So I bought a ‘21 Outback premium with 30k miles and have already put 6K more on it. Here is my honest review: if you want a fast car don’t get the 2.5 non turbo- that being said it is adequate for myself and get great gas mileage. The interior is good- I have the spec with cloth heated seats and they are comfortable and the cabin feels nice- has some cheap parts but I knew what I was buying. The infotainment is frustrating at times- auto start stop is a pain in the butt- but the infotainment itself isn’t bad with good sound and good responsiveness. The apple CarPlay will lag and be finicky at times but nothing terrible. As for drive quality it is a smooth ride and I don’t have any real complaints yet. Like I had mentioned if you want a car that is going to be fast- this engine and transmission will not do that for you. Overall I am happy so far with my purchase and feel as though I made a sensible decision when choosing this over some of its competition (I was looking at the VW Tiguan and and Mazda cx5)

When our son graduated from college this past May, we knew he would need a reliable vehicle to get back and forth from work. Already having two vehicles from St J Auto, we knew where to go. Daniel fell in love with the 2020 Buick Encore GX on the lot. We set up an appointment to test drive the car. Doug, one of the sales managers was great to deal with. He answered all our questions, and I was pretty persistent on a few questions, thank you Doug. The buying experience was made easy by the staff at St J Auto, and we thank them for that. The lady in finance (sorry, forgot name) answered all our questions and got us to a final price we were happy with. After taking the car home, we ran in to a few minor problems and also had a minor recall on the Encore GX. The employees in the service department were great to deal with, Denise, Jackie, and Zac all helped us with the issues. There were a few things we didn't understand what was going on with the recall and all, but in the end the staff at St J Auto once again did a great job getting us through another car buying experience.

My first Subaru although each of my kids had a used one as their first cars. Very well made, It is quite comfortable but I wish the seats went up a little bit more. I bought the Premium model and it has everything you could ask for. Handles great, has more than enough oomph, and I am averaging around 26.5 mpg in mostly city driving. Took a 200 mile out and back trip, and averaged 34.8 mpg. I will certainly buy another Subaru when it is time, usually every 2-3 years.

Leah and Ed worked hard for us and made the car buying process fun. We will definitely return when the time comes.

Ride Is very comfortable and good gas mileage And great for value I would by another one of those any time to ride around good.

The Internet sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable. Consider doing business with them if the price is right.

7th Subaru for this Alaskan. This is the best I’ve ever had. Bought the Touring edition, new, & still blown away by the rig. Tested out with a cross country camping trip & comfort, adaptability, utilities, dependability - all a 5. Took a tent, but not even needed, w/firm foam to create a level, comfy bed area. Now I get why my cousin tried to replace his Ascent Touring with a Lincoln Navigator. Ended up selling the Nav to go back to an Ascent Touring. The first Sub I’ve had that Dad proclaimed ‘comfortable’ and ‘perfect’. I chose the Captains chairs for the 2nd seat, and passengers have loved the comfort & their view, as well as their controls, drink holders, etc. I love the options to simply control everything. Almost killed by a drunk driver long ago, I keep a very close eye on everything around me. Visibility in this rig is mind blowing. And that’s on top of all the cameras that monitor what’s happening. Safety features are perfect. Like listening to music, radio, podcasts? Sound in the Touring edition is heavenly. Very, very impressed with this rig.

Due to the current truck shortages dealers have been adding $5-15,000 over MSRP but you guys stood by your MSRP price. They also met me in NY at airport with my truck to save 5 hours off of my return drive. Couldn’t have asked for a more simple process and great team to work with. Thank you for all the help.

I called the sales department at 7 am. Was greeted by Emma. Confirmed the truck I wanted to look at was available. Upon arrival I was not overwhelmed by a salesman in the lot. Excellent. Once I went inside I was promptly greeted by Emma who remembered me calling and immediately had the truck I wanted to see ready for my inspection. Very professional young lady and very down to earth. Next I was greeted by Dean in sales who was a great guy. No pressure whatsoever from him. Tested the truck. Asked for a price. Got it ASAP with no xx. Great guy. Deans attitude and honesty sold me. Haven’t been in a dealership like this before. Honest real people. Not the fake people trying to get your money. I was next introduced to any in finance and she was very professional and very pleasant. Just wish I got to meet her dogs. Overall best experience buying a vehicle I have ever had. First things first... I view any car as a necessary evil.... I view them as something to get stuff from point A to point B. If I had My druthers I'd bicycle everywere but, since I live in the Berkshires of Massachusetts and as such we get a lot of snow and I can't. The Impreza fits the bill of what I need in a car. I have driven many cars in all kinds of conditions, the Impreza has never let me down. I'll admit it won't win most drag races but if you're looking for safety and reliability look no further. Mine is a lease and is the base model, but is chock full of great and useful features such as lane assist, hazard warning and my favorite adaptive cruise control (which brakes for you as the car in front of you slows down.) I had the first iteration of the Impreza in the nineties and that was good... This is awesome. Before I leased the Impreza I did due diligence by test driving Honda, Hyundai, Nissan and Toyota... The Impreza had most of the features I wanted at the price point that I wanted... Also the only manufacturer that offered AWD on the base model.
