The 2016 Subaru Outback is the first car I'd ever bought brand new, and I haven't been disappointed since it was purchased 7 years ago. It's very reliable, fun to drive, easy on gas, easy on maintenance and easy on the eyes. Will do it all over again when I make my next Subaru purchase!

Easy process and friendly staff. Very busy on this Saturday and the purchase took way too long. Only issue was in the price of the vehicle. Internet website listed one price and sales person tried to say the price actually higher. Sort of a bait trick. But the website was easy to look at and show sales person. Once past that issue it went ok but took a long time to process. Over 5 hours at the dealership. Found and drove the vehicle in the first hour.

I think for the most part, I like my car. I have had a couple issues, one of them is probably not the cars fault, (but seeing other people have the same issue, it makes me wonder) I now have 50k miles on it and in that time I have only had to replace the battery and tires, to be expected on a 6 year old car. (and windshield) The windshield is the questionable item. It seemed to crack out of nowhere and I thought I must have gotten a small rock chip while driving down the highway and just didn't see it until it started to crack. So I replaced it at a cost of almost $1000. However, I am on an Outback form and it seems to be a common complaint with outback owners of this year, having the windshield crack out of nowhere. Could it be the frame design? Maybe, but it does seem suspicious that others have had the same issue. One other problem I have had is if I let my car sit unused for like 5 days, the battery goes completely dead. There seems to be a parasitic drain somewhere on the car. It doesn't happen if I drive it every day, but if it sits for about 5 days unused, the battery goes completely dead. I have read it has something to do with the DCS system in the car, but you have to pay the dealer a diagnostic fee to verify. I drive it enough I have not gotten it checked, but next time I am at the dealer I am going to ask them about it.

This is our third vehicle from Heritage. We have had great experiences everything and everyone is so friendly!

Only gripe is no adjustable visors and side mirrors. I am short and the visors do not adjust in length. The side mirrors swing in and out but not up and down so there is interference for me. I have the seat adjusted to the max and use a cushion but still have a problem.

It is currently 06/13/2022, my 2007 Subaru B9 Tribeca Limited is (I mean this) the best factory SUV of all time. Of any brand, any year. I (24 y/o) was taught to drive a decade ago, in this car. Purchased it off from my mother, and still use it daily. I've owned other SUV's, and was a valet driver for 4 years which allowed me to drive just about any vehicle (besides the extreme) you can think of. I mean this wholeheartedly, my 7 seater, 2007 Subaru B9 Tribeca has been comfortable, seen 130mph, and has handled turns/curves at speeds any other SUV would never stand a chance with. This SUV defies sport utility vehicle. 180,000 miles on the dash, and will go 0-60mph in 7-8 seconds (fasted documented 7.38). I will hold onto this discontinued gem until the car world realizes the potential the H6 3.0 DOHC Boxer engine holds. When this car was manufactured I was playing little league baseball, I have been able to avoid life threatening accidents because of the responsive steering and control, driven through 9" snow storms and make it home safe. I've had the liberty, on closed courses, to drive in competitive timed course runs and beat out sedans like Lexus, Infinity, Honda, Toyota. Truly designed to be a "soccer mom" SUV, this vehicle has altered my perspective on modern day cars and SUVs. I cannot express enough how reliable, safe, and fun the B9 Tribeca has been to me through the years. The Subaru Ascent seems to be inspired from the B9 Tribeca, however I've driven it. Nothing compares. THE CLOSEST COMPARISON I HAVE: 2015 Audi q5 or 2017 Acura MDX. Great value considering the superior safety features, low maintenance and reliability. Rear wheel bearings have been replaced twice and just had the AC compressor and serpentine belt replaced. Albeit expensive repairs, all cars need something after the first 3 years. It's been 8 years and the car still run and drives like new.

Trey was the salesman that sold me my car. This was my first car shopping experience and he made the process extremely easy and didn?t give me the run around like most dealerships would have! He was very considerate and I really appreciate how he goes out of his way to make sure the customer is happy, and getting their money?s worth! I feel that if I had any other salesman I would not have got the same results and satisfaction of my vehicle.

After two years, all I can say is, well done. The car has been solid. I only have 18K miles, but no complaints. It is a bit narrow, and can be a little "economical" in appearance, but not a single complaint. It is a low end car, but the ride and comfort, overall is very good. Gas mileage is always subjective, but I average 32+ MPG overall, and it is at least as good as the Camry I got out of. It has taken me through places I probably should have not ventured. It didn't complain or give me any drama, hardly missing a beat the whole way,,,, with factory AS touring tires. The AWD seems top notch. People complain about the windshield being fragile, but so far so good. They complain about engine performance too, but I have never felt like I was going to be run over or that the engine was underpowered. If you want a "Fast" car, look elsewhere. It does what it does well.

I went from owning a 2003 Monte Carlo SS to a 2017 Subaru Outback. It was worth every penny. My Subaru is not only reliable, functional, and cute; it also saved me from being injured in a bad crash. This past fall a six point buck hit my car head on and I never saw it coming. It was a fatal crash for the deer, but not for me. As heartbroken as I was to see my car crumpled on the front, I was so glad it wasn't me. It was a repairable fix and made me really appreciate my car.

Really loved Isaac's. Experience there was top notch and everyone we dealt with was great. Low pressure, just good guys who love cars (esp Jason!). Would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone. And what's really great is that even though they didn't have exactly what we wanted on the lot that day, they were totally willing to stay on the hunt for us!!

This is my 3rd Subaru Outback. I have found the Outbacck to be a very reliable, comfortable and excellent all-wheel-drive vehicle. I love that even with the updated Subaru makes every few years, when I purchase a new one I have very little I have to learn to drive the newer version. However, it is always good to have the dealer go over the various updates and idiosyncrasies of your new or used Subaru Outback. I have been driving an Outbac since 1990's, and always seem to go back to this same brand and model because it is so safe in North Carolina's winter months when we get icy roads and sometimes snow. I have even tried to spin out my Subaru Outback on ice covered snow, just toseewhatwould happen. The car skidded to the side of the road but didn't sin out. And yes, I did this in a very safe environment where I had lots of empty space and room. I'm not totally crazy. The Subaru outback is a perfect car for individuals that doa variety of sports, for families looking for a safe and roomy car for up to 3 children. It easily sits 5 comfortable lying, and has child locks on the doors. The All-wheel-drive is the best other road. I also love the daylights that stay on all the time, and don't effect the battery running down as Logan you drive it regularly. My 2017 pairs well with my Samsung phone, as it would with any Android or I-phone. Ithaca plenty of additional electric outlets for listening to your MVP player or for your children playing games on their cell phones or tablets. The cargo area, whichI love, it bigger than that on a Forester, although Iusually put the backseat down sour dog s can move around while we drive. They have been trained Nottoway come into the frontseat area, unless invited at the beginning of a ride. You can also use a dog seat belt or a baby or dog seat installs easily in the Outback. And your can easily reach into a baby seat of dog seat to check on your human or pet baby, if it is placed on the opposite side inches backseat from where you are seated.in newer models of the Outback they have added extra storage compartments for electronics or other small to medium size objects that you may need handy. I also like that their is no ashtray, though one can be requested being put in. Their are plenty of cup holder both in the frontseat area and back seat area. An Ihave haul lumber an long items on top ofthe vehicle on the storage rack, and bought home a considerable load of plants and soil with the back seat folded down. The protective Tay and backend storage net came standard with my 2017 Subaru Outback, unlike many more expensive stationwagons or SUVs. The rear net is great for holding a small amount of grocery bags in place or several trays of plants. My 1917 Subaru Outback has airbags front and on the sides. The dashboard elements are easy ro read, and setting up the cruise control and distance from cars is easy to do. I sometimes frustrates me, but the 2017 Outback is set to slow down automatically if you are behind an vehicle. This can be a pain when you are wanting to past another car, but I've learned through habit to exceleratemanually when passing, so it is not a big deal, and the slow down feature is great when traveling it tracific, such as in big cities like Charlotte or Raleigh. Lastly I love my leather seats. They looks good today in 2022 as they did when I first purchase this car is December 2017. With regular washings, and dusting and or leather treating the interior the leather will last beautifully until the car has well over 250,000 miles on it. And that is both on road and off road driving. I've taken my Outback on some pretty rough roads, like Old 105going from Lake James area Linville using very old forestry back roads. My car takes these dirt, bumpy roads like a dream, with room to spare underneath.

This car is fully loaded and had low mileage very comfortable ride beautiful interior everything you need in a daily driver it’s not a speedster but it will get you to where you going comfortably and in style I highly recommend this car.

The Forester is the first SUV I ever owned. It has had a few issues, but the dealership, Kenny Ross in Irwin Pa, has always been top notch in customer service. First issue was the orignal tires went bald after only 10,000 miles. I called Kenny Ross and they said they would contact corporate. Got 4 new tires at no charge. Next issue I did not even know I had. Took it in for an oil change and they tell me I need a new CVT. Didn't know I had a problem. No charge again. Last issue was a radio that kept giving an error message and would not work. Took four visits to isolate the problem, but now have a new radio that brings in more stations. Again for free. Highly recommend the bumper to bumper warranty. Money well spent.

These guys are amazing! Our old car was on its very last legs and they helped us find a car within our budget that'll last us longer than our last three cars combined. While we waited for paperwork to go through and stuff, we had a GREAT conversation! Eddie was very personable and made our visit 10x better than it would've otherwise been, and Edin helped us a TON when it came to our financing options! Bought my 2015 Subaru 2.0XT Touring brand spanking new off the Subaru dealership's lot. Have owned it all this time about 9 years straight. Take care of your car with regular oil changes, servicing at recommended intervals, and your car will take care of you. Performed the required recalls during service periods. Not 1 single regret on owning this car, ever. It rides smooth and true. Had a clicking issue in the ball joints 2 years ago which Subaru fixed free of charge. Other than that, this car has been my dream machine.

My overall experience with Neil Huffman has been OK. They haven't done anything to make them stand above the rest nor any worse. One gripe that I have with all dealerships though is the time it takes to complete the sale. It took over 2 hours from the time we agreed on the price for the new vehicle until we started signing the paperwork. Again that's pretty common with buying a car but still excessive. My daughter also had already bought a used VW from Neil Huffman and had an issue with it on day one. The issue was that the Engine Oil level low light came on. They told her that the sensor needed to be reset and everything was OK. Shortly after leaving the dealership the light returned. I checked the oil level and found that it was in fact low (has the light indicated). The car was serviced and she has not had an issue since. I have a few maintenance visits for the car that I bought so I'll see how it goes, but for now I'm not to impressed with them from that prospective.

got the car mid 2023 as a gift. it’s my first car and honestly, it’s amazing. doesn’t have anything too flashy, but gets me from point a to b. she’s super spacious, though my heated seats sometimes don’t work. the ac does break sometimes, but i love how fast the take off speed is :)
