Talked back and forth with Ann via email, on the phone Friday morning. Friday I went to my bank and left with the check to buy my new car. I’m a Kia sorento fan, this car is everything I wanted. The interior is mint. Drives like a dream. I love the fact they offer a warranty and have other options to upgrade the warranty. Ann and Dave are amazing and trustworthy. Bought this model in 2014 brand new, it's 10 years later, at 100K miles, still runs like new , only items done are maintenance so far.Tires, brakes, battery, wipers, etc. Has never been in the shop for anything else. Period.

I bought mine in 2017, V6 FWD with 67,000 miles on it for $1200, was repainted 3 years prior as my guitar player sold it to me, he bought it new and paints cars for a living. Best get around car ever!! I drove miles and miles in this car never had to think, will it make it? NO, this car was the most reliable car I have ever owned, never left me stranded, I will surely miss it, I bought it because I also own a twin turbo V8 BMW X5, you HAVE to have another car if you own a BMW, lol, But IT has been down for the count for 6 months now , JUNK! So, I just traded it in on new car, a 2019 Toyota C-HR, I had the Hyundai for almost 5 years, I WOULD buy another if the price were right just to know that I have another reliable ride if needed. BUY ONE!! Great car people

ML is one of my favorite cars of all time. my 2015 ML350, is nimble, good on gas, plenty of power, low maintenance and smooth. I truly love driving it.

I was very hesitant to start looking for a newer car being that mine was very old and parts were going. I decided to go into Matthew's auto just to see what my options could be being that my credit is not stellar. And I cannot saying enough good stuff about the entire staff. I left Sunday but Connor who was absolutely amazing Gave me encouraging words and I didn't think I would get approved. But he said come on back see what happens and the gentleman in finance. I don't know his name. I wish I did right now because I would love to give him a huge compliment. Between both gentlemen I now own a brand new car. If it wasn't for their help their knowledge I would not be in the vehicle I'm in. I am extremely satisfied. It's very much smaller than my. Old car but it was the smartest choice and I love it and I wouldn't change a thing. I could go on and on but I cannot say enough good things about Matthew's auto. I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

It may be a played out thing so say, but it doesn’t make it less true: buying a car as a woman can be very intimidating. First off I would like to say that I am a huge car enthusiast who has owned many different cars in my 60 plus years. My most recent cars have been a 2017 Honda Pilot, 2022 Honda CRV and 2023 Toyota Highlander. The Pilot was nice but the CVT transmission drove me nuts with the way it jerked and shifted. The 2022 CRV was also nice but the electronics and bluetooth connectivity were SOOO bad!! The FWD Highlander with new turbo engine was a huge disappointment. I felt unsafe on curvy two lane roads.....like it didn't feel like it was gripping the road properly. It also had terrible turbo lag that was highly frustrating and dangerous feeling. When I would push it hard to get it going, it would almost skid out once it got going. The wireless apple CarPlay was its best feature but generally speaking the electronics were a nightmare and required a subscription to work best. You had to push multiple things to get to your radio and it was all so poorly designed. I had been having severe buyer remorse with the Highlander and started looking again. I drove a RAV4 and it was too underpowered and buzzy for my liking. Also drove a new Mazda CX-50 but was having a hard time spending the dollars on another new car since I would be losing on the Highlander trade. Long story short, we purchased a 2019 Kia Sportage EX for my college aged daughter in 2021. It was affordable, had good reviews and a longer warranty than everything else. She has loved it!! Turns out we have not needed the warranty even one time in these past two years. Only simple oil changes and tire rotations. She's away this summer so my husband and I have been driving her car periodically. During these drives, I decided I like her car so much, that I traded my Highlander for a certified pre-owned 2020 Sportage SX Turbo! I am SOOO thrilled with my decision!! The build is heavy and solid, visibility is incredible and driving it is SO much FUN! Feels like you're driving a Mercedes or BMW but at an extremely affordable price. The controls are so simple that I've not consulted the manual more than a couple of times. Everything has its own button and, although the car is loaded to the brim with every option you can imagine, it's all so easy to navigate and use. Kia made a winner here and I hope they continue on this path of using quality materials and easy to navigate electronics. If so I will be a loyal Kia fan forever!!

I’ve had my ‘15 latitude, for a year. T-bones a car, last week, and they crumple like a beer can… In other words: had my wife get a ‘16 75th edition TODAY!! Yes, ramen diet, for a few years, + her “special edition” doesn’t have heated seats, or a heated wheel 😖 My latitude does!! I wouldn’t look at different 💯

This is my 2nd Escape in 12 years. I drive for a living and I love feeling safe on the road. I've had no problems with this car. I personally have put over 400,000 miles on it in just 4 years. Take care of your car, and your car will take care of you.

The 2012 used ml350 Bluetec that I purchased is a dream to drive. The small turning radius makes u-turns carefree. The Diesel engine purrs as quietly as a gas engine. It’s the 10th Mercedes that I’ve had, and the 2nd diesel. I plan on driving this car for many more years. It’s an Arizona car, 8 years old,and still like new. 61,000 miles and lots of life left.

  I have the Trailhawk trim, the serious off-road version.  Finally, a car that I can confidently drive in and out of rough construction sites, and not be afraid that I'll break it or get it stuck.   It is possessed by a powerful spirit of wanderlust, and frequently demands that I take it on drives just to see places it hasn't yet been, preferably places that normal cars cannot go.   If Don Quixote de La Mancha lived in our time, he would surely drive a vehicle like this one; a vehicle truly fit for a modern Knight Errant.   I didn't know until a few days after I bought it, and I don't think the dealership knew either, but this one has about a 2" aftermarket lift, and slightly larger tires than stock.

I bought my 2015 Ford Edge used, from a great Idaho dealership! I drive for a living, so it definitely needs to be reliable, and it has to have power to climb the 7% grade that's over 6 miles long, just to leave town. I think for the price the quality is exceptional! The comfort and safety I feel behind the wheel is great! I would expect no less from a Ford.. and it has kept me smiling!

It's longer than most SUVs. I've been able to haul both drywall and plywood still closing the rear door. It's been great to travel with, the back seats fold all the way down.

I have a 2017 Qx50! This car is sporty and comfortable. Had to replace the radiator at 97,000 miles. Other than that it is very reliable.

This was a replacement vehicle for a Toyota Camry that was totaled. Bought it, it was 3 years old with 36,032 miles on it. Been rear ended $14,000 in Damages to the rear, there’s only 2 things I would complain about. One getting a replacement Drivers seat has been a problem, I’ve even looked in Auto salvage yards to get a replacement seat, it’s been a headache, and if you do find one you got to give the first 2 numbers of the VIN # so the wiring Harness will work.. if you have the American built version , the Japanese or Korean Version Wiring Harnesses will not work, they will bolt in, but the Harnesses won’t work. Been looking for 3 years for a seat , still can’t find one. I’ve looked in both North & South Carolina for a replacement seat.

Let me add to the engine problems. Overall I really like this vehicle. We have taken many trips and enjoy the feel on the road. Maintenance has not been a major issue until recently. It started using oil on a regular basis. About a quart every two to three weeks. At around 92k miles it is now in the shop waiting to see if Hyundai will honor their warranty. It needs a new engine. It runs ok now, for a sewing machine. Hopefully Hyundai will honor their warranty and I can get another 90k miles out of the vehicle.
