I scheduled a oil change for my Ford F-150. I was able to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. Within an hour the oil change was completed and ready for pickup. The personnel was friendly and accommodating.

I went in to get a 2026 Equinox and came out of the dealership with this beautiful, sexy, hunk of a vehicle. I love how it handles, how it looks, and all of the gadgets. I just passed down my 2018 Chevrolet Cruze Hatchback Premier, and I was still learning the things that vehicle had, so I probably will never completely learn everything on this baby. I am a Chevy Woman for life!

I have a 2024 Tuscan XRT .I bought slightly used and now has 17k miles . It has been a fantastic car. Initially wanted the SEL convenience hybrid for the gas mileage but couldn’t justify spending an extra $4-6k to save a few hundred dollars on gas a year. My non- hybrid has gotten amazing gas mileage. Averaging 28-29 mpg mostly stop and go, some highway. Way better than the estimates of 23-28mpg. The EPA estimates are way off ! The Tuscan drives so smooth and so quiet. The 8 speed transmission is amazing! It shifts quickly and so smoothly . The cabin is extremely quiet. I think there is more insulation/ sound proofing than the hybrid versions that try to cut down on weight. You don’t hear any road noise in theTuscan !The suspension is smooth and adsorbs every bump . The most surprising positive is the handling. There is absolutely no body roll and handles like it is on rails! I have owned a lot of vehicles and this handles better than anything in this price range. Handles better than any Subaru, better than the BMWs I have had. Feels like I am driving an Audi A4 which is pretty impressive. The seats are extremely comfortable, the stock radio sounds great, lots of legroom and the passenger and cargo room is amazing. Back seats hold full size adults and the seats recline! The cons. Not very many. The 0-60 could be better. However, it shifts so quick and smoothly you don’t notice any issues with speed/ power. A few reviews say 0-60 in like 9 +seconds . I don’t think this is accurate. My guess is high 7s -low 8 seconds but haven’t tested it. It doesn’t have sports car speed but it sure handles like one. For long drives and a daily driver, I would take the comfort / quietness and handling of Tuscan over a muscle car.

2017 Ford Explorer. I love my car. It runs great but I have had battery problem and trim has blown off my car on freeway. Have not had a lot of problems with it.

I bought this 2017 Tahoe w LT trim new. Have 60K on it now and have had no issues with it. We are not towing with it or doing high speed racing so we find the 5.3L Motor is smooth and quiet (and have not had any lifter issues which others have reported). Transmission and suspension also smooth. We keep Michelins on all our vehicles and have found this Tahoe very quiet and comfortable for road trips with 4-6 people and luggage. The LT trim pkg deleted some comfort items I wish I had (like heated steering wheel) but it still is pretty much leather-and-loaded so it was a good value at the time. I have had Suburbans for 35yrs before purchasing this Tahoe and I will probably go back to a Suburban for the extra cargo space when I trade this Tahoe in. But this has been a nice and reliable vehicle for us. No complaints.

Honda crv is good transportation. Honda makes terrible electronics. The information system is faulty The multifunction camera is crap If you just need to get from point a to b. Honda will get you there

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

The Sahara high altitude with the sky one touch roof is awesome. The one touch opens or closed in 15 seconds. This is a game changer as we do not hesitate to open the roof in all different weather conditions. Reason is if bad weather or hot weather gets us we can have the roof closed in little time. The ride is very smooth. Noise is low at highway speeds. Overall, we really all the accessories and sound system. Definitely, recommend.

2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. I know that there is a recall on 2015-2019 Ford Expedition for faulty transmission gear box. I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my transmission. Vin #1MJK1JT8LEA27351 Model: XLT Max Grey

I bought a brandnew 2023 Ford Bronco Black Diamond 2.7L with Sasquatch packaje in November 2024, there are no complains up to now, it runs better than I expected and is very comfortable inside. Acceleration is also better than expected in spite of 35 inches factory tires, I love it.

2024 bronco sport badlands has been a great vehicle. 2.0 ecoboost that only comes with the badlands is a must the 3 cylinder is gutless. All these recalls are mostly for the smaller engine. The only recall I've had was a reprogram for the battery condition. Not a big deal. I got 2,250 rebate and 2.9 financing that was hard to pass up.

Went to just look and test drive the Volkswagen Atlas. Fell in love with the way it drove. We couldn't ask for a better salesman Rob Ibarra. He was not pushy, explained everything and worked with us till we had a deal. Hopefully sending you another deal in a few weeks.

I brought my car in for a air bag recall. The work was completed in timely manner and Don noticed it was time for a few others items to be checked.

My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

The dealership for me has provided excellent customer service. Technician Cliff Williams customer service skill rates excellent and is second to none. Scheduling service appointments has truly been stress free and the care of my care has been so professional.

They got back to me very quickly when I inquired about a Buick Enclave that they had. They were willing to send pictures and answer any questions I may have. My one downside was after the initial conversation, they never got back with me or asked to set up a test drive.

Our 2022 Taos is almost 2 years old with about 21K mileage. Very satisfied with our car. For the price point (25K) it provides good handling, a comfortable ride and great interior space for a subcompact SUV. The gas mileage is amazing at over 40 MPG on the highway and about 30 MPG tooling around town. Couldn't be happier!

AMAZING SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! I start off with those three words so even if you don't read this whole review you get the point. We were traveling through Augusta GA after evacuating from hurricane Ida that had just devastated the New Orleans area. All warning lights popped up on the dash of my 2016 VW Jetta SEL and the vehicle went in to limp mode. Zero power over 35mph. On top of the destruction of hurricane Ida back home in New Orleans now I have a car that just basically gave up on me. The already pit in my stomach became even larger and only the worst case scenarios were going through my head now. A Google search leads me to the amazing team at Gerald Jones Volkswagen and the magic begins. Expecting at least a two or three day hotel stay in Augusta my service advisor Charles Davis takes me in to his service drive and assures me that everything will be alright and immediately puts one of his top techs named Mr. Chris on the case. Turns out it was as simple as a wheel speed sensor that the parts specialist Candace Betsch had sitting on the shelf in the parts department. While waiting on my vehicle to be repaired and strolling through the new car showroom I was greeted by the nicest young lady by the name of Vickie McPhee who introduced herself as the General Manager and was just as sweet as could be making sure that I was doing okay with a true concern about our safety during this hurricane evacuation. She even went as far as to introduce me to one of the owners Mr. David Jones and we had a great conversation as well. Next thing I know my service advisor Charles was standing next to me telling me that the speed sensor had already been replaced and my vehicle after being washed and run through quality control was ready to go. This my friends is one heck of a car dealership that has employed a team of people that truly care about their customers no matter where they are from or what dealership the vehicle was purchased. I love my volvo. I have one that is fully loaded, and it is so luxe and fun to drive. The turbo makes it literally zoomier than my husband's mustang, but it can also go all day without any gas at all if I need to use it in pure mode.

So I have to leave a review about Brad! The energy and approach of the entire team is personable without pressure or haggling. Also specifically I was going through a big health transition and they made sure I didn’t have to add any concern with the character of the sales experience. Brad made sure I was taken care of, communicated well and wanted me to have no gray area about the details involved in the sale. Another part of this is my old vehicle had come to its end and I was concerned on multiple levels and for them as a team to express naturally a humanity and authentic engagement was comforting to say the least! I left with a vehicle that brought me joy, met my needs and I also was clear that I had a vehicle that would give me premium performance

I had to buy a new Honda after I totalled my last one. I hate car shopping and was already banged up and injured so was not looking forward to dealing with this. However, Allen Baer at Gerald Jones Honda was so considerate. He wasn't pushy or abrasive. He actually did research for me on all my options and emailed me ideas and honest information so I didn't waste time test driving things that wouldn't work for my family since I wasn't up to it. And he worked within our budget. He made it so I spent as little time possible at the dealership so I could get back home and rest. For myself is the right size I really love it my niece is also going to buy one but she's going to buy a bigger one cuz she has a good family
