Only gripe is no adjustable visors and side mirrors. I am short and the visors do not adjust in length. The side mirrors swing in and out but not up and down so there is interference for me. I have the seat adjusted to the max and use a cushion but still have a problem.

I have owned my 2017 Forester since late 2016. Except for normal maintenance I've had no problems with thr vehicle. All of the warning systems work very well,they have saved me from accidents numerous times. The automatic seat repositioning when some one else has used my is really handy eliminates all the adjusting needed to get the position back to my needs. Traction and controll during winter and bad weather are excellent. My forrester get used like a truck at times. Great overall car.

Karen was absolutely great. She had two vehicles for me to try a RAV4 hybrid and a Corolla Cross. Provided a lot of information about both, wasn’t pushy. I ended up with the Rav4. Super easy process. Was in and out in no time. Pickup day was great too. She ran through a little paperwork, then paired me up with a specialist to run through all the features of the vehicle, even paired my phone for me. A++. I can’t say enough, Karen was great.

The Forester is the first SUV I ever owned. It has had a few issues, but the dealership, Kenny Ross in Irwin Pa, has always been top notch in customer service. First issue was the orignal tires went bald after only 10,000 miles. I called Kenny Ross and they said they would contact corporate. Got 4 new tires at no charge. Next issue I did not even know I had. Took it in for an oil change and they tell me I need a new CVT. Didn't know I had a problem. No charge again. Last issue was a radio that kept giving an error message and would not work. Took four visits to isolate the problem, but now have a new radio that brings in more stations. Again for free. Highly recommend the bumper to bumper warranty. Money well spent.

We stopped in to test drive the Rav 4 and within 15 minutes we were out on the road! Nick was fantastic start to finish in helping us acquire the proper insurance and banking documents that we needed to purchase the car. He was there at the end to congratulate us and send us on our way. 5 stars! The pick up process was excellent and exceeded our expectations. I love that Balise provided someone to talk us through the features of our vehicle before just letting us drive off to figure it out on our own. Nate was fantastic in doing this. Very calm and thorough. I did not feel rushed. He got my phone connected with apple play, which is super cool! He showed me how all that stuff worked and he answered all of my questions. I love that if I have any future questions about the car or the technology that I can check in without feeling like I am bothering someone. Good vibes!! 5 stars! I love the new car. Just bought our second car from Hampden Trading Company and are very happy. They stand by their word and worked with us to get an expensive repair done at their expense. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a good used car.

Purchased this car used in 2023. Right from the start had issues with the A/C compressor. It went out and I had it replaced with a used one to save a bit and it immediately went out again after a week. Mistakenly, I had an another used compressor put in and it proceeded to essentially blow up and damage my battery and belts. I guess there is an issue with the part for this model year. Otherwise I have not had any crazy issues other than regular maintenance costs. I absolutely love this car for its storage ability. It's small enough to handle city driving and small parking spots, but large enough to fit everything you need to carry. I fit all of my furniture and belongings in this car when moving. As for comfort, the heated seats are a great feature, however, I do find the seats gets quite uncomfortable after driving for more than a few hours. I drive this car back and forth to work daily and have no problem with its performance. Gets pretty good gas mileage for mostly city trips (24mpg). You can feel each and every bump that this car goes over, but it's not anything unbearable.

Hampden Trading Company was fantastic, we were able to get the car we wanted and it is perfect. I highly recommend working with them and I will be using them for any future auto purchases again!

I've owned a 2011 Subaru Forester for years and it has been supremely dependable through northern Michigan weather. Super cold to humid and muggy, it's been a comfortable, reliable ride throughout.

The Crosstrek was the most reliable car I ever had and it never failed to get me somewhere, even in deep snow and ice in very rural areas. In fact, I liked this one so much, I bought a newer model as my next car. The AWD, comfort, and ease of drive of this car is excellent,

Purchase our Ascent June of 2022 ,love the vehicle it now has little over 44,000 miles on it put new tires on at 29,000 not because of wear but for long trips,brakes are still in great shape at last inspection,we are retired but travel with our dog companion,this car has traveled to New Mexico across to Florida and to Florida every winter and also to Maine and the comfort is just fantastic and our overall gas mileage is twenty five MPG and yes when and if we need to trade it will be another Subaru!
