My wife and I found Southtowne Mitsubishi to be friendly, fair and fun to deal with. CJ and Mike were wonderful and made us feel like family!

As I read, don't buy unless you can work on it. Plenty of things broke, but the parts are cheap if you can work on it. All four interior door handles broken, but all four replacements were $40, I put them in. Starter motor bad, $160 and very difficult to install, but did it. Exhaust manifold to engine gasket bad. $20 and very difficult to install. Rubber gators over CV joints, cheap, but very hard to install. Advice: watch Youtube video's, take your time, and don't get aggravated, I told you its difficult...Plus all the plastic fasteners and parts are dry and brittle after 17 years.

I have purchased cars from these guys over the years with great results. I recently purchased a 2006 Acura MDX with 193,000 miles. The miles scared me a little bit but the one owner car has all of the service records from the Acura dealership and runs great. My last car was a BMW X5 and that thing was a money pit! Constant repairs. This Acura has all of the features that the BMW had (heated leather seats, rear view camera, bluetooth, etc) with a 6 cylinder, 24 valve V Tech engine that is as fast as the BMW V8 engine at about half the cost of gasoline. Don't let the high miles scare you. These guys only purchase vehicles that meet their strict guidelines. They have been in the business for many decades and they know how to pick good cars. I waited 2 months before putting this review and I like the car even more than when I first purchased it. No problems at all. Keep up the good work guys. It's hard to find trustworthy dealers anymore.

it’s been a pretty good car so far, some minor issues but overall pretty good. mine used to be apart of a fleet (it has 120,000 miles) and i think it’s a pretty good car. the insurance is higher because it’s discontinued which is a bummer. i’d say do your research before you buy which i wish i would’ve done but it’s over now so oh well.

Bought 2012 in 2021. I have put 18,000 miles on it. Had to do brakes, CV joint, and the thermostat. Otherwise, it runs very good.

I had a head-on collision with my 2013 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum going 60-65 mph. The entire engine compartment is gnarly; the engine is upside down and backwards, but nothing from under the front hood entered the vehicle. A law enforcement officer told me how surprised he was and said that if I plan to buy another vehicle, I should buy a Nissan Pathfinder because he had never seen so much damage to a vehicle without the driver un-injured.

I really like it all around runs great . Only issue I am concerned about is the gas gauge isnt working not sure what is going on there and it is saying the tires need air they take 35 and that is what is in them so there is an issue there .

excellent warranty and after almost 10 years its been great, It has all the features in the Limited models. Backup camera is the best feature

My mother got this car new and gave it to me after only a couple years. I absolutely ADORED this car. So reliable and comfortable. I would still be driving it if a semi truck hadn't fallen on it, crushing us over the guardrail, rolling us a few times. We would not have survived that in most cars. This car has ample room above you that crushes down. I had previously wondered once why the ceiling was so high. Life saver. The seat belt held so fast and hard that I have a massive bruise from it. The seat belts had my friend and I hanging upside down. This is a fantastic car. Sad to see it go! I will probably get another.

I purchased my 2004 Honda Pilot brand new. I have 215,000+ miles on her now and the only thing I’ve ever had done is basic maintenance. The paint is starting to peel which makes me so angry with myself for not keeping the old girl in the garage all the time. Best car I’ve ever had. Won’t drive anything but a Honda for sure!

I live my Durango so much it’s super reliable and Idk if mine had something done to it but I go considerably faster than most cars😭

From the moment I arrived, Isaac made sure to let me talk, explain my issues. I explained to Isaac, that I purchased this 2002 Monte Carlo SS off the showroom floor in 2002. Over the years, I have put thousands of dollars into making it not only look great, but sound great as well. Nothing has ever needed replacing, I just upgraded to high performance parts. This 2002 Monte Carlo SS has 55000 original miles. This car is so important to me. My plan is to give this to my Grandson. And I want it perfect. Isaac sent my car back to the mechanics and stated he would call me and keep me informed about everything. He didn't let me down once. I'm a U S Army, Vietnam Veteran. I served in the Honor Guard for 1 year. Performing as the Funeral Escort and holding and folding our American Flag that would be presented to their surviving member. Isaac, and the mechanics who work here at Salt Lake Valley Chevrolet, deserve not just a pat on the back. But an award showing that they are appreciated. A great start would be the waiting room. I remember going in, there would be coffee, donuts, and fruit. Not a thing... If it wasn't for the first impressions of Isaac, the many phone calls keeping me updated. And the fantastic work of your mechanics. I would have went somewhere else, and left 1 star. And 1 sentence. Because of them. And the fact that they knew how important this car is to me. I've owned Honda's for most of my life. Not once ever disappointed in quality of build and reliability. Have always taken very good care of my vehicles. This 2004 Honda CR-V is no exception. What a great reliable vehicle it has been and is and has never once let me down. Couldn't recommend more.

In 2019, I rode my bicycle to a dealer with A '09 Sportage LX, 5-speed stick for sale. I hadn't owned a vehicle in the ten years prior. I'm a decent shade-tree mechanic, and all I hoped for, was to be driving it when it was paid for. At this writing, it is mine, and riding on a new set of Goodyears. The repairs needed were typical, and I will enjoy it until it falls apart.

I bought a used 2005 chrysler pt cruiser a few years ago. My wife found in in Trenton , NJ. It was a one owner with just over 30,000 miles on it. We only drove it a few blocks, tried the convertible top and was sold on it. I had a small accident a few years ago but it was fixed fantastic like new. I love my car everything works like new and always getting some compliants Inferno Red Black Top Will never sell it!

I have 2 kids and lots of nieces and nephews so my suv is the best thing for hauling around kiddos. Plenty of leg room and storage. Great design. I cannot wait to upgrade in the future!

I bought my Equinox new off the lot in 2015 to be my winter driving car. I’ve had it for 10 years, and have driven it 60 miles round-trip in some of the worst winter weather in the lower 48 states. The Equinox held the road well on ice, in slush, and in deep snow on days that I was on the road before the snow plows. It has always been reliable and has never left me stranded. I’ve had no major issues in over 107,000 miles. I appreciate the cargo space which is much better than the newer models. I regularly recommend Equinoxes to my friends and family.

On my second one. The first was an 02 S/C 4x4 with the manual transmission that I drove on and off road for 7 years. It was finally retired with 260k miles because of frame and body rust issues. I purchased my second on last year that is a rust free southern 04 auto 4x4. I did all of the maintenance when I first got it and besides oil changes, nothing else. Super reliable and driver oriented. Only drawbacks are needs more power and better fuel economy. That said, I'm continuously impressed with it's capabilities and value.

Owned it for 10 years and has been a joy to drive. Handles great in the snow, plenty of space for passengers and/or cargo, and no major problems. Great looking SUV that has been extremely dependable. Very happy with our purchase.
