I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.

We own three Outlander PHEVs and there are plety of them out there used with low mileage. I would not purchase one used as the MSRP is over 40K.

Everyone was so amazing! Very friendly and professional. Brian set up a shuttle back to my apartment, which was very convenient. He explained everything that needed to be done on my car and went over everything they did when they finished. He even provided pictures and videos. He kept me up to date the whole time. Jaelyn, the shuttle driver was so sweet and friendly. I really enjoyed talking to her. They made the experience very smooth with no stress or issues.

I have an issue with paint peeling on my 2017 Murano, pearl white. Nissin won't help me out with this issue, not happy after learning there were similar problems with other models. This car has less than 40,000 miles on it. Anyone else having this problem?

I just got a 2022 Kona Limited after having a 2015 Golf for years. I like all safety features and comfort items. The steering wheel is stiffer than I am used to and think that is due to lane assist. I haven't figured out why the nav system doesn't talk, but it must be a setting issue. I used a Garmin unit for nav in past, but Kona's screen is much better. Some people say the space is small, but just fine for me. Overall, i like the Kona

Told us to bring our Prius in, and they topped off all of the fluids, and inspected our car NO CHARGE. No other dealer would be this GREAT, and extend such a COURTESY! If we move down here we WILL BUY our next vehicle from Gettel Toyota!!!

I traded in my 2016 RAV4 Limited for the Highlander XLE. Primarily for the ride. We had to give up some features such as seat positioning and closeness sensors available on the Rav4. The 2019 Highlander has a V6 that is well reported on and gives us the performance we need. Our ride has definitely improved on the Highlander.

We had a wonderful experience with Brad and the internet manager Erin. They went above and beyond to get us the vehicle we wanted. Everyone has been 5 star until we discovered the next day that we don’t have a spare tire, lug wrench, jack and key for wheel locks. We never thought to check for those things as they always come with the car. Today I was told we will have to find our own... what? Don’t feel that is right so hoping that this will be corrected. I would recommend the dealership, Brad and Erin, but I would tell you to make sure everything is in the car.

Purchased the car a month ago and it does not disappoint. Has got a kick to it. Brakes are a little choppy but reliable. Inside is comfortable. Enough room and yet compact.

This review is for a 2.0 turbo AWD Equinox Premier that I bought new six years ago and put 95,000 miles on. Sadly, this 252 HP engine was discontinued shortly after I bought it. Only maintenance in its life were infrequent car washes, twelve oil changes, twelve tire rotations, four new tires at 66,000 miles, rear brakes at 72,000 miles, air and cabin filters replaced twice. I’m still on my original battery and original front brakes. It should be noted that I only use 5W-30 Mobil 1 oil and I change the oil myself religiously as the car tells me to, and rotate tires the same week. For disposal, I pour the oil back into the same container that it was purchased in, so I can say without a doubt that the car has never burned (or leaked) a single shot glass of oil in its entire life. I have never reset the odometer since the car left the factory, so I can say that it has averaged 26.2 miles per gallon over its life, terrific given the power that it has, though I will say that almost all of its miles are highway. That also explains why my mileage on my tires and brakes are so good. And I should add a comment on the auto stop/start that so many in here don’t seem to like. I love it.

I recently purchased a Pre Owned vehicle from Nick Nichols Ford and had been very pleased with my purchase. I had only been able to drive it in local traffic rarely exceeding 45 mph. I had to make a trip to Tampa and once on I-75 I was at highway speed for the first time since having the vehicle. Due to a sudden traffic situation in front of me I had to hit my brakes hard , when I did I instantly noticed a shimmy in the steering wheel. I was able to make contact with Mr. Mark Anderson , Service Dept manager, and he advised me to bring it in and ask for him directly Mr.Anderson had the vehicle front brakes checked and it was found that the front rotors were worn , he then authorized the mechanic to replace the rotors. This was done at no charge to me. This action by Mr. Anderson made me a from now on Nick Nichols loyal customer Thank you Mr. Anderson for all that you did. Rudy Salazar

I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

SUV drives great on the highway . The seat are very comfortable and the cabin is not that noisy . It seems to be very good on gas also . I would highly recommend it . Toyota reliability !!!

I have owned 3 Chevy equinox and I like the way it looks and handles. It is a great family vehicle and very comfortable and safe. All 3 of my Equinox were the Premier class well worth the extra money and more features.

The service department was excellent. They accepted the voucher from a Honda "brother dealership" where I purchased the 2022 Mazda CX-5. We also had purchased a CRV from HOO about 6 years ago and have had excellent service; a far cry from the local Gainesville Honda. That is why we drive the 45 min......it is worth the drive.

Lots of technology. May take a while to comprehend it all. Good ride, handling, fit and finish. Fabulous mileage. Spacious inside for something small enough to park this well.

I had a 2019 Ford Flex and I loved it soooo much! Once I reached 130,000 miles without any problems whatsoever, it was time to get another car. I found out that the Flex was discontinued! I loved it so much that I found a used 2019 Flex with 7,000 miles and I was so happy!! I am so disappointed that this model was discontinued! It was great in ND snow (never got stuck); great mileage; lots of room; comfortable; navigation; back up sensors, etc. Please bring the Ford Flex back!! In the 38 years since I was married and had 5 kids, this has been the BEST vehicle so far!!

I recently got a 2020 Equinox and there's a reason you see them everywhere. It's a great car that gets (somewhat) decent gas mileage. There's just a few issues I have with it. I've had to ride in the backseat of my Equinox a few times, whether I went out with friends and got slightly drunk or accidentally let my wallet go through the laundry. The point is… every time I have ever ridden in the backseat of the car, I always hit my head on the part where the roof meets the door. I'm 5' 10", which is an average male height, and yet, literally every single time I've ever been in the back seat of my car or in the back seat of an Uber ride that also drove a new-ish Chevy Equinox or similar car, I've hit my head on the headliner when the car turns. I also frequently use this car to transport my younger siblings who don't have a license or are in the process of getting one, and some of them have the same complaint. There's also not a lot of leg room in the back of the car, and again, I am about average male height. Two of my siblings are also around the same height as me. Also, this car is only five years old and the ABS light is already on. Now, this is not a huge deal, but my mom had an older GMC Acadia that she drove for about a decade before any warning lights appeared on her dashboard. Her car's ABS sensor never failed. Anyway, all in all, the newer Chevy Equinox is a really good car and I can see why it's the #1 choice for soccer moms.

I have been purchasing cars for 52 years. Most of those have been BMW's, Mercedes and Infinity's. I purchased a new Genesis GV80 last year. I love this SUV. Recently there were some service lights coming on for the ABS and Driver Assist features. Although I live an hour from Ocala, FL I had a bad service experience (or lack thereof) with our Genesis dealer here in Gainesville and decided to call Jenkins Genesis of Ocala. What a pleasant experience. From the time I called to schedule an appointment to meeting my service advisor, Adam Croner the customer service I received was beyond! Adam could not have been more professional, helpful and caring. He had great product knowledge, people skills and truly cared about me - the customer. I can honestly say that with Jenkins service experience was better in every way than any of the car manufacturers and dealerships I mentioned. What a great dealership. The beautiful new waiting area was fantastic with internet, a cafe and large screen TV's. Everyone was clearly well trained and knew how customers should be teated. Keep up the great work. First off I would like to say that I am a huge car enthusiast who has owned many different cars in my 60 plus years. My most recent cars have been a 2017 Honda Pilot, 2022 Honda CRV and 2023 Toyota Highlander. The Pilot was nice but the CVT transmission drove me nuts with the way it jerked and shifted. The 2022 CRV was also nice but the electronics and bluetooth connectivity were SOOO bad!! The FWD Highlander with new turbo engine was a huge disappointment. I felt unsafe on curvy two lane roads.....like it didn't feel like it was gripping the road properly. It also had terrible turbo lag that was highly frustrating and dangerous feeling. When I would push it hard to get it going, it would almost skid out once it got going. The wireless apple CarPlay was its best feature but generally speaking the electronics were a nightmare and required a subscription to work best. You had to push multiple things to get to your radio and it was all so poorly designed. I had been having severe buyer remorse with the Highlander and started looking again. I drove a RAV4 and it was too underpowered and buzzy for my liking. Also drove a new Mazda CX-50 but was having a hard time spending the dollars on another new car since I would be losing on the Highlander trade. Long story short, we purchased a 2019 Kia Sportage EX for my college aged daughter in 2021. It was affordable, had good reviews and a longer warranty than everything else. She has loved it!! Turns out we have not needed the warranty even one time in these past two years. Only simple oil changes and tire rotations. She's away this summer so my husband and I have been driving her car periodically. During these drives, I decided I like her car so much, that I traded my Highlander for a certified pre-owned 2020 Sportage SX Turbo! I am SOOO thrilled with my decision!! The build is heavy and solid, visibility is incredible and driving it is SO much FUN! Feels like you're driving a Mercedes or BMW but at an extremely affordable price. The controls are so simple that I've not consulted the manual more than a couple of times. Everything has its own button and, although the car is loaded to the brim with every option you can imagine, it's all so easy to navigate and use. Kia made a winner here and I hope they continue on this path of using quality materials and easy to navigate electronics. If so I will be a loyal Kia fan forever!!
