This whole process of buying a car was a very positive experience. Since I was 14 I’ve dreamed that one day I’d be able to own a white twin turbo Supra! I’ve been following Brooklyn Auto for a little over a year now. I’ve always loved looking at all the awesome cars they have and dream that one day I’d be able to buy something as cool. I started following them because I’ve always loved Toyota Supra’s, and they always seem to have very quality ones for sell. Only problem is I live in Kansas in they are in New York. But Last month they posted the car I had always wanted. A White Twin Turbo Supra with only 71k miles on it. That night day at about 10pm my time (even later in New York) I texted the number posted and within minutes Adam from Brooklyn Auto Messaged me back. I told him that I really liked the car and preceded to ask questions. That night I ask if he could finance a part of the car and he told me no problem. He had a bank that he used that he trusted. The next morning Adam and I spoke on the phone and made me feel really comfortable with the whole process. He was very prompt when requesting any videos, and very responsive with answering all the questions that I had. It took the thought “is this for real” or “a bad deal” completely away! With little time I was approved for the loan and the car was mine! Now for transportation! I’ve always had a bad experience with transporters. Adam told me not to worry because he had a guy. The transport guy called me and told me because I was working with Adam he would hook me up and give me a discount and setup a time to pick up the car the next day. This was on a Thursday, the transporter told me he should have the car to me by the following Thursday. Adam sent me another Video of the car getting loaded up and I got supra excited! Well guess what? That Sunday I got a call from the transporter saying he was only 3 hours out!!! For real!?!?! He showed up 4 days early! Seeing the car for the first time was amazing! Just how it had been described to me! It only took 25 years. Because of Adam I now have the car I’ve always wanted, and it is crazy nice!!!! If you are looking to buy a car from these guys don’t hesitate. They are honest, excellent communicators, very responsive, and have a true passion for what they do! I can’t thank them enough! This is my second experience with this facility and couldn?t be happier. My service advisor was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The facility is top shelf and your vehicle is taken care of and clean.

I have a '22 Base. My wife and I love it. We needed a 4x4 when we move to a more rural state and although we're generally happy with the vehicle, we can't help roll our eyes of the number of recalls and reliability questions surrounding the model. Had I known about the difference in the 1.5L to 2L engines, I'd have opted for the 2L engines, but that's only available at the top trimmed Badlands. This is almost the perfect vehicle for a two person household who has a dog, likes to take day trips and it pretty good on fuel economy (32mpg over 15k miles). The interior is pretty cheap, however. I would recommend the vehicle, however, but only with the 2L engine and only with a warranty. There are just too many concerns with this vehicle to own it without a warranty

Like the look and has plenty of power we have the v6 option The interior is very comfortable with all the bells and whistles you can appreciate. We traded in a Liberty and the ride is so much smoother.

Whoever designed my 2919 Buick Encore was the best of the best. My wife and I love this car so much. I’v had a lot of cars over the years this one is the best. It is a great car and I love driving it.

I looked at alot of suv's! As a mechanic they needed to meet a higher standard. In the price bracket there were only two suv's that I would consider. So I own a Mazda cx-9 Grand touring,it was the best bang for the buck in my opinion for price reliability and comfort. Bought it with .6 miles on it ,it now has 51247 So yes I've had a few issues since new the pass side window motor broke, the blower motor broke and the alt broke 3 times ! So the first two problems I understand and we're cheap to fix the alt was replaced under warranty twice and once by me out of warranty. Living in fl. There's runs of deep puddles and alt is low . I now have a life time warranty on the alt and haven't had a issue since! So I've talked with a few of the mechanic s at the dealership and the main company to start a recall /service bulletin witch would make the dealership install a splash shield by alt so maybe if your reading this the problem has been fix there 2016 models have a splash shield already so if your looking at a newer one your good to go ! I would suggest this suv to everyone . One downfall is the technology in it is older it works great but primitive compared to other suv's of the year I myself preferred this stuff it's easier to us compared to the complected newer ones .

This is a great SUV. This is also better than the new GLE 350. 3.5 liter v6 for the 2018. 2.0 liter turbo 4 cylinder for the new GLE

First off I would like to say that I am a huge car enthusiast who has owned many different cars in my 60 plus years. My most recent cars have been a 2017 Honda Pilot, 2022 Honda CRV and 2023 Toyota Highlander. The Pilot was nice but the CVT transmission drove me nuts with the way it jerked and shifted. The 2022 CRV was also nice but the electronics and bluetooth connectivity were SOOO bad!! The FWD Highlander with new turbo engine was a huge disappointment. I felt unsafe on curvy two lane roads.....like it didn't feel like it was gripping the road properly. It also had terrible turbo lag that was highly frustrating and dangerous feeling. When I would push it hard to get it going, it would almost skid out once it got going. The wireless apple CarPlay was its best feature but generally speaking the electronics were a nightmare and required a subscription to work best. You had to push multiple things to get to your radio and it was all so poorly designed. I had been having severe buyer remorse with the Highlander and started looking again. I drove a RAV4 and it was too underpowered and buzzy for my liking. Also drove a new Mazda CX-50 but was having a hard time spending the dollars on another new car since I would be losing on the Highlander trade. Long story short, we purchased a 2019 Kia Sportage EX for my college aged daughter in 2021. It was affordable, had good reviews and a longer warranty than everything else. She has loved it!! Turns out we have not needed the warranty even one time in these past two years. Only simple oil changes and tire rotations. She's away this summer so my husband and I have been driving her car periodically. During these drives, I decided I like her car so much, that I traded my Highlander for a certified pre-owned 2020 Sportage SX Turbo! I am SOOO thrilled with my decision!! The build is heavy and solid, visibility is incredible and driving it is SO much FUN! Feels like you're driving a Mercedes or BMW but at an extremely affordable price. The controls are so simple that I've not consulted the manual more than a couple of times. Everything has its own button and, although the car is loaded to the brim with every option you can imagine, it's all so easy to navigate and use. Kia made a winner here and I hope they continue on this path of using quality materials and easy to navigate electronics. If so I will be a loyal Kia fan forever!!

Purchased new in 2015. Have only done 1 repair in 129k, which was fixing oil leak at oil filter housing. Solid car, great in rain and snow. Thoroughly enjoy this car

ISSUE WITH SUNROOF CLOSING, NEW ONE PUT IN SAME PROBLEM. IN COLD WEATHER SEVERAL DOORS WOULD NOT LOCK AT ALL. AT FIRST I THOUGHT THEY WERE FROZEN THE DEALERSHIP IS STILL NOT SURE WHY THIS HAPPENED. I WAS UNABLE TO DRIVE IT WHEN THIS OCCURRED. JUST HAD THE IGNITION REPLACED - CAR WOULD NOT SHUT OFF. I REALLY LOVED THIS CAR THE SUNROOF IS HUGE, MY FIRST NEW CAR, IT IS A LITTLE SMALL IN THE BACK SEAT FOR PASSENGERS BUT NICE, I LOVE HAVING A HATCH AND NO TRUNK TO MOVE THINGS IF I WANT. I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED A JEEP AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE 4 WHEEL DRIVE AND OPEN FEEL OF THIS CAR. IT DOES VERY WELL ON THE HIGHWAY. THE REAL ISSUE I AM HAVING IS WITH CASTLE JEEP/ RAM IN NAPERVILLE,ILLINOIS COVRING THESE ISSUES WITH MY 100,000 MI WARRANTY.

driving now 1 1/2 years. still love it. 59,000 mi. rec. chang rear end oil. mine had broken bits of gear. much better now. leaks from windsheld area, gotta work on that. overall still jeep'n--- please stop putting ducks on my jeep

As anyone knows, the stress and time that goes into finding a used vehicle. From my first stop to see the car, Erik was accommodating, and there was no pressure. 2017 Ford Explorer. I love my car. It runs great but I have had battery problem and trim has blown off my car on freeway. Have not had a lot of problems with it.

Good car the ride is great not perfect had a few things go bad but was covered under dealer warranty its a 2016 lr4 hse..love this suv. Yes it eats lots of gas and tires. The air suspension is great...it's very fast..I love the heavy feel when u driving it..it's like a tank... just the dealership mechanics not that good and the service guy trying to sell u any service if u let them very pushy...u can get work done at other rover places. And oil changes at jiffy lube if they have the tools...just avoid the dealership unless u have to go and have any warranty that's best best way to go if not it will cost u 1 to 2 thousand every time t breaks down...

I am so happy with my deal. I live in VA I saw the car online then I called them the sales people was so nice. I Couldn't drive to NY to pick up the car after we made a deal about the price because of the COVID-19 so the dealer delivered the car for me. he finished all the paper work so fast. Very happy with my HR-V sport model. Exterior design of the car is very nice Interior is a little small with not much room for storing things. Would not recommend this car to avery large person but for a smaller individual it is perfect, Runs well, has more pick up than I thought it would have. Based on only been driving it for 3 weeks I do recommend it.

Mary (the numbers gal) is great at crunching those numbers for getting you the best deal. Even taking a few days working with 3 or four banks to get the right payment to fit that budget. This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

I have an issue with paint peeling on my 2017 Murano, pearl white. Nissin won't help me out with this issue, not happy after learning there were similar problems with other models. This car has less than 40,000 miles on it. Anyone else having this problem?
