Our sales person was Robyn. My wife doesn't like shopping for a new car because the sales people are usually very pushy. In this case it was completely opposite. Just purchased a couple of weeks ago. If we buy another I would definitely look for her. JOHN

The best car-buying experience EVER! We walked into the dealership knowing what we were looking for, but not intending to "take the leap". There was no pressure, Mitchel listened to our preferences and was able to locate our dream car. We fell in love at first sight! Our Ascent Touring in Dark Mahogany Pearl fits our needs perfectly. Mitchel even fulfilled our last-minute request for wireless charging and got it to us before pick-up. On the day of pick-up, Rich went through our financing and extended warranty needs explaining everything and getting us set up. This is our 7th Subaru, the first from Brewster, and we couldn't be more satisfied! We will be back.

It was a long trip from New Jersey to get here but I knew this place was the right one because they had a great first impression by showing transparent price policy. After I put my deposit, every procedure I went through was smooth and they were professional, and they work as a very organized team. If you actually visit the place, you will know what I mean. Besides all of that, Chris Kinder was the best representative I have ever met including all other brand representatives. He explained every single button you might want to know before you drive and he made our purchase experience very precious in every perspective. I had a great experience at Palisades Mazda. I scheduled to test drive a used vehicle, and when I got there on the same day, they had the car ready to go. No wasting time. I also drove another car same day. I wound up purchasing one of them, and the entire process from when I stepped in the door to leaving after the purchase was 2hrs. Stephen and Nicole were a pleasure to work with and both knowledgeable. This is how buying a car should be. No sales gimmicks or fees on the back end. Very straightforward and honest.
