If I could give more stars than 5, I definitely would! Lila Bubier, Mark Deal, trade checker and Kia Finance went above and beyond to get me out of my negative equity from my Hyundai Ioniq 5. I am so grateful to have a new 2025 Kia Sorento Plug-In Hybrid. I had originally went in February, but did not come away with a deal. Lila has consistently reached out to me asking if I was interested and provided many different options to get me at the price point that I wanted. It was not easy, but we made it to the end goal. I had to make a 5 1/2 hour drive recently and loved how smoothly my car drove, especially using cruise control with “eyesight” so it slowed when I was too close to the car in front of me. I couldn’t even feel it; I watched the speedometer. Love the safety features and extras like seat warmers and large sunroof.

Always nice people to deal with, I've never had any problems with them. I've been buying toyota from them since 1973, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Service and sales have always been excellent 👌.

Other than battery replacement , car has been amazing ! 1 exception cup holders are located too far aft and require driver to look down to locate cup without removing eyes from road ! This issue has been partially addressed in later years by offsetting passengers holder slightly forward of drivers, but still awkward position ! both should be more forward nearer to dash !

I’ve owned this car for about 18 months. It has I bought it new and it now has about 17,000 miles on it. I love driving it. The safety features are excellent! The performance is good. I’m getting around 32 MPG for all around driving. I have the car maintained at the dealership and haven’t had any mechanical issues. I would definitely recommend this car.

i think car max got it right when they make you an offer they are serious.it is good for 7 days and the process is rather seamless

Turn signals do not have a loud sound. They are very low My 2016 Outback has nice loud turn signals. You cannot turn your radio off. The only way not to hear it is to put the sound real low. Two major complaints I have

So I bought a ‘21 Outback premium with 30k miles and have already put 6K more on it. Here is my honest review: if you want a fast car don’t get the 2.5 non turbo- that being said it is adequate for myself and get great gas mileage. The interior is good- I have the spec with cloth heated seats and they are comfortable and the cabin feels nice- has some cheap parts but I knew what I was buying. The infotainment is frustrating at times- auto start stop is a pain in the butt- but the infotainment itself isn’t bad with good sound and good responsiveness. The apple CarPlay will lag and be finicky at times but nothing terrible. As for drive quality it is a smooth ride and I don’t have any real complaints yet. Like I had mentioned if you want a car that is going to be fast- this engine and transmission will not do that for you. Overall I am happy so far with my purchase and feel as though I made a sensible decision when choosing this over some of its competition (I was looking at the VW Tiguan and and Mazda cx5)

2023 Subaru Outback Limited XT. A great station wagon (it’s not really a SUV). Comfortable leather seats, smooth ride and extremely quick with the turbo. If you don’t need seating for eight, you have no need for the Ascent. Same engine and cargo capacity and ground clearance, lower to the ground, faster, better handling and several thousand dollars cheaper. Standard all wheel drive. Full safety suite. 11.6” infotainment system is really closer to 8” as the climate control takes the additional 3.6”. The Harmon Kardon sound system will blow your doors off. Good in car navigation. Wireless Apple Car Play and Android Auto. Hands free tailgate. 0-60 in 5.8 on regular gas. Standard roof rails. Even has heated outboard rear seats. If you’re considering a midsize or smaller SUV you owe it to yourself to drive this first.

Excellent Service from the Dealer, I was in a tough spot that could have easily left me with a bad taste in my mouth, but thanks to their quick and friendly help, it turned into a positive experience. I truly appreciate their prompt service and genuine willingness to help.

I have owned my 2017 Forester since late 2016. Except for normal maintenance I've had no problems with thr vehicle. All of the warning systems work very well,they have saved me from accidents numerous times. The automatic seat repositioning when some one else has used my is really handy eliminates all the adjusting needed to get the position back to my needs. Traction and controll during winter and bad weather are excellent. My forrester get used like a truck at times. Great overall car.

Slower than molasses in January if you don't get the turbo. But a reliable wagon that's absolutely awesome for parents. Plus, you can make up for the lack of speed by just running over stuff thanks to the ground clearance.

Karen was absolutely great. She had two vehicles for me to try a RAV4 hybrid and a Corolla Cross. Provided a lot of information about both, wasn’t pushy. I ended up with the Rav4. Super easy process. Was in and out in no time. Pickup day was great too. She ran through a little paperwork, then paired me up with a specialist to run through all the features of the vehicle, even paired my phone for me. A++. I can’t say enough, Karen was great.

This is my third Subaru Forrester. I like the newer safety features and ease of handling. The size is perfect for me, not too small or too big! I would recommend if you’re looking for a midsize vehicle.

I got the 2025 Subaru Forester Touring. I stayed with Subaru because I loved my 2017 Touring. I'm familiar with the layout. Hybrid was not available, but I heard the battery cuts into the cargo space.

Mobile Service is so convient and easy. No more looking at calendar to try to figure out when I can fit in oil change or repair. I call make an appt and they come and do it where I am. I absolutely love this service! Mike is very helpful, knowlegable and accomidating.

LOVE this car, maybe a little biased since this is my 5th Forester, my 2nd Wilderness. My first Wilderness was totaled in a head-on collision when a young driver spilled coffee and veered into my lane and struck me head-on. That was my 1st Subaru Forester Wilderness and IT SAVED MY LIFE. Full curtain all-around airbag deployment with a roll, the Wilderness coming to rest on it's right side, me still strapped into seatbelt, and the Subaru automatic crash notification with a live person on the speakers asking me if I was ok and needed 911! Smoke still coming from the airbag deployments, and there is a live person coming over the speakers asking me if I'm ok. It was surreal. SUBARU FORESTER WILDERNESS SAVED MY LIFE! TYVM Subaru! LOVE this car! Gets 25+ MPG with conservative driving, a great ride and suspension, superior traction in mud and snow, load-out practically anything/rack bikes (or whatever on the roof racks), sleep in the back with ample room, superior rear-gate lift mechanism with memory, seats super-comfortable and easily adjustable, solid rear-seat leg-room, easy rear-seat fold-downs for massive cargo area that takes my full HVAC tool load-out for servicing ice baths all over the NorthEast US. A great value, especially CPO with +10K mileage (vs. new) MONEY WELL SPENT! SUBARU FOR LIFE

Next to top rating in Consumer Reports. Lives up to its rating 100%. Only concerns thus far, after three weeks of use. 1) takes time to learn use of various electrical and mechanical controls -- after 20+plus years of VW Jetta ownership, "a lot is different." Just have to be patient learning all the new features. 2) Auto-safety features (staying in lanes, braking distance warning, etc.) are helpful to some less-attentive drivers but annoying to this long-experienced user. Fortunately, they can be turned off and stop the chirping.

I purchased the 2023 Wilderness trim in August and I chose it because I live in a very snowy and mountainous area. I certainly needed an upgrade from my trusty 2wd, low-clearance hatchback. I can watch the season change with more peace of mind with its high clearance, AWD and features like Starlink and X-mode ready to step in when called upon. I’m a huge fan of the vehicle’s exterior styling and the interior feels luxurious and durable. The cabin is well-insulated from engine and road noise. One drawback is that the sound system lacks depth even with the base turned all the way up (I don’t have the Harmon Kardon stereo option). I’ve never owned a car with a sunroof before and I love letting in extra daylight and looking up at the cliffs and trees during stops so I can’t imagine life without it, now. Even the low beam headlights provide clear-as-day visibility on the darkest nights, but I’d be worried about blinding other drivers so I’d give more follow distance. Many reviewers seem dissatisfied with its acceleration, but it hasn’t felt underpowered to me and I drive a Chevy Suburban for work. It feels like I’m barely touching the accelerator to cruise up steep grades, but I’m a leisurely driver so my expectations differ. :)

The Forester is the first SUV I ever owned. It has had a few issues, but the dealership, Kenny Ross in Irwin Pa, has always been top notch in customer service. First issue was the orignal tires went bald after only 10,000 miles. I called Kenny Ross and they said they would contact corporate. Got 4 new tires at no charge. Next issue I did not even know I had. Took it in for an oil change and they tell me I need a new CVT. Didn't know I had a problem. No charge again. Last issue was a radio that kept giving an error message and would not work. Took four visits to isolate the problem, but now have a new radio that brings in more stations. Again for free. Highly recommend the bumper to bumper warranty. Money well spent.

I was between a rock and a hard place after my Honda passed away-it drove itself to its demise due to the handbrake not on tight enough. So I had nothing to trade, no leverage. I know Subarus owned many Outbacks and they go forever. The problem is I'm 5' tall and this car is too big for me after the Honda and a Miata I have. I had 2 big dogs and felt the car would be great for a dog owner. Which it is. One dog rode on the back seat (covered) the other had the back to herself. Great for a dog owner. If you need a crate there's plenty of room. This would be a great vehicle for a children or pet family. I only have one 10 yr old dog left and this uses too much gas for me to consider a practical vehicle.

The acceleration lag that this car has is immediately outweighed by everything else. This car is super smooth and granny sedan comfy, and it has more utility than any equally priced SUV. The roof rails have built-in cross bars that stow, it tows 3500 pounds, and the Harmon-Kardon sound system kicks. It has butt fans, people. Additionally, the aftermarket base is thick, so accessories, customization, and reflashing options abound. The tech is old, the powertrain is old, but you see 300 of them a day for a reason.

I had an excellent experience at Balise Toyota throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend purchasing a car here. Nick was great from the beginning. We stopped in to test drive the Rav 4 and within 15 minutes we were out on the road! Nick was fantastic start to finish in helping us acquire the proper insurance and banking documents that we needed to purchase the car. He was there at the end to congratulate us and send us on our way. 5 stars! The pick up process was excellent and exceeded our expectations. I love that Balise provided someone to talk us through the features of our vehicle before just letting us drive off to figure it out on our own. Nate was fantastic in doing this. Very calm and thorough. I did not feel rushed. He got my phone connected with apple play, which is super cool! He showed me how all that stuff worked and he answered all of my questions. Last November I drove my 2018 Outback Premium (which I loved) to the local dealer to test drive a 2025 Limited XT and get the complimentary $50 Visa card they were promoting at the time, and ended up driving back in the new XT. Following are my impressions after 10 months of ownership. We're big fans of Subaru's safety tech. My wife's car is a 2023 Forester, and the Reverse Automatic Braking has saved her from at least one accident. Her previous car was a 2021 Hyundai Tucson, and its reverse sensors seemed like they never worked. If safety is a priority, you won't find many manufacturers that beat Subaru (same for their all wheel drive system). The newer generation EyeSight system is superior to the 2018's. I would commonly turn off the Pre-Collision Braking on the 2018 (which was easy with the physical switch unlike the virtual switch accessible only through the head unit on the 2025) since I found it to be oversensitive when I was following someone making a right turn. The 2018 would prematurely brake which I feared could lead to being rear ended. My 2025 does not have the same issue, and while it has given me a blinking/beeping warning in the dash display in similar situations, it has not started actually braking like the 2018. For me, I have found I only get warnings from the car when my driving actually warrants it. The extra power of the 2.4L turbo (XT) was a big selling point, although I feel it's not mated to the CVT as well as the non-turbo 2.5L. There is noticeable throttle lag with the XT which you have to get used to, but man, it really moves after that momentary lag. I never found my 2018 non-turbo to be underpowered, but I definitely love the extra punch of the turbo. One of my biggest hesitancies with the 2025 was all the touchscreen buttons/menus of the head unit, but the joy of driving the car has softened my annoyance. Since I don't feel the need to shut off any safety features, I never have to look for them in the head unit menus. When I start the car, I only turn off the auto start/stop with the dedicated button at the bottom of the screen and wait the usual 20-30 seconds for the head unit to fully boot up giving the turbo/engine time to get lubricated before I put her into drive. I'm a big fan of wireless Android Auto and have found it to be very stable (and much better than the wireless dongles I tried with the 2018). I use the automatic climate control 99% of the time, so I don't miss the physical buttons and knobs in the dash (all I need are temperature up/down which ARE physical buttons). It's a great cruising vehicle with a great ride, and I look forward to packing the family inside for extended road trips. I'm happy we have the last year of the "wagon" generation of Outbacks and plan to keep it for many enjoyable miles.

a very good car that we kept for 5 years and sold at 64K miles. Bought an other Subaru Outback, 2025 model, but with the turbo enginr as I found the 2.4l engine a little sluggish.

Just bought our second car from Hampden Trading Company and are very happy. They stand by their word and worked with us to get an expensive repair done at their expense. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a good used car.

Great value considering the superior safety features, low maintenance and reliability. Rear wheel bearings have been replaced twice and just had the AC compressor and serpentine belt replaced. Albeit expensive repairs, all cars need something after the first 3 years. It's been 8 years and the car still run and drives like new.

I fell in love with the Wilderness Trim from the very first time i saw it. I had a 2017 Outback Limited and loved it too. Had a co-worker who really needed a reliable, well taken care of SUV. I told her I will sell it to her. With the money i got Wilderness. Best decision ever. Has that little extra ground clearance and details that makes this car so unique. Yes the screen is large and has a lot on it, but after a while got used to it. If the Outback was my dream car, This Wilderness is beyond my dreams! The Turbo is great, gives that extra +80HP compared to my Outback and it's noticeable specially when using paddle shifters. Hope i can keep this one for many many years.
