When I brought the vehicle in later that week as we had scheduled, he discovered that the brake pads needed to be replaced and did so, free of charge. I absolutely love my Porsche Cayenne. Safe and efficient. My daughter uses it for school 1,000 miles away. I feel very good about its safety and reliability. She is into the outdoors and has made several camping trips. Never had a problem. Subaru service s also very good.

I drove 950 miles to buy a specific used car and it was worth it!! The vehicle was just as described. The salesman knew I would be less than happy if it wasn't. After the deal had been agreed to the owner came out to me and noticed the gas tank was less than1/4 tank and handed me a "L" note and apologized for the tank not having more in it! A truly nice gesture.

2018 forester 105000 miles it's smooth, quiet and very reliable it's needed nothing but a rear wheel bearing and oil changes. Has great visibility and drives really nice the gas pedal is a little touchy, and it sips gas I ave 30mph in winter and 34mph in summer

I have owned my 2017 Forester since late 2016. Except for normal maintenance I've had no problems with thr vehicle. All of the warning systems work very well,they have saved me from accidents numerous times. The automatic seat repositioning when some one else has used my is really handy eliminates all the adjusting needed to get the position back to my needs. Traction and controll during winter and bad weather are excellent. My forrester get used like a truck at times. Great overall car.

Texted them from the website asking if a car was still available. Responded very quickly and told him I'd be there after work at 6. By the time i got there the car was pulled up and warmed up (I had my pregnant fiance and 1 year old with me so that helped a ton!) My fiance has an EXTREMELY SHORT FUSE. We've been shopping for a few months now and shes blown up at every dealer, each time with either pushy or straight up degrading salesmen/manager. Michael somehow had her laughing and enjoying her time. HUGE PLUS HERE! The dealership is very clean and upscale feeling. Clean white desks, classic and supercar memorabilia scattered nicely. I made a reference to my fiance that it felt like an "Apple Store" with how chill the vibe and atmosphere is. Came out numbers all itemized. None of that obnoxious 4 quadrant "what payment are you comfortable with" nonsense. Gave me what I wanted for my trade, a deal on a newer car thats way below kbb pricing. Warranty included. All under 2 hours from me stepping into the car to testdrive. I have found my new dealership and salesman. When we will want to trade our pathfinder, we will absolutely buy from here again.

I have a 2020 Forester with 19000 miles. I love it, especially as a tall and aging man. It it easy to drive, easy to get in and get out. Miles per gallon is great, typically well over 30 mpg in day to day city driving. I have noticed a number of complaints about batteries. I think in 2019-2020 they had a bad supplier of batteries. My experience was total battery failure at about 10000 miles. I had to purchase a replacement from AAA. Such stories were common during that period. I was irritated but received reimbursement even though it is not typical for a dealer/car company to do so. Smart dealers want to keep your business. The only other expenses were created by potholes knocking the car out of allignment and nails in parking lots puncturing the same tire twice! Sweep your xxxx parking lots retailers and restaurants.

This is my first Subaru and I’m so impressed! Just a great drive! I love the safety and convenience features…but I also just love to drive again!!!

I like the solid feel of the car and the sturdy and high ride. Good acceleration. It would be a better SUV if the ground clearance was at least 10” or 12”, with the exhaust pipe properly tucked away!

I was shopping online for a Landrover evoque. I emailed Michael French and he followed up with me almost immediately and showed genuine concern for my need. Scott was able to find me the lowest rate and reworked the paperwork many times due to me changing the downpayment amount several times . He was always professional friendly and accommodating. I drove from Pennsylvania to obtain this car, I asked them if they could open early to facilitate my return trip. Michael and Scott met me 1 hour prior to when they were due to open. Scott made the financing paperwork quick and painless. I was quickly on my way, but not before Scott drove my rent a car 10 miles out of his way to help aide my situation and return my car. I drove past thousands of dealerships to get to this one and after my experience today I know I made the right decision. I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a no hassle friendly experience buying a car.

10/29/2022 2 wks ago i bought 2018 forester premium. Overall very happy with the vehicle. It feels solid for a small car.The drivers seat is very comfortable for me. Im 6"0 and weight 230lbs. My only complaint so far is freeway driving. Seems to wander alot and if on grooved payment with wind then it becomes a chore to drive.

Bought this car three years old with less than 50K miles on it. I’ve loved it since we got it. It has been very reliable, fun to drive, with pretty minor drawbacks. For example the maintenance has been very minimal. I haven’t noticed ANY oil burning or leaking (I have personally changed the oil every 3-4K miles). Sometimes on long trips it will burn some oil and need a top off, which the car alerts us to. Overall I’d buy this car over and over as long as it fit my needs at the time. Currently looking into an Ascent for future hockey trips and other trips.

The team directed me to a pristine used model with low mileage that met my needs. The experience was painless and efficient.

I have a 2020 Subaru Outback Touring 2.4L turbo model, the fully-loaded, most expensive model. It replaced a 2011 standard Outback with a 2.5L engine and manual transmission. My only criticism is poor gas mileage, about 23-24 mpg versus the 2011's 28.2 average over more than 100K miles. I like the power (260 HP) but might have forgone the turbo had I anticipated the unimpressive mileage. My 2001 Audi Q5, with a 260 HP 2.0L turbo engine, averages 28+ mpg, but cost $10K more than my Subaru. I rationalize by recognizing that $10K will buy a lot of gasoline.

Very good power, fantastic AWD system, goes very well in snow. Keeps up with V8 cars and can go threw snow like a truck. Only downside is fuel economy is poor for a 4 Cylinder and loud road noise.

I bought this car in 2014...best car I ever owned. Have only replaced tires and am about to replace brakes. Now my husband wants one too.

When I first went in, I left with a 2023 VW Atlas, thinking that was the car for me. However, after the first 24 hours, it was very apparent that it wasn't. When I signed my papers I saw they had a 7-day return policy. I contacted them, fully thinking there would be problems or pushback. They took not only took the Atlas back but exchanged it for the car I ended up with, a 2023 Mazda CX-5 Premium Plus (which I LOVE). After dealing with others in the area and the price gouging or overpromising and underperforming I have seen since COVID, it was nice to see a dealership do it right. Not only did they earn a loyal customer, but I have no problems recommending them to others.

I recently traded in my 2022 Ascent for a similar 2023 model. The 2022 model had brakes issues/noises right from the beginning of ownership. Subaru gave me a great deal on the 2023 model. A number of improvement were found on the 2023 model. Obvious one is the exterior styling with new front grille, headlights and taillights. Interior improvements include updated Eyesight, quieter ride, better steering and brakes, larger multimedia screen including front and backup camera screens, driver profile system. A few other tweaks here and there, making the 2023 Ascent Touring a decent and very safe SUV. Not necessarily sporty or thrilling but perfect vehicle for commuting in town and long road trips.

I purchased a used vehicle for my grandson and I have to say once again your facility is the best. Luke & Duncan helped us get a great deal on a Nissan Sentra. 5 Stars is not enough. Absolutely have loved my Subaru Outback Touring. We have the 3.6 and it has not had a single issue after 43k miles. The interior is beautiful in the Touring. The nappa leather has held up surprisingly after my Audi's leather had cracks after only 12k. Love all the features you get with the Subaru and SPACE for the dogs without having to buy a huge SUV. First time Subaru owner after having owned an Audi A4, Infinity QX, Volkswagen Touareg as well as a Dodge. BEST one yet and it's not even considered a luxury brand. Cannot wait to get the next one!

Spontaneous windshield cracked to 2 1/2 feet in just seconds! No stones seen, without warning, bang. The part cost $850.00 more for eye-sight calibration! Subaru dealer said total cost, around $2000!

Not a pushy bunch. Sales folk seemed decent but I only worked with one. Just be aware of the typical dealer antics. They will work with you to get you the car you can get, which may surprise you

mechanically sound but the electronics stink. Radio won't play. Screen insensitive at times. Not at all pleased with electronic connection with car. Wish I had my old 11 outback . Also brakes will engage without pressing to brake pedal. Get rid of the safe driving message.
