I went from owning a 2003 Monte Carlo SS to a 2017 Subaru Outback. It was worth every penny. My Subaru is not only reliable, functional, and cute; it also saved me from being injured in a bad crash. This past fall a six point buck hit my car head on and I never saw it coming. It was a fatal crash for the deer, but not for me. As heartbroken as I was to see my car crumpled on the front, I was so glad it wasn't me. It was a repairable fix and made me really appreciate my car.

I have purchased three vehicles at this dealership over the years and I will keep coming back because: 1) they are honest! I did my research online and was able to build my deal online and I had no surprises!!! Zero! The price I was quoted was the price I paid each time and they even found me some additional discounts! 2) They treat you like royalty no matter what! When I purchased my first vehicle my credit was crappy. They were able to get me in a new car and NEVER EVER made me feel like anything other than royalty! Two vehicles later, credit is great and they they still treat me like a million bucks! 3) The quality of support and customer service is unmatched! Slower than molasses in January if you don't get the turbo. But a reliable wagon that's absolutely awesome for parents. Plus, you can make up for the lack of speed by just running over stuff thanks to the ground clearance.

I fell in love with the Wilderness Trim from the very first time i saw it. I had a 2017 Outback Limited and loved it too. Had a co-worker who really needed a reliable, well taken care of SUV. I told her I will sell it to her. With the money i got Wilderness. Best decision ever. Has that little extra ground clearance and details that makes this car so unique. Yes the screen is large and has a lot on it, but after a while got used to it. If the Outback was my dream car, This Wilderness is beyond my dreams! The Turbo is great, gives that extra +80HP compared to my Outback and it's noticeable specially when using paddle shifters. Hope i can keep this one for many many years.

The Forester is the first SUV I ever owned. It has had a few issues, but the dealership, Kenny Ross in Irwin Pa, has always been top notch in customer service. First issue was the orignal tires went bald after only 10,000 miles. I called Kenny Ross and they said they would contact corporate. Got 4 new tires at no charge. Next issue I did not even know I had. Took it in for an oil change and they tell me I need a new CVT. Didn't know I had a problem. No charge again. Last issue was a radio that kept giving an error message and would not work. Took four visits to isolate the problem, but now have a new radio that brings in more stations. Again for free. Highly recommend the bumper to bumper warranty. Money well spent.

Other than battery replacement , car has been amazing ! 1 exception cup holders are located too far aft and require driver to look down to locate cup without removing eyes from road ! This issue has been partially addressed in later years by offsetting passengers holder slightly forward of drivers, but still awkward position ! both should be more forward nearer to dash !

Great value considering the superior safety features, low maintenance and reliability. Rear wheel bearings have been replaced twice and just had the AC compressor and serpentine belt replaced. Albeit expensive repairs, all cars need something after the first 3 years. It's been 8 years and the car still run and drives like new.

The acceleration lag that this car has is immediately outweighed by everything else. This car is super smooth and granny sedan comfy, and it has more utility than any equally priced SUV. The roof rails have built-in cross bars that stow, it tows 3500 pounds, and the Harmon-Kardon sound system kicks. It has butt fans, people. Additionally, the aftermarket base is thick, so accessories, customization, and reflashing options abound. The tech is old, the powertrain is old, but you see 300 of them a day for a reason.

We currently own the Outback 2024 XT, and it’s a great car to drive. However, its turbo CVT engine does produce a slight lag in acceleration and when slowing down. Just a matter of getting used to. Also had issue with the lift gate button, which broke after only two months in possession. My wife and I are in our 60s, and all our kids have their own families, so thank goodness we don’t have to drive those 8 seater SUVs anymore. This outback has been the best alternative for us.

Turn signals do not have a loud sound. They are very low My 2016 Outback has nice loud turn signals. You cannot turn your radio off. The only way not to hear it is to put the sound real low. Two major complaints I have

LOVE this car, maybe a little biased since this is my 5th Forester, my 2nd Wilderness. My first Wilderness was totaled in a head-on collision when a young driver spilled coffee and veered into my lane and struck me head-on. That was my 1st Subaru Forester Wilderness and IT SAVED MY LIFE. Full curtain all-around airbag deployment with a roll, the Wilderness coming to rest on it's right side, me still strapped into seatbelt, and the Subaru automatic crash notification with a live person on the speakers asking me if I was ok and needed 911! Smoke still coming from the airbag deployments, and there is a live person coming over the speakers asking me if I'm ok. It was surreal. SUBARU FORESTER WILDERNESS SAVED MY LIFE! TYVM Subaru! LOVE this car! Gets 25+ MPG with conservative driving, a great ride and suspension, superior traction in mud and snow, load-out practically anything/rack bikes (or whatever on the roof racks), sleep in the back with ample room, superior rear-gate lift mechanism with memory, seats super-comfortable and easily adjustable, solid rear-seat leg-room, easy rear-seat fold-downs for massive cargo area that takes my full HVAC tool load-out for servicing ice baths all over the NorthEast US. A great value, especially CPO with +10K mileage (vs. new) MONEY WELL SPENT! SUBARU FOR LIFE

We purchased our new 2026 F350 here and the experience was great. No pressure at all. Even the add-on warranty stuff had no pressure. We asked lots of questions and he just simply supplied answers for us, printed out everything and gave us days-weeks to think about it. No pressure to buy anything. Our salesman, Michal "Meehow" Swiercz, was great as well. Always responded to phone calls or texts (even on his days off) and always got us the information we needed. This is my 3rd Subaru Outback. I have found the Outbacck to be a very reliable, comfortable and excellent all-wheel-drive vehicle. I love that even with the updated Subaru makes every few years, when I purchase a new one I have very little I have to learn to drive the newer version. However, it is always good to have the dealer go over the various updates and idiosyncrasies of your new or used Subaru Outback. I have been driving an Outbac since 1990's, and always seem to go back to this same brand and model because it is so safe in North Carolina's winter months when we get icy roads and sometimes snow. I have even tried to spin out my Subaru Outback on ice covered snow, just toseewhatwould happen. The car skidded to the side of the road but didn't sin out. And yes, I did this in a very safe environment where I had lots of empty space and room. I'm not totally crazy. The Subaru outback is a perfect car for individuals that doa variety of sports, for families looking for a safe and roomy car for up to 3 children. It easily sits 5 comfortable lying, and has child locks on the doors. The All-wheel-drive is the best other road. I also love the daylights that stay on all the time, and don't effect the battery running down as Logan you drive it regularly. My 2017 pairs well with my Samsung phone, as it would with any Android or I-phone. Ithaca plenty of additional electric outlets for listening to your MVP player or for your children playing games on their cell phones or tablets. The cargo area, whichI love, it bigger than that on a Forester, although Iusually put the backseat down sour dog s can move around while we drive. They have been trained Nottoway come into the frontseat area, unless invited at the beginning of a ride. You can also use a dog seat belt or a baby or dog seat installs easily in the Outback. And your can easily reach into a baby seat of dog seat to check on your human or pet baby, if it is placed on the opposite side inches backseat from where you are seated.in newer models of the Outback they have added extra storage compartments for electronics or other small to medium size objects that you may need handy. I also like that their is no ashtray, though one can be requested being put in. Their are plenty of cup holder both in the frontseat area and back seat area. An Ihave haul lumber an long items on top ofthe vehicle on the storage rack, and bought home a considerable load of plants and soil with the back seat folded down. The protective Tay and backend storage net came standard with my 2017 Subaru Outback, unlike many more expensive stationwagons or SUVs. The rear net is great for holding a small amount of grocery bags in place or several trays of plants. My 1917 Subaru Outback has airbags front and on the sides. The dashboard elements are easy ro read, and setting up the cruise control and distance from cars is easy to do. I sometimes frustrates me, but the 2017 Outback is set to slow down automatically if you are behind an vehicle. This can be a pain when you are wanting to past another car, but I've learned through habit to exceleratemanually when passing, so it is not a big deal, and the slow down feature is great when traveling it tracific, such as in big cities like Charlotte or Raleigh. Lastly I love my leather seats. They looks good today in 2022 as they did when I first purchase this car is December 2017. With regular washings, and dusting and or leather treating the interior the leather will last beautifully until the car has well over 250,000 miles on it. And that is both on road and off road driving. I've taken my Outback on some pretty rough roads, like Old 105going from Lake James area Linville using very old forestry back roads. My car takes these dirt, bumpy roads like a dream, with room to spare underneath.

I’ve owned this car for about 18 months. It has I bought it new and it now has about 17,000 miles on it. I love driving it. The safety features are excellent! The performance is good. I’m getting around 32 MPG for all around driving. I have the car maintained at the dealership and haven’t had any mechanical issues. I would definitely recommend this car.

Service associate Allysa made my day! AC not working! Hot, Hot, Hot. Just as I was getting in the shuttle for a ride home, she came running out and said "it's fixed". The DUAL button on the AC controls had been depressed accidently. Saved me a diagnostic fee. Five stars for her!!

Likes: spacious interior despite modest exterior dimensions, easy to maneuver, great visibility all around, comfortable ride, good traction, handling, and braking, nice interior finish on sport model, strong steering responsive headlights yet they don't blind opposing traffic, very good optional Harmon sound system, numerous effective safety features, low insurance premiums, adequate acceleration..a few cons: actual economy slightly under EPA estimates, seat may be a bit too firm for some but easy to address by adding a thin seat cushion, mandatory sunroof on all but the base model..I wish Subaru would just make that a single option..rough engine start-stop ..however I disable it each time I start engine so it can be a non issue...no reliability issues yet but since this has a cvt and fairly complex safety features, long term reliability is unknown..

This is our second Forester. Our first was a 2011 Premium we bought as a CPO in 2014 and unfortunately went through the headache of excessive oil consumption within months of buying it. Subaru did eventually replace the engine short block on their dime, but only after repeated oil consumption tests and being told by the dealer service department that it was within normal limits. Calling Subaru of America was the only way we got it resolved. I was impressed that they approved the service, and that's the reason we bought another Subaru. We also have a 2018 Outback Premium in our garage--no oil consumption, and no major issues except replacing the radio for failed lighting behind the volume knob and a minor leak in the oil pan (no dripping underneath the car though) at about 42k miles. We like our 2023 Forester Sport overall, and first and foremost we like its excellent safety ratings and features. I will say the ride is much firmer than our Outback which is only a couple hundred pounds heavier. Wish it had a little more storage in the center console and beneath the climate controls. We look forward to many years of driving with the Forester (and our Outback). Based on our experience, I do feel getting a Subaru-backed extended warranty is worth it for peace of mind (we bought them for our first Forester and now our Outback and both eventually paid for themselves). You DON'T have to buy the warranty when you purchase the vehicle. Call different dealers in your state and ask for their price on an extended warranty for your vehicle--we saved hundreds of dollars by doing this. You have until your manufacturer warranty expires to add an extended warranty.

Bought my 2015 Subaru 2.0XT Touring brand spanking new off the Subaru dealership's lot. Have owned it all this time about 9 years straight. Take care of your car with regular oil changes, servicing at recommended intervals, and your car will take care of you. Performed the required recalls during service periods. Not 1 single regret on owning this car, ever. It rides smooth and true. Had a clicking issue in the ball joints 2 years ago which Subaru fixed free of charge. Other than that, this car has been my dream machine.

This is my third Subaru Forrester. I like the newer safety features and ease of handling. The size is perfect for me, not too small or too big! I would recommend if you’re looking for a midsize vehicle.

I bought used in 2023 a 2015 premium with 214k miles. I drove it 6k miles and only replaced the CV axle, this isn't impressive sounding but it was going through constant , aggressive off reading due to the rough road conditions I had to use because I live in the rocky mountains. I got in a rollover a 60 mph and I had no injuries, airbags kept me safe. Fuel economy was dismal with 21 in the city and 24 in the highway, safety and reliability are top tier, power was surprisingly adequate, the Bluetooth was appreciated and all the safety tech and other tech was very useable and helpful and accurate. Love the car would buy it again if I had the chance
