Overall great experience. Worked with Tony. He was wonderful. The dealer agreed to fix a few things on the used vehicle prior to purchase and there was some delay and it took longer than expected. Had to make a return visit to fix something that was forgotten. I don?t purchase vehicles often but in the end I?m happy with our purchase from North Country Ford.

2004 jeep wrangler sport s 2 door. So far it is wonderful. Bought it just as a fun beach jeep but it has turned into our daily driver. Only problem is my wife wants to drive it all the time. She has claimed it as HER car. Guess I will need to just buy MY jeep.

After enjoying a 2006 Honda Pilot for over 200K miles it came time to try something different although the Pilot was still performing flawlessly. Competition was fierce with Lexus, KIA, Volvo, and others offering compelling alternatives. But in the end customer loyalty won out. The ACURA MDX has proven to be an outstanding choice offering comfort, reliability, and an absolute pleasure to drive. Also of importance the technology interface feels intuitive with a very shallow learning curve. Highly recommend.

Tim was great. Took extensive time to explain EVERYTHING to us and no pressure, even when we left for a few hours to check other dealers. Nothing compared with the deal we got there, but most of all, it was a pleasure dealing with Tim who explained all the differences between models, factory warranty vs. extended warranty and much more. Even after the sale, he practically insisted upon helping us get my son's phone Bluetooth synched with the car, so he could make hands-free calls safely. The perfect ride for someone wanting smooth handling and luxury finishes! Loved this ride and was sad to part with it but FINALLY was able to get my dream, Land Cruiser. This 4 Runner was perfect for long drives to the coast, a trip over the pass of daily commuting.

My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV

it is 2023 and it has 146,000 miles on it with no major repairs. I change oil ever 5K miles and do all scheduled maintenance. My wife loves it. She can carry lots of her stuff and it easily converts to handle passengers.

This is one of my favorite cars. The only problem with the car is the quality of the dealers. As a luxury car it is great but the dealers tend to be 3rd world. I have very few problems and love the drive and technology.

I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

I was thrilled to get home and find a service video. I don't have a cell phone but, if I did, I believe they would show me the condition of any parts needing replacement before my making the decision to go ahead and have them do it. The clarity of the video was great! I could actually see the cracks in the belts that needed replacement and the dirt in the air filter. This is definitely a wonderful customer benefit. Nobody has to wonder: Do these parts really need replacing or are they just trying to sell me something to make money?

This is my 2nd VW. My 1st was a 02 passat I bought in 2013. It was the most reliable car I ever owned. It has 230000 miles and still runs great! This Atlas takes things to a whole different level. The look, performance and features are world-class! The only knock I would have is the mpg is average at best. Only 20mpg on average. But overall it is a great vehicle for the price. The SEL trim is fully loaded. Whatever feature you could imagine, it has it. I hope to enjoy this vehicle for years to come.

Visibility and size are what I need. 4WD, clearance for snow. Rather tight interior, not suitable for more than two. Auto Park is very confusing. Not auto parallel Park. Car will stop while backing out of parking space, won't move if a somewhat complex procedure is not followed.

Truly the best car salesman I've ever worked with . . . and I've bought a car or two in my lifetime. He actually answers his cell phone and when he's not available, he does call/text you back. He answers all questions (no matter how big or small) and doesn't get annoyed. And he actually does what he says he's going to do, he doesn't just "blow smoke" to make the sale! Oh and you can tease with this guy. Very professional, yet still human and can take a joke! I had never purchased a vehicle here before this week and unless something changes or I can't get Thomas, he has all of my future business, hands down. (I only wish we had "found" him three months ago when my son also bought a new vehicle in Cloquet, MN and got bent over bad with that dealership . . . they are so dirty, they even made sure to take the google reviews down as fast as we put them up, because evidently the truth hurts. Bought the Envision new and paid I THOUGHT, TO MUCH AT $48,000. BUT TO DATE OTHER THAN TIRES & OIL CHANGES IT HAS BEEN FLAWLESS AND HAS COST ME ZERO IN MAINTENANCE at 48,000 miles. Great acceleration & comfort. Down side would be no off button for battery stop.

Turn signals do not have a loud sound. They are very low My 2016 Outback has nice loud turn signals. You cannot turn your radio off. The only way not to hear it is to put the sound real low. Two major complaints I have
