I purchased a car yesterday after waiting to close on a house. This dealership helpfully held the car for me for two weeks with no problem. They picked me up at the airport, beat my bank's interest rate by more than a percentage point, guided me through paperwork, financing and the vehicle's controls, smoothly, efficiently and without hassle. They were super helpful, fun and engaging through the whole process as well. All of my car buying research led me to be on the defensive at the dealership. That turned out to be unwarranted.
