Turn signals do not have a loud sound. They are very low My 2016 Outback has nice loud turn signals. You cannot turn your radio off. The only way not to hear it is to put the sound real low. Two major complaints I have

Other than battery replacement , car has been amazing ! 1 exception cup holders are located too far aft and require driver to look down to locate cup without removing eyes from road ! This issue has been partially addressed in later years by offsetting passengers holder slightly forward of drivers, but still awkward position ! both should be more forward nearer to dash !

Tyler took extra time to send us a video of the available vehicles we were interested in. He also found the exact vehicle we wanted and brought it to us from another location.

I've never owned a Subaru before but after purchasing the Forester, I may never own anything but a Subaru again! I love the Eyesight Drivers Assistant that it came equipped with. I can see why this car has one of the best safety ratings out there. The interior is very open, spacious, & comfortable and the panoramic sunroof is amazing! It drives and handles like a dream. I would recommend this car to anyone. You won't be disappointed!

I have a 2020 Subaru Outback Touring 2.4L turbo model, the fully-loaded, most expensive model. It replaced a 2011 standard Outback with a 2.5L engine and manual transmission. My only criticism is poor gas mileage, about 23-24 mpg versus the 2011's 28.2 average over more than 100K miles. I like the power (260 HP) but might have forgone the turbo had I anticipated the unimpressive mileage. My 2001 Audi Q5, with a 260 HP 2.0L turbo engine, averages 28+ mpg, but cost $10K more than my Subaru. I rationalize by recognizing that $10K will buy a lot of gasoline.

I purchased a 2021 Chevy Blazer from this dealer. I contacted them first via email and received a prompt call and thorough video of the car since I lived an hour away. The mileage was incorrectly listed tho, and it was actually 10k less, so then they increased the price of the car… They were not willing to negotiate price on the phone so I drove there. They offered me a ridiculously low price for my trade in. I said no and they eventually paid what I asked for it. Overall the process was smooth and I am happy with my car.

I’ve owned this car for about 18 months. It has I bought it new and it now has about 17,000 miles on it. I love driving it. The safety features are excellent! The performance is good. I’m getting around 32 MPG for all around driving. I have the car maintained at the dealership and haven’t had any mechanical issues. I would definitely recommend this car.

I had reached out to Grant Coleman about a 2010 tundra and we came to a great deal. He was one of the best sales person I have ever come across in all my years of buying a vehicle. He was call upon by someone wanting the same truck that i had all already placed a deposit on an spoke very ill about Grant not selling him this truck. Grant and i played phone tag for 5 days about me buying this truck and finely we came together and now i have a wonderful truck thanks to Grant"s loyalty to me. I think for the most part, I like my car. I have had a couple issues, one of them is probably not the cars fault, (but seeing other people have the same issue, it makes me wonder) I now have 50k miles on it and in that time I have only had to replace the battery and tires, to be expected on a 6 year old car. (and windshield) The windshield is the questionable item. It seemed to crack out of nowhere and I thought I must have gotten a small rock chip while driving down the highway and just didn't see it until it started to crack. So I replaced it at a cost of almost $1000. However, I am on an Outback form and it seems to be a common complaint with outback owners of this year, having the windshield crack out of nowhere. Could it be the frame design? Maybe, but it does seem suspicious that others have had the same issue. One other problem I have had is if I let my car sit unused for like 5 days, the battery goes completely dead. There seems to be a parasitic drain somewhere on the car. It doesn't happen if I drive it every day, but if it sits for about 5 days unused, the battery goes completely dead. I have read it has something to do with the DCS system in the car, but you have to pay the dealer a diagnostic fee to verify. I drive it enough I have not gotten it checked, but next time I am at the dealer I am going to ask them about it.

We were in the market for a car and came across what looked like a great deal at Walt Sweeney Ford on cars.com. I called the dealership and was put in touch with Brett Jostworth. We made arrangements to come in on Saturday. Took the car for a drive, made a minor request on the interior and bought the car the next day. The reason we made the decision so quickly was Brett. His approach to sales and general nature really made a stressful time not stressful at all. I can’t say enough great things about Brett!

I was between a rock and a hard place after my Honda passed away-it drove itself to its demise due to the handbrake not on tight enough. So I had nothing to trade, no leverage. I know Subarus owned many Outbacks and they go forever. The problem is I'm 5' tall and this car is too big for me after the Honda and a Miata I have. I had 2 big dogs and felt the car would be great for a dog owner. Which it is. One dog rode on the back seat (covered) the other had the back to herself. Great for a dog owner. If you need a crate there's plenty of room. This would be a great vehicle for a children or pet family. I only have one 10 yr old dog left and this uses too much gas for me to consider a practical vehicle.

Chad and Sheri were great! Firestone in Newport, KY are dishonest. It was suggested that I go to Performance Honda by my close friend. Performance Honda fixed what Firestone tried to mess up. I will NEVER go back to Firestone in Newport, Kentucky.P H will be my go to from now on. Word of mouth, they are worth the drive. Performance Honda in Fairfield, Ohio. 2023 Subaru Outback Limited XT. A great station wagon (it’s not really a SUV). Comfortable leather seats, smooth ride and extremely quick with the turbo. If you don’t need seating for eight, you have no need for the Ascent. Same engine and cargo capacity and ground clearance, lower to the ground, faster, better handling and several thousand dollars cheaper. Standard all wheel drive. Full safety suite. 11.6” infotainment system is really closer to 8” as the climate control takes the additional 3.6”. The Harmon Kardon sound system will blow your doors off. Good in car navigation. Wireless Apple Car Play and Android Auto. Hands free tailgate. 0-60 in 5.8 on regular gas. Standard roof rails. Even has heated outboard rear seats. If you’re considering a midsize or smaller SUV you owe it to yourself to drive this first.

I went from owning a 2003 Monte Carlo SS to a 2017 Subaru Outback. It was worth every penny. My Subaru is not only reliable, functional, and cute; it also saved me from being injured in a bad crash. This past fall a six point buck hit my car head on and I never saw it coming. It was a fatal crash for the deer, but not for me. As heartbroken as I was to see my car crumpled on the front, I was so glad it wasn't me. It was a repairable fix and made me really appreciate my car.

This is my third Subaru Forrester. I like the newer safety features and ease of handling. The size is perfect for me, not too small or too big! I would recommend if you’re looking for a midsize vehicle.

I like the solid feel of the car and the sturdy and high ride. Good acceleration. It would be a better SUV if the ground clearance was at least 10” or 12”, with the exhaust pipe properly tucked away!

Great value considering the superior safety features, low maintenance and reliability. Rear wheel bearings have been replaced twice and just had the AC compressor and serpentine belt replaced. Albeit expensive repairs, all cars need something after the first 3 years. It's been 8 years and the car still run and drives like new.

I bought used in 2023 a 2015 premium with 214k miles. I drove it 6k miles and only replaced the CV axle, this isn't impressive sounding but it was going through constant , aggressive off reading due to the rough road conditions I had to use because I live in the rocky mountains. I got in a rollover a 60 mph and I had no injuries, airbags kept me safe. Fuel economy was dismal with 21 in the city and 24 in the highway, safety and reliability are top tier, power was surprisingly adequate, the Bluetooth was appreciated and all the safety tech and other tech was very useable and helpful and accurate. Love the car would buy it again if I had the chance

Overall, had a very positive experience with Kings Kia. Worked with Jake G to look at several different used cars and he was honest and respectful young man. Also briefly chatted with the Dylan and he was a real professional. Kind, courteous and with a big smile. Finally, after deciding to make a purchase, work with Rhonda in finance and she couldn't have been nicer and more professional. A real pro's pro, so to speak. When it comes time for me to look for my next car, I will start with King's Kia, no doubt about it!

Spontaneous windshield cracked to 2 1/2 feet in just seconds! No stones seen, without warning, bang. The part cost $850.00 more for eye-sight calibration! Subaru dealer said total cost, around $2000!

I was having trouble syncing my iPhone to the Apple car play on my Titan. Went to Nissan service there and Matt and Scott were absolutely outstanding. Although not being too familiar with that system, Matt patiently worked and worked the problem and found the solution. Matt and Scott know how to treat a customer right! They were always patient and respectful. Keep these guys!

I lucked into finding a returned leased 2020 Outback in July of 2022. Beautiful white exterior, drives like my '13 Legacy (handed down to my daughter, thus the new car for me!). Apparently Outbacks and Legacies have the same body frame, and driving this new Outback is a dream! This is my 4th Subaru and I absolutely, without a qualm, recommend them for handling, snow, comfort, style, cargo capability. After reading the reviews here, I can agree with two issues: battery and display screen. I also had a dead battery with no apparent reason. The dealership went over the car looking for a "battery draw," but found nothing wrong. They replaced it (under warrantee), and THE NEXT DAY the new battery was also dead. The explanation was this new battery had come from a warehouse and should have been charged before installation. No charge to me and no problems since, but definitely an inconvenience. The second drawback I would mention is the display screen. Way overwhelming, hard to find the functions to change driver assist et. al., and too difficult to drive while trying to change your heat, seat temp -- basic controls that should not require the driver to look down so much and for so long. No issues with operation of the screen. Finally, and maybe this was a one-off experience, I had to have the hood repainted because a leaf had left a weird stain right in the center of the hood. I cannot claim the stain was there when I got the car, but we tried every safe method (including wet sanding) to remove it and it was under the finish (according to the body shop). I'd venture to guess it came off the assembly line like that and it was fairly faint until you noticed it. Finally, I am strongly loyal to the dealership, as they have done right by me in many situations. They are fair, give me clear explanations and warn me about upcoming repairs, considerate, and have on more than one occasion checked a warrantee on my behalf to get me a better price.

I was quite pleasantly surprised to have such a good experience at Subaru of Kings Automall. Just days before at a different dealer, I was treated to the classic bait-and-switch when I showed up to test drive an advertised car (after calling to verify it was there first). At Subaru of Kings Auto Mall, the car was ready for me to test drive when I arrived. Peter in sales was friendly and helpful. Price was as advertised. They offered a fair value for my trade. They offered add-on services as an option, not the common hard sell. The whole process was smooth and fast; they seemed actively invested in not wasting my time, a real breath of fresh air after many contrasting experiences at other dealerships. I can see why they have such high ratings, and can certainly recommend based on my experience.

LOVE this car, maybe a little biased since this is my 5th Forester, my 2nd Wilderness. My first Wilderness was totaled in a head-on collision when a young driver spilled coffee and veered into my lane and struck me head-on. That was my 1st Subaru Forester Wilderness and IT SAVED MY LIFE. Full curtain all-around airbag deployment with a roll, the Wilderness coming to rest on it's right side, me still strapped into seatbelt, and the Subaru automatic crash notification with a live person on the speakers asking me if I was ok and needed 911! Smoke still coming from the airbag deployments, and there is a live person coming over the speakers asking me if I'm ok. It was surreal. SUBARU FORESTER WILDERNESS SAVED MY LIFE! TYVM Subaru! LOVE this car! Gets 25+ MPG with conservative driving, a great ride and suspension, superior traction in mud and snow, load-out practically anything/rack bikes (or whatever on the roof racks), sleep in the back with ample room, superior rear-gate lift mechanism with memory, seats super-comfortable and easily adjustable, solid rear-seat leg-room, easy rear-seat fold-downs for massive cargo area that takes my full HVAC tool load-out for servicing ice baths all over the NorthEast US. A great value, especially CPO with +10K mileage (vs. new) MONEY WELL SPENT! SUBARU FOR LIFE

I was impressed how well I can see out of the car at all angles. It is difficult for me to turn my body due to neck, hip and back problems. I am 5'10" and have very long legs. This car also has alot of head and leg room. My daughter rides comfortably in her booster seat in the middle seat. I feel I have more control and better handling with this car then any other. I have had a Honda Accord, Volvo XC90, Toyota Corolla and Cadillac Deville in recent years. My only complaint is the front seats are uncomfortable. (My other car is a Deville which feels like a recliner.) There isn't anything fancy about the car but I just have the base model. I am happy with all the features and the gas mileage is awesome. There is a ton on truck space.
