Always trouble with fuel filters and ignition switch .my drivers window locks me in the car on rainy days, I have to roll window down and open door from outside.Headliner is shredded like I used a knife on it

We moved to Livonia a few months ago, and when it was time for service on my CRV, I wanted to find an honest Honda dealer--one that wouldn't tack on unnecessary services like a previous dealership did or take advantage of my lack of knowledge about cars. I was impressed with Suburban Honda of Farmington Hills from the start. When I discovered I had a scheduling conflict, Sandra (the employee who handles appointments) quickly accommodated me by finding a time later the same day. She was friendly and helpful. Bob Spurgeon, the director who was in charge of my service, was professional and polite. I explained to him that I wanted just an oil change and tires rotated, and that is exactly what was done, with no attempts to tack on any other services or superfluous charges that my husband and I have encountered in some places. Mr. Spurgeon seated us in his office to complete the work order and conversed with us in an amiable way before he showed us to the waiting room. We had been told that the entire appointment might take 1-1/2 hours, which includes a car wash, but it took just a little over a half hour for them to finish the work. The bill matched the estimate we had been given, with no suggestion that any "problems" exist that need attention. The only suggestion I could make is for the person who changes the oil to ask whether or not the owner wants the Oil % indicator to remain on the dash rather than be eliminated. I had to call the dealership later to find out how to shut it off. I didn't want that big Oil Can image to stay on the screen, but I couldn't find clear directions on how to delete it. They did offer to do it for me the next time I am near the dealership if I had any problem with the directions. (I am an elderly female.) At this point, I highly recommend this dealership for the friendly, professional way the employees treat the customer and the efficient way they do the work. We weren't sure where to find a good, honest dealership in this area, but from all indications, I think Suburban Honda is one that is fair and shows personal interest in the customer.

I have the 2021 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. The car is beautiful, sports mode is great for picking up speed on the highway, the app is great and it has all the features I wanted in a great price- sunroof, remote start, leather seats, etc. Drawbacks: Backseat: Car seat does not have as much room in the back (I knew this prior to purchasing, but I didn't think it would be that bad. Unfortunately I do wish it had more leg room especially as my 5 year old continues to grow). Tire pressure is not displayed inside the vehicle. This has already impacted me when I had a blow out on the highway, I had no idea my tire was losing air. Other than these factors, I am happy with my purchase.

Went into the dealership and got my new car on the same day. Simple easy process! Turned in my Chevy Bolt, which I really enjoyed. Love my new electric equinox!

I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.

I went to Kia because my wife needs a new vehicle, and that's how I met Michael LongStaff.... great guy, very polite, resourceful, savvy on the technical aspects of the vehicle and great customer support. He presented options based on my wife requirements and we ended with a Seltos 2023, the way she want it... Happy wife, happy life ..... A weeks later, I have issues with my truck, I been a Ford owner for more than 30 yrs with multiples cars, but I was not feeling happy with my current vehicle. Again, reached out to Michael, and based on my requirements, I ended training my 2012 Expedition King Ranch for a new 2023 Kia Telluride. In the last 2 weeks I really confirmed that Kia was a great option for our home. Thanks to the entire staff.

For a car made in China, with their reputation for putting out shoddy products and looking at their buildings and roads that's falling apart as we speak, I was totally surprised at the quality built into this car, not knowing at the time of purchase that it was made over there, which would have made me pass on buying it. But we are talking GM here, that built the plant in Shanghai, who took every part over there just to use their labor only to assemble it, and they did an excellent job. I figure that GM pays them better than all other jobs in that country and they don' t want to lose that job, so they do the best that they can when putting it together. We are at 105,000 miles now, and did all the oil changes and did go through the hundred thousand mile checkup and all fluids changed, and it has yet to have anything to go wrong with it except for changing out the 5 year gel filled very expensive battery *at 5 years on the dot, and the second set of tires. Even still has the original front pads on the brakes, but due to my real easy driving and feathering them coming up to stop lights, trying not to let the stop/start system engage at full stop, and have been doing an excellent job in timing lights and breaking one law by doing 'rolling stops' at stop signs with no cross traffic in sight. I'm a person that drives a vehicle until it rots down, like I did my '84 Toyota diesel pickup that I put over 800K on it until finally the box frame under it rusted in two, forcing me to park it forever, with the engine still running in it. And with this car I'm shooting for the same mileage before it falls apart just from so many miles on the body.

Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend BMW of Farmington Hills. The dealership was nice, as was the staff. Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

Drove from pittsburgh to Michigan to buy a tahoe. It was everything we talking about over the phone and nathan was very helpful and made everything easy as could be. Well worth the drive!!

I just love everything about my 2021 80th anniversary edition G/C! I purchased new but now has 81000km. So much enjoy all the style comfort with no issues. So much more reliable and better looking than the new body style that was released later in 2021.

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

I've gotta say, my car buying experience at Serra Ford for the Ford Ranger was freakin' amazing! The whole team there was top-notch, especially Rachel Kupke, my salesperson. She was on the ball, super attentive, and knew everything about the Ranger and Ford's other offerings. Rachel made sure I got exactly what I wanted and answered all my questions like a pro. Candy Serra, the sales manager, was also awesome. She personally made sure I was happy and really helped with the financing process. Candy really cared about making my experience top-notch. The rest of the Serra Ford crew was fantastic too. They were all friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process a breeze. I walked in and felt right at home. And let me tell ya, the Ford Ranger itself is one badass truck. The Serra Ford team knew their stuff and helped me find just the right one. I've been driving for 43 years now and have owned an array of different vehicles, however I've never been financially fortunate to purchase a luxury model - until now! I was looking for a mid size vehicle that would check many boxes for my snowy Michigan commutes, along with distant travel comfort to and from my cabin and some towing capacity. I have only had this for roughly 1500 miles and wow.. My first impression was luxury. So many base options included in a mid sized and mid priced SUV that pleasantly surprised me. Secondly was the ride quality. Both smooth and quiet and handling. I've read other reviews discussing power inadequacy, but not at all. Plenty of passing and get tup to speed power. Next was the snow. I have Michelin defender tires and wow - what have I been missing? The snow 4x4 duaratac features combined with these tires make this a beast in the snow, slush and rain. It definitely gives me a much more safety reassurance while driving in these conditions. I have not tried the towing yet and have not had any "reliable" issues to report, but we are very fortunate with our pick and one very capable snow commuter.

I came in for a tire rotation and was in a hurry, the service manager drove my truck in himself and saw that it got completed quickly and finished it with a wash, thanks a lot Doug!

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

I’m very happy with the way they took care of me and my Jeep Grand Cherokee…excellent service even though I didn’t even buy it from them. Though I Have purchased a Cadillac from another dealership they own, and service there was also exceptional.

The vehicle was great EXCEPT for the shifter which was the worst type EVER that GM designed!! I had family that could not figure out how to use it!!

I was great Sale person and loan department. Bend over backward to get me the loan. I think is great that they are give me 24 months or 24000 for major problems Loan company is give 3 months for car payment

This is my first Jeep I have ever owned. I always liked the looks of the Grand Cherokee. I’m happy with the vehicle. No complaints except it does like to drink gasoline. My previous 4 vehicles were all 8 cylinder full size pickup trucks. The Jeep being a 6 cylinder eats more gas. The Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Good looks, drives well, comfortable and safe.

Went for oil change for my 2019 ram 1500. As usual went flawlessly and quickly. The lounge is comfortable and covid compliant. The manager of this dealer always greats me when I walk in and takes care of me in a friendly professional and consistent manner. I would recommend this dealership for service without question. Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

Brought my Pacifica in for a scheduled service . Work was performed promptly and correctly. Vehicle was returned clean and was well taken care of. I will continue to use this dealership.

My Grand Cherokee Laredo E just turned 50,000 miles a few days ago. Other than routine maintenance, the only money that I have invested in it was for 4 tires last month. Extremely comfortable, capable and reliable. While not delivering Prius-like gas mileage, given the performance it provides in all types of weather.............NO COMPLAINTS !

My recall service appointment on 9/7/23 was reschedule by Jason Jackson. The reason was the tech going to be out for my original appointment which was 9/8/23. Jason Jackson service consultant at Suburban took care of me very well, I also ask him can we do the works package for an oil change with tire rotation. He said sure we can fit that in with your recall. Jason customer service is always on point and over the top.

I’ve had my 2019 Buick Envision since January of this year (2023). We were traveling from GA to MS today and for the first time ever after hitting a bump two different times (a couple hours apart) our vehicle started vibrating and shaking terribly. Very concerning.

This 2021 Nissan Rogue SL is a great car. It is very comfortable and loaded with features. I am very pleased with fuel efficiency. There has been no problems to report since I bought this car.

This is my third Subaru Forrester. I like the newer safety features and ease of handling. The size is perfect for me, not too small or too big! I would recommend if you’re looking for a midsize vehicle.

It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

Terri is a VERY kind, responsive, and accomodative sales person, Thanks to her, I could get my new Cherokee which matches almost all of my preference in body color and option packages!

I purchased it used in 2022, it had 76k and now has 96 in 2025. It's 4wd with the 5.7 Hemi in the Overland trim. It hasn't given me any trouble.
