I bought my 2016 Rogue SL in 2019 with 32,000 miles on it. It is now 2025 and it has 223,000 miles on it, and I still drive her daily with no issues. I have had to replace the car battery once and the fob battery twice. I also had to replace the front wheel bearings about 2 years ago. That is it! No check engine lights no engine or transmission issues, no sun roof leaks. Everything she started with still functions as well as the day i got her. This has been the best, most reliable incredible car i could have every asked for. I can not speak highly enough of the Rogue and am currently looking at getting another one and saving what is left of this one for my daughter.

My boyfriend and I don't speak English very well. But the assistants in Carmax are very patient. They helped us a lot. We bought the BMW x3 and are satisfied with it.

This was a replacement vehicle for a Toyota Camry that was totaled. Bought it, it was 3 years old with 36,032 miles on it. Been rear ended $14,000 in Damages to the rear, there’s only 2 things I would complain about. One getting a replacement Drivers seat has been a problem, I’ve even looked in Auto salvage yards to get a replacement seat, it’s been a headache, and if you do find one you got to give the first 2 numbers of the VIN # so the wiring Harness will work.. if you have the American built version , the Japanese or Korean Version Wiring Harnesses will not work, they will bolt in, but the Harnesses won’t work. Been looking for 3 years for a seat , still can’t find one. I’ve looked in both North & South Carolina for a replacement seat.

It may be a played out thing so say, but it doesn’t make it less true: buying a car as a woman can be very intimidating. I have owned my 2017 Forester since late 2016. Except for normal maintenance I've had no problems with thr vehicle. All of the warning systems work very well,they have saved me from accidents numerous times. The automatic seat repositioning when some one else has used my is really handy eliminates all the adjusting needed to get the position back to my needs. Traction and controll during winter and bad weather are excellent. My forrester get used like a truck at times. Great overall car.

I went from owning a 2003 Monte Carlo SS to a 2017 Subaru Outback. It was worth every penny. My Subaru is not only reliable, functional, and cute; it also saved me from being injured in a bad crash. This past fall a six point buck hit my car head on and I never saw it coming. It was a fatal crash for the deer, but not for me. As heartbroken as I was to see my car crumpled on the front, I was so glad it wasn't me. It was a repairable fix and made me really appreciate my car.

I bought used 2021 with 19,000 miles. I now have 53,400 on odometer with no issues or problems. I have replaced tires/rear brakes-normal wear. I had a local Nissan dealership CVT transmission recommended service @ 50,000 miles ( no one else can service) cost $320.00. I have had zero issues thus far. I need to do transfer case/rear serviced at 60,000. I pay for a full service oil change every 5,000 miles which is imperative for vehicle reliability. DO THE SMALL SERVICES !!! the few dollars spent will save you from spending for major repairs later…. My father taught me this. A car is the WORST investment you can make so take care of it. I buy a car and keep til the wheels fall off and love having a reliable vehicle and no car payment.

Bought my 2015 Subaru 2.0XT Touring brand spanking new off the Subaru dealership's lot. Have owned it all this time about 9 years straight. Take care of your car with regular oil changes, servicing at recommended intervals, and your car will take care of you. Performed the required recalls during service periods. Not 1 single regret on owning this car, ever. It rides smooth and true. Had a clicking issue in the ball joints 2 years ago which Subaru fixed free of charge. Other than that, this car has been my dream machine.

Bought a 10 year old Sienna mini van. I found them to be informed about the cars they are selling and up front about the condition. The cars are priced on the high end, but they made necessary repairs before the purchase and financed new tires. Three months in, a part that needed to be replaced was covered. Mike S did not pressure and was open to answering questions.

I initially leased my Grand Cherokee Limited but ended up buying it outright at lease end. It has been an awesome vehicle for the 6 years I've had it. I have only had two minor things that have needed work, one was AC needed more coolant and leaking rear strut which must be a fairly common issue as my mom's Durango has had the same problem. Super comfortable ride and plenty of room. My only beef is the halogen factory lights are horrendous but swapping the bulbs out for LED made a big difference for under $200. I normally don't keep a vehicle for longer than 2 years, but after 6 I love this vehicle just as much today as did the day I ordered it!

I love my Mazda 2016 grand touring CX-5. It has been a very reliable vehicle. Cruise control operates perfectly. Great Bose sound system. I wish it got better gas mileage. Not impressed with the navigation system! I am not happy at all with the exterior paint or interior carpeting!

I can’t say enough good things about this car!I bought it in 2020 with 45k miles and it was used for two and a half years to get me to school in another town 45-70 miles away, and it kept me safe and performed as good as I could ever ask for. The safety features are the cherry on top and saved me multiple times when merging into other lanes. It has all the bells and whistles- under glow lights, led lights in the front row, Bluetooth connection, and so much more. The car is spacious and has allowed me to drive with multiple people In the car comfortably. The back trunk contains so much space even with the third row seats up. The only issue I have ever had with this vehicle is around 100k miles, the gear shift locked. However, this never affected me and this is something that never needs to be fixed if it doesn’t drive you crazy, and the solution of depressing the gear lock to unlock it while you drive is a simple fix. Overall, this car has been very reliable even at over 110k miles and gives a luxury feel in an affordable vehicle. My favorite car. STOP THE KIA SLANDER!!

ML is one of my favorite cars of all time. my 2015 ML350, is nimble, good on gas, plenty of power, low maintenance and smooth. I truly love driving it.

I have been very satisfied with the service department at Lia Hyundai. Recently, I brought my car in for a NYS inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. Frederick Jacobs was my service representative. He was very professional, thorough, and helped expedite service in a very fair manner. I would heartily recommend him and be very glad if he were my service rep again in the future.

Let me add to the engine problems. Overall I really like this vehicle. We have taken many trips and enjoy the feel on the road. Maintenance has not been a major issue until recently. It started using oil on a regular basis. About a quart every two to three weeks. At around 92k miles it is now in the shop waiting to see if Hyundai will honor their warranty. It needs a new engine. It runs ok now, for a sewing machine. Hopefully Hyundai will honor their warranty and I can get another 90k miles out of the vehicle.

I love my Kia Niro Hybrid! I love all of the info that is continuously displayed above my steering wheel next to the speedometer that shows me when electric power is being used or being stored; my current MPG based on my driving practices; and at the end of my trip, it tells me exactly what my mpg was for that trip as well as what percentage of my driving was economical, normal, or aggressive! What an eye opener! I was able to increase my awareness of how my driving practices immediately impact the bottom line! I was able to reduce my aggressive driving from 11% to just 3% within just a few months. Now I don’t just think I’m a good driver, I KNOW that I am a safer driver! As an older driver, I am thrilled with the back up camera! Such a big help backing out of parking spaces in parking lots ( no blind spots!) and getting out of my driveway onto a major thoroughfare in my town! I feel so much safer. And being a grandmother of a kid in elementary school, a kid in day care, and a toddler I keep all day, I have precious cargo! But my favorite thing of all is that I only have to get gas about every 3 weeks instead of every week! I highly recommend the 2018 Kia Niro Hybrid! I didn’t think I could afford it when I bought it used 2 years ago…until I realized how much money I would be saving at the gas pump! I’m very happy with it!

Our Niro has been a great car, outstanding mileage and with regular service has been a good, reliable workhorse. Roomy rear seating, rear seat drops down for easy loading of luggage, small bike, pet carrier.

I was very hesitant to start looking for a newer car being that mine was very old and parts were going. I decided to go into Matthew's auto just to see what my options could be being that my credit is not stellar. And I cannot saying enough good stuff about the entire staff. I left Sunday but Connor who was absolutely amazing Gave me encouraging words and I didn't think I would get approved. But he said come on back see what happens and the gentleman in finance. I don't know his name. I wish I did right now because I would love to give him a huge compliment. Between both gentlemen I now own a brand new car. If it wasn't for their help their knowledge I would not be in the vehicle I'm in. I am extremely satisfied. It's very much smaller than my. Old car but it was the smartest choice and I love it and I wouldn't change a thing. I could go on and on but I cannot say enough good things about Matthew's auto. I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

My husband and I were interested in a 2017 ford escape contacted Ford of Latham spoke with James in sales liked the vehicle but we’re informed it was sold! Upon our disappointment we spoke with Anthony Gallo sales manager he went above and beyond to get us in another Ford Escape! Which we ended up leasing a 2022 Ford Escape! I like some of the things they put on the car . But it just a little to small for me and my family. We have five people in the house one with a car seat and I know it's not comfortable the other two because the car seat take up some of the room

Honestly, I would give Horning 10 Stars. My daughter’s car suddenly died, I rolled into town looking for a used car. I went to 6 other used car sales lots before I found Horning. Look no further. First off I would like to say that I am a huge car enthusiast who has owned many different cars in my 60 plus years. My most recent cars have been a 2017 Honda Pilot, 2022 Honda CRV and 2023 Toyota Highlander. The Pilot was nice but the CVT transmission drove me nuts with the way it jerked and shifted. The 2022 CRV was also nice but the electronics and bluetooth connectivity were SOOO bad!! The FWD Highlander with new turbo engine was a huge disappointment. I felt unsafe on curvy two lane roads.....like it didn't feel like it was gripping the road properly. It also had terrible turbo lag that was highly frustrating and dangerous feeling. When I would push it hard to get it going, it would almost skid out once it got going. The wireless apple CarPlay was its best feature but generally speaking the electronics were a nightmare and required a subscription to work best. You had to push multiple things to get to your radio and it was all so poorly designed. I had been having severe buyer remorse with the Highlander and started looking again. I drove a RAV4 and it was too underpowered and buzzy for my liking. Also drove a new Mazda CX-50 but was having a hard time spending the dollars on another new car since I would be losing on the Highlander trade. Long story short, we purchased a 2019 Kia Sportage EX for my college aged daughter in 2021. It was affordable, had good reviews and a longer warranty than everything else. She has loved it!! Turns out we have not needed the warranty even one time in these past two years. Only simple oil changes and tire rotations. She's away this summer so my husband and I have been driving her car periodically. During these drives, I decided I like her car so much, that I traded my Highlander for a certified pre-owned 2020 Sportage SX Turbo! I am SOOO thrilled with my decision!! The build is heavy and solid, visibility is incredible and driving it is SO much FUN! Feels like you're driving a Mercedes or BMW but at an extremely affordable price. The controls are so simple that I've not consulted the manual more than a couple of times. Everything has its own button and, although the car is loaded to the brim with every option you can imagine, it's all so easy to navigate and use. Kia made a winner here and I hope they continue on this path of using quality materials and easy to navigate electronics. If so I will be a loyal Kia fan forever!!

I have a 2017 Qx50! This car is sporty and comfortable. Had to replace the radiator at 97,000 miles. Other than that it is very reliable.

From the moment that I walked in, I felt very welcomed. Kia Smith was my salesperson. She was very informative and knowledgeable. The staff worked with me to purchase the car that I wanted. There was no pressure To close the deal the day that I walked in. They encouraged me to check out similar vehicles. I was in several times before I bought my 2025 MDX. They gave me a fair trade in allowance for my car, and explained everything that I needed to know very clearly. Kia took over an hour to show me the features of my Acura, and answer questions. I highly recommend her as a great person to do business with. I looked at a number of similar vehicles, but the quality and style of Acura was the best! I will say that a number of competitors tried to sell me what I did not want. I never went back to them. This is the nicest vehicle that I have owned in 50 years of driving. The team at Northeast Acura is the best!

ISSUE WITH SUNROOF CLOSING, NEW ONE PUT IN SAME PROBLEM. IN COLD WEATHER SEVERAL DOORS WOULD NOT LOCK AT ALL. AT FIRST I THOUGHT THEY WERE FROZEN THE DEALERSHIP IS STILL NOT SURE WHY THIS HAPPENED. I WAS UNABLE TO DRIVE IT WHEN THIS OCCURRED. JUST HAD THE IGNITION REPLACED - CAR WOULD NOT SHUT OFF. I REALLY LOVED THIS CAR THE SUNROOF IS HUGE, MY FIRST NEW CAR, IT IS A LITTLE SMALL IN THE BACK SEAT FOR PASSENGERS BUT NICE, I LOVE HAVING A HATCH AND NO TRUNK TO MOVE THINGS IF I WANT. I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED A JEEP AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE 4 WHEEL DRIVE AND OPEN FEEL OF THIS CAR. IT DOES VERY WELL ON THE HIGHWAY. THE REAL ISSUE I AM HAVING IS WITH CASTLE JEEP/ RAM IN NAPERVILLE,ILLINOIS COVRING THESE ISSUES WITH MY 100,000 MI WARRANTY.
