My previous car became a money pit with multiple repairs needed, all costing me thousands of dollars to do repairs. It was items that were not covered under my maintenance plan. I decided to trade it in for a new vehicle. It’s nice to drive a car that can almost drive itself on the road.

The dealership for me has provided excellent customer service. Technician Cliff Williams customer service skill rates excellent and is second to none. Scheduling service appointments has truly been stress free and the care of my care has been so professional.

Traded in a 2008 Highlander for the Base trim Crosstrek mostly because of poor experiences with Toyota dealership service and sales departments after buying four cars from them. Now we wish we had bought a Subaru years ago. The Crosstrek turned out to be much more than we expected. Performance is adequate. Mileage is awesome. And safety features are the best.

They got back to me very quickly when I inquired about a Buick Enclave that they had. They were willing to send pictures and answer any questions I may have. My one downside was after the initial conversation, they never got back with me or asked to set up a test drive.

I had to make a 5 1/2 hour drive recently and loved how smoothly my car drove, especially using cruise control with “eyesight” so it slowed when I was too close to the car in front of me. I couldn’t even feel it; I watched the speedometer. Love the safety features and extras like seat warmers and large sunroof.

My husband gave Adrian our criteria for what we were looking for to include overall price, monthly payments and the overall appearance of the vehicle; she LISTENED AND DELIVERED!! Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

It’s a great family or single person car. It’s got 3rd row seating for extra room, but not to big like Escalade when trying to find parking in Seattle area. It’s fully loaded with features for most comfort. Heated seats front and back, cooling front seats, DVD player, navigation, roof rack, extra trunk space, and its great on mileage for V8. Perfect for NW winter or summer fun.

AMAZING SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! I start off with those three words so even if you don't read this whole review you get the point. We were traveling through Augusta GA after evacuating from hurricane Ida that had just devastated the New Orleans area. All warning lights popped up on the dash of my 2016 VW Jetta SEL and the vehicle went in to limp mode. Zero power over 35mph. On top of the destruction of hurricane Ida back home in New Orleans now I have a car that just basically gave up on me. The already pit in my stomach became even larger and only the worst case scenarios were going through my head now. A Google search leads me to the amazing team at Gerald Jones Volkswagen and the magic begins. Expecting at least a two or three day hotel stay in Augusta my service advisor Charles Davis takes me in to his service drive and assures me that everything will be alright and immediately puts one of his top techs named Mr. Chris on the case. Turns out it was as simple as a wheel speed sensor that the parts specialist Candace Betsch had sitting on the shelf in the parts department. While waiting on my vehicle to be repaired and strolling through the new car showroom I was greeted by the nicest young lady by the name of Vickie McPhee who introduced herself as the General Manager and was just as sweet as could be making sure that I was doing okay with a true concern about our safety during this hurricane evacuation. She even went as far as to introduce me to one of the owners Mr. David Jones and we had a great conversation as well. Next thing I know my service advisor Charles was standing next to me telling me that the speed sensor had already been replaced and my vehicle after being washed and run through quality control was ready to go. This my friends is one heck of a car dealership that has employed a team of people that truly care about their customers no matter where they are from or what dealership the vehicle was purchased. I had a dinosaur car and finally traded in for the 2025 subaru crosstrek limited. Kinda expensive but, I feel safer driving it and the desert weather is harsh where I’m at so this car is very reliable. (4WD)

So I have to leave a review about Brad! The energy and approach of the entire team is personable without pressure or haggling. Also specifically I was going through a big health transition and they made sure I didn’t have to add any concern with the character of the sales experience. Brad made sure I was taken care of, communicated well and wanted me to have no gray area about the details involved in the sale. Another part of this is my old vehicle had come to its end and I was concerned on multiple levels and for them as a team to express naturally a humanity and authentic engagement was comforting to say the least! I’ve owned this car for about 18 months. It has I bought it new and it now has about 17,000 miles on it. I love driving it. The safety features are excellent! The performance is good. I’m getting around 32 MPG for all around driving. I have the car maintained at the dealership and haven’t had any mechanical issues. I would definitely recommend this car.

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

This Suv is awesome I cant take my eyes off of it. I love the way it drives its so smooth Even with 22 inch rims I could imagine if I didn't want the bling and downgraded to 18inch rims how much more smooth it would be. The trunk space is great and if you put the third row up its even better. I see my self owning this car till it cant run any more I love it that much. So easy to drive you feel safe secure and it handles turns gracefully You cant go wrong with the Escalade Esv If you are worried about parking and gas then it might be a pain to own but hey if women deal with the pain of wearing High heels then I think we can deal with the gas and parking.

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

I had a 2014 Autobiography Firenz red with black and pimento interior. Absolutely loved the car, 150k and the only issue was the rear differential%. Pricy to fix but well worth it and any car with this many miles would expect similar repair. Have a 2019 supercharged with in Byron Blue metallic and tan and black interior, ordered with many of the Autobiography features, not one problem with regular maintenance. Will definitely purchase an EV version next. Absolutely the best car series I have owned, previous Mercedes, BMW and Jaguar. Not easy on the pocketbook, but if you don’t mind the extra expense, well worth every penny!

This suv is really a truck. It handles well and is very comfortable. If you like the sound of your engine without adding a lot of mufflers and stuff, this is the car for you. I love the sound of the gear changing, even turning a corner. It has style and makes you proud to be seen in it.
