I have had several hybrid SUVs, Lexus and Mercedes, and this is at the top of the list for me. The hybrid drive is seamless, smooth, and responsive at all speeds. This is the largest hybrid SUV I have owned and yet, it is the most fuel efficient. Amazing mileage around town (50+ mpg) and highway cruising with the little 4-cylinder is very efficient. At highway speeds the transmission keeps the small internal combustion engine from working too hard but when power is needed for passing the combination of torque from the electric power plant along with the turbocharger provides instant responsiveness. Inside, the SUV is roomy and luxurious. The finishes benefit from the Italian roots of the owners to provide a beautiful harmony of design with soft supple leather and rich hardwood trim. The electronics work extremely well from the MacIntosh sound system to the driver assist and lane-keeping features that virtually drive the vehicle for you. The seat air conditioning and built-in massagers make even long driving trips relaxing. Yes, there have been some recalls, expected in an early edition of a new model. The only negative has been in servicing the recalls. Jeep dealers are still basically just old Chrysler/Plymouth/Dodge operations that are not prepared to handle high-end vehicles and the customers they attract. Too few technicians, and poor scheduling between the service writers and the shop. The service waiting areas are designed for truck drivers not owners of luxury automobiles. Stellantis may have upgraded the vehicles to a much higher level but their achilles heel is the dealer service network.

We purchased the SX Prestige and it's a very well appointed vehicle. It is very comfortable for adults in the first two rows of seats and the third row is comfortable for the grandkids. It drives like a dream and has just about every safety system you could imagine which was daunting for my wife at first but she has a handle on it all now. The interior is absolutely gorgeous and has everything you need for a comfortable ride. The exterior is very stylish and doesn't have that minivan look at all nor does it look like most of the mid size SUVs. The warranty is excellent which should give you an additional sense of security as far as long term issues with the major systems. Overall this is one of the nicest vehicles we have owned and we have owned the higher priced competitors of the same style and size. It is at a fair price point for what you get but my suggestion is to purchase the prestige package as it's only a few thousand more and the difference is pretty significant. As of yet I see no drawbacks to this vehicle and am glad that I took a look at KIA.

The buying experience was awesome. Even with my three children that are all under the age of seven it was easy and quick. The car was in excellent condition inside an out overall a great time.

My 2018 Traverse is large enough that I (6'2") can get into and out of it with no problem. If I put the 2nd row of seats down, I can stretch out with room to spare. Averaged 29mpg on a 1400 mile trip in Sept. Has more power and better mpg than my 2012 did. If I get another car, it will once again be a Traverse if it is still available.

So glad we went into edmartin to trade our jeep in April we weren't sure about the 2010 Nissan Rogue we were eligible for since our credit and time on the job. Cory did the job for us got us approved and in a vehicle that's a lot better than the one we traded in. Our jeep we traded was old and had a lot needing done with it no ac and with two babies we needed one with ac. About after a month the compressor for the ac went out on the Nissan we got from the dealership. Was gonna cost almost $900 and we were gonna have to pay half and that definitely wasn't possible with all our bills and on one income with two babies to come up all the sudden with it. So I had some words with cory and the dealership and cory is paying half of our half out of his discount or commission not sure he just said he was gonna pay half of our part so we only had to come up with $200 . While it's being fixed he put me in a temporary vehicle so we had a vehicle to drive. This means a lot because we were upset about having the vehicle only a little over a month and it happening but now he has done all he could to make sure we were happy and he definitely did an awesome job. My partner wanted me to get a vehicle that availed itself of all the current self-driving and safety technologies currently on offer, and after much research, this is car I landed own. And the XC40 did not disappoint. I'm approaching my first year of ownership and comfortably say it is the best vehicle I've ever owned. With near seamless adaptable cruise control making multiple long-haul road trips as effortless as driving across town, my Volvo makes me want to drive it anywhere. Stylistically, it's a bit frustrating to now see every car on the road racing to copy its black-roof aggression, but I still get looks from folks who want to know if "that's a Volvo?" Of particular note is how the interior eschewed the trend of tacking on a giant tablet screen, opting instead for a generous dash-embedded interface that is comprehensive, intuitive and instantly responsive. I also love the app-driven features like remote start and customer temperature. The reputation for reliability is well-earned and validated. In summary, the prospect of this car one day needing to be replaced fills me with anxiety because I want to drive it forever. Well done, Volve.

Generally the styling is nice, you really can see where the older Escape was used as the basis for this vehicle. The interior is nice and comfortable. Ford missed the mark on storage. The dead space behind the screen, as one example. You can buy a bin that will fit very nicely in that spot. Mileage has been good. Road noise can be a little much as times, and the ride can get a little jittery at speed. There is an odd shudder between 35 and 40mph, that the service tech said is from "cylinder deactivation". Ford and other manufacturers have had this technology for a long time. Seems hard to believe that Ford would screw it up. Was told that it happens in Eco or Normal mode. In Sport mode it's less noticeable, and doesn't really effect the mileage that much. Tried it, didn't see much of a difference. Other issue is legroom in the back seat. I'm 6'4" (and it's surprisingly easy for me to get in and out), but I need to have the seat back a bit. Leaves very little room for a back seat passenger. Overall, pretty good vehicle. Hopefully in the next gen, they'll correct some of these issues.

My household has owned many new cars over the years and previously owned a 2017 Santa Fe. The 2025 Calligraphy Hybrid has been amazing so far. Comparing it to the Toyota, Honda, Kia and Volkswagen in its class, we thought the interior was hands down the best in class. The amount of features included even outclass many in the next step up. Very quiet on engine noise and a nice smooth ride. We opted for the Atlantis blue exterior with the light gray interior and it looks great. We also like that the styling sets it apart from all others on the road. So far averaging 34 mpg and we are good with that. Super comfortable seats. The only nitpick would be that the driver attention warning, while using highway drive assist, is pretty aggressive and sometimes warns us to watch the road even when we are. Highly recommended.

I always go there to get my oil changed and service work if I need anything done to my jeep limited there their prices are reasonable for automobile repairs and service I would advise anyone that has a Chrysler automobile that needs repair or service to take it to Hubler

I special ordered my 2021 4 dr Sahara in Feb of 2022 and received it 4/1. I have previously owned 4 JK models over the yrs. The 2021 I just love. the interior appts, the dash layout with the nav. I got the upgraded leather seats and paint color white with One Touch Skyview top. Got the 3.6 with E torque for powerplant. They improved on the brakes vs JK. Much stronger!

My experience was dealing with Lance Easley. He is a great guy to go to if you need to make it happen. Lance's sales approach comes with broad product knowledge and a desire to see the buyer get their favorite options and configurations. If you want to take a shot at a Lincoln, I would say you are on the right track (I came from a very high end german ride and am over the moon with the Navigator). I recently bought a 2020 AWD SL Murano and am very impressed with the interior space, seat comfort and list of standard features of this car. I was considering MB GLE and Lexus GX350 as well and think I clearly got a great value with the Murano. I also think the maintenance and repair costs will be less than a German alternative.

Great 3-row hybrid. Very reliable. Very comfortable. Lots of cargo space, especially with the third row seat down. Put down the second row and cargo space is enormous. Good gas mileage for a 6-cylinder. Nice pick-up for an SUV. Would definitely buy another Highlander

I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

I have a '22 Base. My wife and I love it. We needed a 4x4 when we move to a more rural state and although we're generally happy with the vehicle, we can't help roll our eyes of the number of recalls and reliability questions surrounding the model. Had I known about the difference in the 1.5L to 2L engines, I'd have opted for the 2L engines, but that's only available at the top trimmed Badlands. This is almost the perfect vehicle for a two person household who has a dog, likes to take day trips and it pretty good on fuel economy (32mpg over 15k miles). The interior is pretty cheap, however. I would recommend the vehicle, however, but only with the 2L engine and only with a warranty. There are just too many concerns with this vehicle to own it without a warranty

This is my first brand NEW car, and I absolutely love it. I does great on gas and it's very comfortable to drive. If you have long legs or larger in size the back seat would not be good for you. We have only had one problem with the usb port for the CarPlay keeps cutting out but the dealership is working on fixing the issue, not sure if it's the fuse or the box yet. But I would buy this car again

Though I intended to purchase a used vehicle with a much lower sticker value than most of the cars on the lot I was treated with utmost respect and friendliness, from the office staff to the mechanic to one of the partners. They understood we had driven a couple hours amidst the coronavirus pandemic and worked quickly and easily with me to take the car home that evening. They honored the out the door price we had discussed prior to arrival and even shipped parts they were unable to return to Toyota at no cost to me.

I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

The process from start to end was seamless and easy. Maveric was very quick-to-reply via text as I was traveling for work; this was important to me. He and his team had expeditious answers to the load of questions I had over a three day period of time. Two-weeks later he's still locked in and being helpful as I get a number of options taken care of. No forced-selling in person, purely helpful and stated facts. Finance team worked lickity-split. The entire process was made easy and the dealership has a great atmosphere. Top-notch service center, too.

The CVT is something to get used to for sure, but I live in a low density almost rural suburban county. If I had to drive this in city stop and go traffic, I'd probably not recommend it. For areas where you can start and go it's very enjoyable to drive. Comfortable, powerful, good visibility. I average about 23 unless I'm on actual highways and then it's usually around 27 mpg which is great for a V-6 with this power. The groan from the drivetrain is due to the lower RPM at low speeds. I bought mine with 113k miles and have had no real issues yet. The vehicle had a transmission fluid change at 100k, and had regular oil changes every 5 to 6k miles during its life. I can't really complain, it was such a good deal (used).
