I recently moved back to the Pittsburgh area and was in search for some type of suv but I didn’t have the best credit. Ashley worked with multiple banks to try to get me approved. She got me into a Subaru that I actually like and can afford. Everything was easy going. My sister needs a car and we will be back!

My dad bought this car around 2010. Used it, gave it to my mom, my mom gave it to me in 2020. Rarely had issues. Hearty car, withstood my neglect. Never needed anything other than oil changes. It got totaled in an accident last week. I'm grieving the loss. This car was a champion until the very end. RIP Barbara.

Recently bought a car from the wonderful folks down at North Hills Auto Mall and I honestly couldn’t be happier. They replaced parts and did work on the car at their own shop before selling it, which made me feel really confident about the whole thing All in all just a smooth, no-stress experience. We bought our CPO 2006 CR-V SE in 2008 with 19K miles. It replaced a 2000 CR-V with 180K miles, and the 2.4L/5 speed felt so much peppier in the mountains than the old 2.0L/ 4 speed. It now has 243K trouble-free miles and has been passed down from Mom to our teen daughters. Everyone who gets in is amazed that it's so much roomier in both rows than the outside would suggest. Lots of cargo room, too. Simple, ergonomic dashboard controls. Love the dash-mounted shift lever and flip-up center console. Leather seats are tough as nails and still look good. It's fun to drive. Not overpowered, but feels peppy and responsive, revs easily and smoothly when you punch the throttle to merge or pass. Great outward visibility. Tight steering, firm brake feel. Very maneuverable in tight spaces. Best feature is the low, low cost of operation. It has never broken down. No expensive timing belt services. The only non-routine repairs were a thermostat at 190K, brake pads at 210K, and a knock sensor at 240K. We just can't seem to spend money on this vehicle. Everything works, AC blows cold, starts every time, runs smoothly, plenty of power for mountain driving. The flaws I've noted are relatively few. One, seats are contoured for smaller people. That's us, so we're fine, but larger people probably would not be happy. Two, the seats fold and tumble, so you don't get a full-length flat load floor. It holds a lot, but you have to load vertically. Third, the cupholders are poorly designed and don't seem to fit any common drink sizes in the US. Four, the rear cargo door swings to the wrong side for curbside loading in the US. In my opinion the 2006 SE was the best CR-V ever made, and I've already put my daughters on notice that when they move on, it's mine.

This has been one of the Best vehicles I've ever owned. It is probably The Most Reliable car I've ever had. The only negative in my opinion is the paint job the Manufacturer did or the paint they used. Other than that it's been a great vehicle.

2007 Limited, new August, 2007. Almost 180K, never been in shop. Sure-footed as a mountain goat in snow/ice here in Maryland. Fast, holds its own on highway. VERY comfortable interior. VERY quiet - a key purchasing point for us. Styling still ahead of its time - looks much better than competitors. Plenty of cargo room. She’ll be with us forever!

I drive a lot my car is a 2014 and it has currently 277,400 miles and still ticking. I’ve had very few maintenance issues overall the basic wear and tear as expected! I didn’t expect it would last as long as it has but I am being pleasantly surprised. It is great on gas compared to most SUVs and overall a comfortable car !

Had this car for years. It's at 330,000 miles and still runs. Drive it alll the time. Needed a new transmission after 300,000 miles. Its true if you keep up with maintenance any car could last.

I had a very wonderful and pleasant experience purchasing my first ever car at North Hills Auto Mall. The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, reliable, and friendly. Any and all questions I had (which were many) were answered in a very timely manner and explained very well (which I greatly appreciated because I'm definitely not anywhere near a car expert). I purchased my car in January 2019 and now almost a year later I am still in love with it and happy with my decision. It is currently 13 years old, and I purchased it with a considerably low mileage for its age, as well as no rust. It was clean inside and out and in wonderful condition. I requested to see the Carfax, and a copy was gladly handed to me to keep, which revealed it had only 1 previous owner and a clean history with no reported accidents. I also took it for a test drive. It still today runs fantastic and I have yet to run into any problems with it. I will absolutely recommend North Hills Auto Mall to anybody looking for a car and I look forward to dealing with them some time again in the future! Thank you for an amazing experience!

car performes well , overall satisfied with it , but it has a rust issue ! rust under the rear wheel frame on both sides , rust under the rear lift gate , chrome on the wheel reems peeling .

Purchased this car used in 2017 with 42k on it. Currently at 144k has the 2.0l and AWD. I’ve switched immediately to full synthetic, done coolant flushes, and changed all fluids. We have 2 Escapes now 14/16 both with 2.0 and AWD. Love them. We do the preventative maintenance. Hopefully we hit 300k. Most of my previous vehicles have done 266k and 400k.

I purchased my 2013 Kia Sorento LX fwd (3.5L V6 engine non GDI) used with 36,000mi. It now has 167,000mi. (mix of city and 1000+mi road trips). It's had very few issues, and it's still running strong. The 3.5 engine seems very durable. I change the oil and use only high quality full synthetic oil and filter. The few minor issues include limited life for front turn signal/head light bulbs, slightly stiff suspension, and easily stained fabric seats. The suspension and steering seem pretty durable as well. I only use Michelin Defender tires, and I've gotten 95,000mi out of them. It's never needed an alignment.

I have owned a 2013 Rogue for 10 years. It has traveled north, south, east and west multiple times with no issues until just now. Catalytic Converter and a run in with a deer. Would i get another one? Absolutely.

Bought new 2014 and have lifetime warranty that only costs me $100.00 to fix it. I have already paid for the warranty and more. Knock on wood. Only 80,000 miles on it and looks great!

I've had mine for almost 20 years and luckily or not it's been trouble free except for a few recalls. She's a dream car with 133,000 Miles on it. I also have a Nissan Rogue and it's a tough choice as to which I'll get Next when it comes time to get a new one.

I bought this car in early 2021 (Premium Plus package) and have had it for about a year now. I'm absolutely in love with the car - the handling, passing power, refined cabin with all the bells and whistles, aggressive body lines for a wagon and overall size. I've long owned wagons; mostly subarus with a WRX, Forester and Crosstrek XV; and was once a die hard Subie owner... until I got into this Audi and it blew my mind. Subaru is not known for its interior features or designs, so the refinement and design of the interior on the Allroad was a major change for me and I never realized how much I appreciate the bells and whistles like power seats, heated seats, Bluetooth compatibility, Nav, independent climate controls, etc. Most notably is the highway power... the "get-up" in this car at freeway speeds is absolutely outstanding and excites me everytime I need to pass. Took it on a road trip to southern Cali last summer and was very impressed with the gas mileage on the long trip (about 420 miles to a tank) and the ride is soooooo smooth and enjoyable. I long commuted from Phoenix to Sacramento (780 miles/13hrs) in my Subaru's and by hour 6-7, I was always hurting... took me about 8 hours to get to SoCal last summer and the entire duration of the drive was enjoyable and my body felt great upon arrival in the Allroad. If you like wagon's... this is the vehicle to own!

Was at dealership shopping and this new Jeep Cherokee Lattitude came in on transport. Wanted it the minute I saw it. Jeep dealership had ordered it custom with every option I wanted. Blackout package, V6 a true dual exhaust, sport, power everthing, 4x4 etc. The 4x4 is excellent and never failed me! Its been flawless, aftermarket tuning has turned it into a screaming black speed machine. 112,000 miles so far. No issues with anything! Would buy another if they still made this Cherokee Latitude Special! One very satisfied customer!!!

I purchased this car with 23000 miles 5 years later no problems. My Wife and I are in our 70’s the vehicle has 61000. Miles on it. We plan on keeping it.

Purchased new in 2015. Have only done 1 repair in 129k, which was fixing oil leak at oil filter housing. Solid car, great in rain and snow. Thoroughly enjoy this car

Don’t know why people hate Nissans with CVT. Now that I’ve lived with the CVT with 140,000 miles I know I wouldn’t buy another one, but it’s been just fine, no issues. This isn’t a sporty vehicle but for 8 years and 140k miles it gets the job done every time. I just don’t get the hatred towards these cars. I do have AWD but if I were to do it over I’d drop that option. It’s expensive to maintain and truthfully I don’t go outside when the weather is bad anyway so I doubt the AWD feature has ever engaged, not even once. I plan to keep my vehicle for 10 years then get a minivan.
