I arrived at this dealership on 10/14/23 for a scheduled oil change and from my arrival, the staff was exceptionally professional and provided service with a smile...the latter was much appreciated as it was very earlier in the morning (8:30am). Mr. Pete was a joy and was very personable. John Wright, the service advisor that handled my appointment was very helpful and thoughtful to apply appropriate discounts to lower my service charges, which demonstrated his attention to customer service and satisfaction. One of the best experiences at a dealership for routine service. I will definitely return to this location for future service appointments.

I bought a 2024 Rally which is the highest trim in a Mach E . It is very fast and fun smooth on the highway and can be driven on a dirt track as well as used as an every day vehicle. My only complaint is the range could be a little better and charging should be faster because the vehicle is already in its 4th year of production other than that as a long time EV owner I love the car after a month of ownership.

I have owned it for 3 months now and gone 10,000 miles. I have driven it in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio and Ontario. I have easily found charging stations and just line it up with lunch or dinner. Car has a few quirks but it is to be expected for the first EV model. Car rides beautifully and Blue Cruise is awesome (had a few times where it would make me keep the hands on the wheel when I didn't think it should). I haven't had range anxiety because most Targets, Meijers and Walmarts have fast charging. Almost all dealerships do as well. Ford is also sending a free Tesla converter which will just add to the availability of charging stations. My only drawbacks on the car so far is the back windshield is hard to keep clean and the windshield wiper is too small. I also wish the car recorded with all the cameras it has on it like the Teslas. Lastly, the plastic on the B Pillars look crazy with the oils from people's hands. Really hard to clean.

My first EV. I was ready to purchase a Ford Edge (internal combustion engine or "ICE") until I test drove the Mach-e on a whim. The quiet and smooth ride, power, ergonomics, and battery range immediately hooked me. I went home and researched EV and Mach-e's for a few days until I was sure that an EV was the correct choice and would work for my situation as well, or better than, a combustion engine. The dealer allowed me to test drive a loaner Mach-e for an entire weekend. Model purchased: California Route 1. This model has the longest range battery of all of the current model Mach-e's (312 miles) and is AWD (dual-motor). The Rt 1 is only one trim line up from the bottom, so it does not have ALL of the options in a Premium or GT, but it is still very nicely equipped for my needs. Pros: Power, fun to drive, quiet, lots of tech and safety equipment, well equipped, comfortable, consistently get claimed range or better, ease of charging at home and on the road with public charging, low cost of ownership (my home electricity cost is lower than the national average), enough storage space in the rear hatch and front trunk ("frunk") for my needs. Cons: Some rattles from trim pieces that need to be addressed, not a fan of EVERYTHING being controlled by the large tablet screen, relatively high purchase price compared to ICE cars, still less range than ICE cars, subscriptions to continue with all of the initial included options (SiriusXM, mapping and route planning with charging stops, Blue-Cruise hands-free driving, etc...), rear seats good for kids but tight for adults. Overall: I would recommend the Mach-e to anyone that asked me. You need to determine for yourself if the EV range and charging prices will work for your situation. It is by far the most comfortable and fun to drive car that I have ever owned after driving for 30+ years. If the Mach-e was an ICE, I would still recommend it. The EV aspect is just a cool add-on for me that makes the overall cost of ownership much better than an ICE car. Long distance and small road-trips have so far been easy. The DC fast charging network will be even better starting in spring 2024. I feel comfortable taking my Mach-e on any road trip using the built in mapping software and planning my charge stops to also be my restroom and eating stops. For me, there really is no substantial increase in time or inconvenience compared to travelling in an ICE car. If you do regular commuting and "around town" driving, the Mach-e is vastly superior to an ICE car. The home charging, especially in my location, makes the cost of ownership superior to any ICE and allows me to have a solid fun to drive car. Once all of the trial subscriptions expire, most can be replaced with apps available on my Android phone that connects wirelessly with Android Auto. This includes music streaming, mapping and charging stops, etc. The only subscription that can't be replaced by a phone is the BlueCruise handsfree cruise control. The BlueCruise is an initial 3yr trial that works only in certain areas. When it is available, I use it, and I love it. Still to be determined if I love it enough to subscribe in 3 years when the trial ends. Watch for dealer incentives and 0% loan rates to make the math of ownership work even better in your favor. Bottom line: Take it for a test drive. You'll probably love it and switch to your first EV too.

Special order took 10 months for build and delivery. Still very new. First time EV owner but so far very pleased. Only time will tell what the future holds.

Pickup is quick. Looks amazing. Maintenance and maintenance cost is negligible. For my 40K mile service done at Ford dealer my bill was $0! You read the right. Charges well and works. Heated seats and heated steering wheel in MI weather is a blessing. I have it set where it heats up the cabin & conditions the battery on its own at my departure time everyday. It is also set up, where it doesnt charge at the time when my electric company charges a premium on electricity. No issues what so ever. I love the car.

Have only had the car for a month but it is a very comfortable and enjoyable drive. Smooth, fast and handles well. I like the fact that I can choose between two pedal or one pedal driving (unlike some competitors that only offer one pedal). It could use some improvements in interior storage capacity and display features.

I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

Very attractive, spacious, and cozy car with a lovely, elegant interior. It uses gas really well. The three-cylinder engine is one of the best in its class, producing 200 horsepower and 225 torque, so don't be deceived. Try high-octane gas; it will increase your mpg and make driving more enjoyable. CVT Plus is incredibly dependable and seamless. These are high-quality cars made in Japan. I hope this is useful.

I went into the dealership with very high hopes but very low expectations because I have some severe credit issues. Joseph Franklin greeted me at the door. He was very friendly and gave off a great vibe. During my appointment, people were pulling at him left and right from constant phone calls to in house interruptions. He handled every distraction with extreme patience and professionalism. Even though I couldn't get into the car that I had chosen online, Joseph showed me several options and made the process so pleasant. I have always dreaded buying a vehicle from a dealership because of the hours waiting—the back and forth to the manager’s office for approval of an offer, the slow, slow financing process, and then waiting some more for the vehicle to be retrieved and cleaned. But Jay McCallum made sure we didn’t have to experience all that, even with his busy schedule. He made the process efficient, organized and friendly! It’s been a great month of getting to know my new vehicle! I waited 12 weeks from the date of order to pick up my new 2023 GLC, and it was definitely worth the wait! I selected the Exclusive trim, Driver Assistance and AMG Line packages with several add-ons, and I could not be happier. My previous car was a fully loaded 2019 GLC 300, and it was unfortunately totaled in early February on a road trip. My first one was the favorite car I had ever owned and it kept us so safe during our accident, so I knew I wanted a second one. I did not realize I would have to wait so long to get a new one but I am happy I did not settle for anything else. The drive is sporty and smooth, and very quiet. It has a slight hesitation from a full stop. Once you take off it picks up very quickly and sport mode on the freeway is great. The upgraded electronics have been easy for me to understand after I read through the owners manual. One recommendation I have is to turn off the automatic speed change if you are using cruise control and happen to go through a construction zone. The cameras pick up the sign and slows the car down very quickly. I prefer to adjust to those situations manually. The car feels a bit bigger and is so attractive and comfortable. It feels much more luxurious than my 2019 did, and in my opinion the upgrades are worth the price. I absolutely love this car! Happy Shopping!

I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.
