Wow is all I can say about Bellevue Porsche. From sales (2 vehicles in 5 years) to service, they have excelled beyond my greatest expectations. I'm very particular about my 2021 Porsche 911 Carrera S. I wash it by hand every week and enjoy the driving experience these past 5 years. First mechanical issue (oil leak from a bad gasket) appeared last month. I took the car to Bellevue Porsche for the analysis and repairs. They found the leak, but had to remove the engine to replace any faulty parts. Fortunately, I purchased an extended warranty when I bought the car new in 2021. This covered the entire repair cost. The loaner I received was also covered. I was informed about the timeline and repairs as the job progressed. Picked up the car today and it runs perfect again. From Nicole P. in service, to the mechanics who worked on the car, I was very impressed with their professionalism, courtesy, and diligence throughout this process. What a great team to be a part of.

Professional Team; Transparency Was Close but Not Quite There I worked primarily with Christina, who was fantastic. She was kind, organized, and always respectful of my preference for email communication between client sessions. Lou stayed engaged as well, and we came very close to a deal. I even received an email at one point from their general manager, which I appreciated and took as a good sign. Overall, the experience was decent, and I truly appreciate the effort, especially from Christina. The team has strong potential to deliver a great, transparent experience.
