I went to 3 cities and 5 dealerships looking for a specific type of vehicle. Rossco was one of those dealerships. At each of the other places I visited I felt somewhat intimidated by the sales staff but not here at Rossco at all. Ricky was very friendly, professional and helpful. When diagnosing a possible issue with the car, he suggested exactly what I was thinking and we worked it out immediately. The price was half KBB suggested price, CarFax was exceptional and the car drove out better than any of the others I tried. How many dealers this size offer CarFax "free" report - none I've found! If I could give a higher score I would - extremely happy with value.

It is very comfortable to ride in. Has a a lot of luxury features. Lane change alert. The cruise control withe with the adaptive feature is great.

We were going for their 2019 Yukon Denali to replace a 2008 Tahoe LTZ. We are very pleased with the vehicle. The upgrades are wonderful. Love the cooling seats, the wifi, the HUD and even days after our purchase they have reached out to check on how we were and mailed us a small gift that meant so much. Inquired on Vehicle on a sunday night, Had a sales assistant contact me back that same night. Sale's consultant contacted me right away monday morning by 7:15am. He sent me their Ipacket and sent me a video of the vehicle. A few things weren't covered in the video about the body that would have been nice to know, but overall a good experience buying sight unseen.

Like other reviews I love this car! Comfortable, stylish, it’s inherently a Honda so likely reliable. Gas mileage not great but better than MDX of the past which weren’t nearly as fun to drive! Highly recommend this Acura. Haven’t owned one since I had a 2008 TL but I have the same happy feeling whenever I drive it, now in a very different life stage!

This is one of the few car dealerships, if not the only one, that I would write a positive review about. We purchased a Corvette from them...cash and no trade-in and everything went really smooth. There was no pressure, no wires and mirrors, just a normal business transaction. Of course we had to negotiate a bit but that is normal. In short, this firm did not try to screw us and we appreciated it. Just wish they had what we are looking for now.

We purchased a 2010 mini van from Warehouse Auto. First time buying from them based on a referral. They have a changing table and diapers in the restroom which really impressed me along w/ a play area for the kiddos in the office area. No one pounced on us the moment we pulled into the lot which was pleasant. We were able to browse w/o being hounded. The salesman was knowledgeable and upfront about the vehicles and any concerns that there may have been w/ the vehicles we were looking at. The price displayed on the vehicle is the price you pay. Nice knowing right off the bat what they are asking for the vehicle and what you are expected to pay w/o any bartering back and forth. All paperwork done on the property, simple and easy! No pressure.

I just love everything about my 2021 80th anniversary edition G/C! I purchased new but now has 81000km. So much enjoy all the style comfort with no issues. So much more reliable and better looking than the new body style that was released later in 2021.

I went from owning a 2003 Monte Carlo SS to a 2017 Subaru Outback. It was worth every penny. My Subaru is not only reliable, functional, and cute; it also saved me from being injured in a bad crash. This past fall a six point buck hit my car head on and I never saw it coming. It was a fatal crash for the deer, but not for me. As heartbroken as I was to see my car crumpled on the front, I was so glad it wasn't me. It was a repairable fix and made me really appreciate my car.

My experiance with Billion Hyundai in Iowa City was all good. I live 170 miles away,so most of the deal was worked out online. When I arrived,the salesperson was courteous and helpful.And the car was clean and ready for me to drive.I`m glad I made the drive to Billion.I think the price I paid was fair,and they gave me a fair deal on my trade. Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.

We got to take the test drive without a salesperson (Kevin) with us for Covid. Excellent records on vehicle! No pressure sales. The vehicle was extremely clean for showing. I stopped in to have them pull out the vehicle while I ran an errand. When I got back, Kevin had it pulled out and the keys in it ready to go!

The 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited was the Jeep I had my eye on for a while. I've owned a 2012 Laredo X, and a 2018 Limited Anniversary/Heritage Edition. I was specifically looking for Limited trim without the 20" rims, although, I love the look of the Altitude versions, I just didn't really care/want to deal with less side-wall, nicer-looking rims. I avoided the Overland and Trailhawk because of the air-suspension. Overall the interior is fine, it's comfortable and familiar for me, since I've owned them before, but that's also the only issue/complaint I would have. The interior is updated from the 2012, however, basically it's a very light update, U-Connect, Gauges, Shifter, and possibly a few other items here and there. But essentially, the dashboard is the same dashboard I've seen since 2012. While owning the previous (2) I never experienced any mechanical issues that left me stranded. One had a weird issue with blowing lights in the tailgate, but it would just randomly decide to burn out, replace one it would blow another. No other major issues. The 2019 leather on the steering wheel feels smooth and buttery like they always have. The suspension feels great, still solid and tight. Brakes are strong and grippy, pedal feel is nice and firm. So far I'm super satisfied with this Jeep, I got the perfect combination of all the features I wanted, Memory Seats, Sunroof, power trunk, heated-seats and wheel. Not sure if I'd be willing to sell this one and get a newer model, but, I'd possibly get another WK2.

I have had the car for almost three months. I used it when my son’s family and others visited so I often used every seat. I have a Limited Trim with a tow hitch. I got the car for visiting family and also to be able to tow a small to medium sized camper. I have owned many Mercedes, BMW’s, Mini’s and other brands and this is the most luxurious. It is as good or better than the German cars on equipment and comfort, just not as fast. Ventilated seats, three rows of power and heated seats and all the tech you can want, which I love. My favorite is the amazing lane keep assist which practically drives the car by itself and the 360 camera for parking and not hitting things. Try to price a Mercedes or BMW 3-row with the same features and you will be at least $85-90k if not more. You could buy his and hers Palisades for the same money, the Calligraphy even has the massage seats. The car is quiet, smooth and absolutely gorgeous interior. I can afford most any car I want and I personally love the value proposition of this car and the low maintenance costs. The car plays a musical tune every time you close the door like a welcome. All my camping gear fits into the back with room to spare (and third row down). The only quirk is the rain sensing wipers do not seem too sensitive. I don’t mind no wireless Car Play as a plugged in phone stays charged. Once I tow with it I will write another review but if you want this feature know it comes with a hitch, ball, prewired with the wire kit for trailer brakes and a tow mode! That’s pretty cool. Full sized spare, too. If you want luxury, space, lots of seats and good towing capacity run and get one. You don’t need to shop the competition unless it’s the Telluride. I got a great year end deal on mine, too. Hyundai is improving its vehicles every single year. I have had three now (Kona, Tucson and Palisade) and they have all been great. Oh, I have gotten up to 26mpg on the highway but most the time my mileage is exactly like the ratings. As low as teens in the city doing errands. Not bad for a two ton car.

My husband & I recently purchased a new Tucson--this is our third Hyundai. You can't beat the quality, warrantied and the price. Jake is very knowledgeable & professional sales rep--as were Ryan, the manager and T J, the finance officer. Everything was explained thoroughly and clearly. Service for our other Hyundais has always been a positive experience. I recommend that you talk to Jake when you decide to look for a vehicle--you could save some time, frustration and $$. We purchased this auto new - have never had a problem with the car. We keep it maintained on a regular basis and the only items we have replaced IN 8 YEARS have been wipers, tires and filters. PERIOD. Exceptional value, I usually replace cars ever 4 to 6 years. Simply no reason at this time to consider replacement. Had actually considered writing the CEO about the quality of their cars. Only wear is on my seat due to getting in and out of the vehicle.

Currently own a 2018 Santa Fe Sport base model and now has 115k miles on it. I have know major issues a d maintenance cost have been reasonable. I hope to get another 115k off it.
