The people are very friendly. I am handicapped so it is very helpful that they come to my home and pick up my cars for service. Also when they repair something it is done right. They give me the same good service on a used car that l didn't buy there. I recommend R&R highly.

We have owned our 2022 CX-5 Turbo for 10 moths and it is a great vehicle. Our previous SUV was an Acura RDX Advance. It too was great but this Mazda is of a higher quality and $10-$15,000 less when purchased new. Every once in a while the doors don’t lock when I walk away (I have it set up to do so) and that is the only issue I have had in 10 months and 10,000 miles. I highly recommend any Mazda product. We also own a ‘21 Miata RF, have owned several Miatas along with a Mazda6 Signature and a CX-9 Grand Touring. All have been great vehicles.

LOVE this car, maybe a little biased since this is my 5th Forester, my 2nd Wilderness. My first Wilderness was totaled in a head-on collision when a young driver spilled coffee and veered into my lane and struck me head-on. That was my 1st Subaru Forester Wilderness and IT SAVED MY LIFE. Full curtain all-around airbag deployment with a roll, the Wilderness coming to rest on it's right side, me still strapped into seatbelt, and the Subaru automatic crash notification with a live person on the speakers asking me if I was ok and needed 911! Smoke still coming from the airbag deployments, and there is a live person coming over the speakers asking me if I'm ok. It was surreal. SUBARU FORESTER WILDERNESS SAVED MY LIFE! TYVM Subaru! LOVE this car! Gets 25+ MPG with conservative driving, a great ride and suspension, superior traction in mud and snow, load-out practically anything/rack bikes (or whatever on the roof racks), sleep in the back with ample room, superior rear-gate lift mechanism with memory, seats super-comfortable and easily adjustable, solid rear-seat leg-room, easy rear-seat fold-downs for massive cargo area that takes my full HVAC tool load-out for servicing ice baths all over the NorthEast US. A great value, especially CPO with +10K mileage (vs. new) MONEY WELL SPENT! SUBARU FOR LIFE

Second to none. Needed an oil change because of an unplanned trip to Texas in 2 days. Called and less than 3 hours was taken care of.

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

Recently had service and state inspection on my 2020 Lincoln Nautilus,Very user friendly and timely, was out in ni time.

Other than battery replacement , car has been amazing ! 1 exception cup holders are located too far aft and require driver to look down to locate cup without removing eyes from road ! This issue has been partially addressed in later years by offsetting passengers holder slightly forward of drivers, but still awkward position ! both should be more forward nearer to dash !

This is my 3rd Buick. Loved my LaCrosse and just now upgraded to the Invision Avenir. Very satisfied with the look and upgraded options. Performance is a bit less than my LaCrosse with the V6 but adequate.

Slower than molasses in January if you don't get the turbo. But a reliable wagon that's absolutely awesome for parents. Plus, you can make up for the lack of speed by just running over stuff thanks to the ground clearance.

They went out of their way to find me the exact truck I wanted. The team worked well together and were very helpful in the purchasing process and were great to work with.

This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.

2017 GC Limited 4WD. Bought it 3 years ago with 53k miles and now approaching 108k miles. When we bought it, we went to fill the tank for the first time and the gas pump kept shutting off. Turns out there was a known issue with the fuel filler neck assembly. The selling dealer replaced it under warranty and we literally didn't have another issue until 100k miles. At 100k miles took it in for new spark plugs, which is normal maintenance, and found the radiator leaking. The new radiator was not cheap. Have not had any other issues, just replaced the factory original brakes, they made it almost to 108k! We live in Minnesota and this vehicle is an absolute beast in the snow. Put it in snow mode and it is very stable and feels unstoppable. It is a comfortable long distance cruiser and gets decent mileage on the highway, between 24-27mpg. The UConnect system is very easy to use, and the nav is pretty good, but the whole system operates quite slowly. That's a minor complaint I think. Overall we are pretty happy with our WK2.

I bought my Subaru in 2023 because it only had 60,000 miles on the OD. It's the minimal 2.5X model, but I couldn't pass up the car at such a low price. After driving it for over a year, I put only 6000 miles on it. I took it to the Subaru dealer for NY state inspection, and had the brakes replaced, and paid for the 60000 mi Subaru recommended service. I love this car, especially since I can connect my iPod to the blue tooth and play my music library. It is a bit noisy on the highway, but it's not the luxury model, so that's expected. The Subaru dealer said everything on the car was real solid. So far it has been very dependable, and easy to drive in the snow. It has no leaks, no dents, no squeaks, no problems. I've owned and driven 8 Subaru's over the past 40 years, and I'm hoping to keep my 2013 model and drive it for at least another 10 years.

I absolutely love this car and all it’s features even though it doesn’t open and close trunk via keyphobe. Kids love the car especially the panoramic sunroof.

So,we have a 14 Traverse and wife wanted smaller SUV.We were gonna get an Esape Titanium,but happened across this tiny gem of Envision PREMIUM II. Great ride,the amenities are many,loved AC seats in the heat with sunroof open.phenomenal ride,yes,gas mileage not as good as hoped,better than my Traverse though.Gove this title guy a try,4cul turbo is a go,and it hugs the curves!!!!

30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

Great staff, comfortable waiting room and the wait time is better than any other dealer in the area. Everyone is very friendly, and they take the time to explain your repairs to you and answer any questions that you have.

I bought my 2016 Rogue SL in 2019 with 32,000 miles on it. It is now 2025 and it has 223,000 miles on it, and I still drive her daily with no issues. I have had to replace the car battery once and the fob battery twice. I also had to replace the front wheel bearings about 2 years ago. That is it! No check engine lights no engine or transmission issues, no sun roof leaks. Everything she started with still functions as well as the day i got her. This has been the best, most reliable incredible car i could have every asked for. I can not speak highly enough of the Rogue and am currently looking at getting another one and saving what is left of this one for my daughter.

This was a replacement vehicle for a Toyota Camry that was totaled. Bought it, it was 3 years old with 36,032 miles on it. Been rear ended $14,000 in Damages to the rear, there’s only 2 things I would complain about. One getting a replacement Drivers seat has been a problem, I’ve even looked in Auto salvage yards to get a replacement seat, it’s been a headache, and if you do find one you got to give the first 2 numbers of the VIN # so the wiring Harness will work.. if you have the American built version , the Japanese or Korean Version Wiring Harnesses will not work, they will bolt in, but the Harnesses won’t work. Been looking for 3 years for a seat , still can’t find one. I’ve looked in both North & South Carolina for a replacement seat.

I take my Lexus to them, my daughter took her Challenger to them, and the prices are more affordable than what you would think for a dealership. They go over your car top to bottom to make sure the issues you have are fixed and your car is back to running as it should. If they happen to notice something else going on or something that could be an issue later down the road, they will inform you of the problem. They will never overcharge you, never fix something without telling you, no surprises at R&R. The body shop, I have used their body shop multiple times & my husband recently bought a classic vehicle and decided to change truck beds on it. We had no idea what paint color was used on this truck and how we would match it. Thankfully Les from the body shop, not only matched the color perfect, he came to our home with his equipment to match the color, I have never had anyone even think to bring their equipment to your home. Another thing I’d like to add, just this week, my car was having service done at R&R & I had an injury at home & needed to get to urgent care. I got the call my car was ready for pickup & I explained my situation & that I probably wouldn’t get there until my husband got home later in the afternoon. June from the service department was so kind to have one of the drivers, Rusty, bring my car to me so I could get my injury taken care of. When shopping for our Santa Fe, we looked at many different models brands and sizes some smaller some larger and felt very comfortable with the size of this vehicle. The interior is beautiful and lacks the big TV screen that many of the SUVs have that I didn’t care for. After driving it, I was impressed with its cornering handling breaking an overall driving position. I now have 15,000 miles on it and I’m totally impressed with its comfort and all of the safety features. Some of the smaller SUVs we drove were noisy, and I felt every bump on the road, some of the larger SUVs were just too big. I was impressed with how quiet this car was and how it smoothed out lot of the rough roads that we have here in California. We have the SEL model with a 2.5 L turbo charged engine that has plenty of power and decent fuel economy. I get over 30 miles per gallon on the highway and 25 miles per gallon in town. This is an amazing vehicle that drove nicer both in town and freeway than many other SUVs costing thousand more.
