Bought my 2015 Subaru 2.0XT Touring brand spanking new off the Subaru dealership's lot. Have owned it all this time about 9 years straight. Take care of your car with regular oil changes, servicing at recommended intervals, and your car will take care of you. Performed the required recalls during service periods. Not 1 single regret on owning this car, ever. It rides smooth and true. Had a clicking issue in the ball joints 2 years ago which Subaru fixed free of charge. Other than that, this car has been my dream machine.

got the car mid 2023 as a gift. it’s my first car and honestly, it’s amazing. doesn’t have anything too flashy, but gets me from point a to b. she’s super spacious, though my heated seats sometimes don’t work. the ac does break sometimes, but i love how fast the take off speed is :)

Owned this car since I ordered it new. Limited trim was worth it! At 167,000 miles I have only done routine maintenance. Synthetic Mobil 1 since I got it. Original front brakes, rears replaced only once. Solid, great mpg always. Rated at 22/29 and I routinely exceeed both by 2-3 mpg. Great in snow! CVT has NEVER given me any issues. I’ve towed boats and trailers within the 2700# specified limit without a concern. This car has been a tank and still looks like new. Paint is great, no rust or plastic degradation at all.

Hi I am writing a 6 month review of my 2013 F-150 , I shopped for a replacement truck for a long time could not find a good truck at a fair price. It all came together for me at Discount Auto the truck was and is everything Pat said it was. I keep my vehicle 10 years I have know doubt this truck will go the distance.

I recommend this car very much for harsh conditions such as hard rain, snow, etc. And does pretty good in both commuting and having fun, it has its own car issues as any other car but still is very reliable.

I bought my 2009 forester with 200k on the click. She was well locked after but has a few scratches here and there but paint work is still beautiful. Performance is great but she is heavy on fuel. This is expected from an AWD as the engine is pulling all 4 wheels continuously at the same time. No oil leaks, aircon works well. The only major issue I have had was the thermostat falling. I caused my radiator to crack due to pressure building up. I removed it and she is running perfectly. I live at the coast in South africa so our winter temp never drop below 10° and our summer average at 30°. Overall, I'll will be buying another forester with it's great space and power....love it

Very nice car I bought from them, 6 months ago, runs great. We use our Subaru Outback (wagon) on picnic trips, camping and much more. Its a great vehicle overall. A small family sedan with a lot of trunk space. Has enough power to pull a truck out of the snow. Overall it's a great all season car and comfortable car with good power and torque.

I had a great experience with Discount Auto. I bought a used Volvo that was inspected, had new wipers, new tires, pretty new battery, and they threw in an alignment when I mentioned there was a wobble as I did a test drive. The entire staff was so friendly, even though I was there at the end of their Saturday hours. When I couldn’t get a ride to pick up the car during their weekday hours, they brought the car to me, an hour away! I will buy from Bill again, he is very kind and his staff is above par with their accommodations!

Vehicle meets all of my needs and performs well. Repairs have been reasonable and cost effective. Overall comfort is good and vehicle is good for commuting and family trips.

Great value considering the superior safety features, low maintenance and reliability. Rear wheel bearings have been replaced twice and just had the AC compressor and serpentine belt replaced. Albeit expensive repairs, all cars need something after the first 3 years. It's been 8 years and the car still run and drives like new.

Bought this car three years old with less than 50K miles on it. I’ve loved it since we got it. It has been very reliable, fun to drive, with pretty minor drawbacks. For example the maintenance has been very minimal. I haven’t noticed ANY oil burning or leaking (I have personally changed the oil every 3-4K miles). Sometimes on long trips it will burn some oil and need a top off, which the car alerts us to. Overall I’d buy this car over and over as long as it fit my needs at the time. Currently looking into an Ascent for future hockey trips and other trips.

I drive eighty miles round trip to work. My Legacy is quiet, comfortable and the Eye Sight is great! I’m safe and secure knowing my Subaru has my back. I’d like better mpg but at 32 on average I guess I shouldn’t complain. Love my Subie!

I bought up from a 2003 Outback 6 cylinder that I put 289,000 miles on and I was not sure how I would like the 4 cylinder, but I actually like it better. Subaru knows how to make an engine!

I had driven by this dealership many times when staying with my elderly Dad in Sewell and always admired the exceptional selection of vehicles that were featured for sale on their lot. When back home in Philadelphia , I never imagined that my search for a newer Lincoln Navigator would take me right to the place I always admired, but there I was. I found what I was looking for and the staff did everything they could to make this a seamless transition for me. I needed to bring the purchase back to have a paint issue taken care of, and they took care of it in a timely fashion, and to make me even happier, were able to get me the keyless entry code that I bugged them about. Mine is a 3.6r Limited. Overall an excellent car but a few things are annoying. The Eyesight is a great feature, but the annoyance here is that it doesn't work when the weather is truly bad, which is probably when you need it the most, or when you're driving into a sunrise or sunset. Once I didn't tighten the gas cap after filling up, causing the check engine light to come on. That should be expected, but the annoyance here is that it also disables ALL of the car's advanced safety features until you get the check engine light reset. The bluetooth works fine and connects to my phone faultlessly every time, but there is a huge black window that pops up on the screen to tell me that the phone is connected. The timing is such that it always pops up just when I'm about to back out of my driveway over the sidewalk. My driveway has a large tree on one side and bushes on the other, so I need to be able to see if anybody is walking by at the exact time the view from the backup camera gets blacked out. Yes, you can still check the old-fashioned way, but Subaru could have done a bit more fine tuning on the software. I always thought Subarus were supposed to be easy to do routine maintenance by yourself, but replacing a headlight bulb is ridiculously difficult. You have to remove the liner from the wheel well (at least the front part) and reach blindly into the narrow space at the top of the fender to get to the bulb. The 3rd brake light on the rear hatch seems poorly designed and can leak water. I fixed mine by taking it off and applying some silicone caulking. No issues with it since, but I've never had to do anything like that with any other car. Aside from these issues, the car has been comfortable and reliable. The 3.6L engine is smooth and never feels underpowered.

Got an older forester from these guys a few weeks back for my kid. No funny stuff, they quoted me on a phone and kept their word when I got there.

I was between a rock and a hard place after my Honda passed away-it drove itself to its demise due to the handbrake not on tight enough. So I had nothing to trade, no leverage. I know Subarus owned many Outbacks and they go forever. The problem is I'm 5' tall and this car is too big for me after the Honda and a Miata I have. I had 2 big dogs and felt the car would be great for a dog owner. Which it is. One dog rode on the back seat (covered) the other had the back to herself. Great for a dog owner. If you need a crate there's plenty of room. This would be a great vehicle for a children or pet family. I only have one 10 yr old dog left and this uses too much gas for me to consider a practical vehicle.

This is a follow up review, I did have to change the head gaskets out on my 2010 forester. I've seen this is common, once again, the work is able to be done by a DIY mechanic. Since 2020 Ive had to change the ignition coil, spark plug wires, head gaskets in February of 2024, and also the crankshaft position sensor. The car had 165,000 miles when the head gaskets needed changed. So far it has 173,000 miles and still runs well. Also changed were the clutch and throwout beairng, and another timing belt change. It still runs very well, the exhaust is getting rusty and have had to fix that, overall its been a good car. I've owned it for 12 years and the ability to work on it yourself is what I really like about it, it isn't fast, but its quite utilitarian and my dog loves it as well. So if you don't mind working on your own stuff its one of the easiest cars to work on with the way the engine is oriented in the longitudinal position. I've always changed the oil every 4-5000 miles since I've had it, the heads and valves were completely clean. I'd say if one keeps up the servicing on these they are good vehicles to own. Not looking forward to when it blows, they don't make plain cars like this now adays.

I own the 2011 Impreza Outback Sport. Can't say enough great things about this car. Over the past 10 years I have put 155,000 miles on it and it's still my every day vehicle. The biggest issue I've ever had with it was I had to replace the fuel pump around 120k. It's great in the snow, it handles very well overall, and I know it's safe to drive thanks to Subaru's 5 star crash rating.
