. Was told my car I traded was worth 18,000. Had to wait 2 weeks for Camry to come in and all I drove it was to work and home and took 1000.00 off.

I had to make a 5 1/2 hour drive recently and loved how smoothly my car drove, especially using cruise control with “eyesight” so it slowed when I was too close to the car in front of me. I couldn’t even feel it; I watched the speedometer. Love the safety features and extras like seat warmers and large sunroof.

It was only an oil change but I was in and out, handed my keys with a smile and then I got in my car and drove away ?

Its been more reliable than anything I’ve owned so far . Not very comfortable at times ! the steering wheels a little cold in the winter but its not the luxury model . The manual transmisions smooth shifting is perfect 5 speed to get you down the road!

I was searching recently for a Honda Accord for my 20 year old granddaughter. I started my search at cars.com. Within a few minutes I was able to get a sense of the price range for a good used Accord. I spotted a 2017 Honda Accord with 67,000 miles at Crafts Motors in Lisbon, Maine. Most of the other vehicles had over 100,000 miles. I called the dealership and spoke to Mike Storm. He gave me a brief history of the car. We were able to test drive the car later the same day. Three days later one of his drivers met me at an independent auto repair shop. They gave the car a clean bill of health. My granddaughter purchased the car later that same day at a very competitive price. I highly recommend doing business with Mike Storm and his team mates at Crafts Motors!

I love this car. It’s comfortable and gets great gas mileage. I love the Android Auto app. The sound system is perfect. I was able to get the color I wanted.
