My experience with the dealership overall, and most importantly my sales agent Sharon was excellent!! From the very first phone conversation, all the way to driving away with the newly purchased vehicle, it was completely flawless! Sharon was on top of every single detail, from beginning to end. I am not from the area, about 3.5 hours away, with that being the case, Sharon and the dealership went out of there way to make sure everything was ready upon arrival, and all ran very quickly, and smoothly. They are my most trusted resource for automotive, and I can pick up the phone any time to speak with Doug Menhorn (Internet sales manager) or Paul Schmizzi (dealership's owner), and not get "passed off" to another salesman. I am so impressed with their personalized attention to my vehicle needs, and their knowledge of their products and all phases of purchasing and servicing vehicles. Doug has been especially helpful with my most recent purchase (a leased 2022 Jeep Compass Latitude), and I will always feel secure dealing with him for ANY purchases or recommendations.
