Let me add to the engine problems. Overall I really like this vehicle. We have taken many trips and enjoy the feel on the road. Maintenance has not been a major issue until recently. It started using oil on a regular basis. About a quart every two to three weeks. At around 92k miles it is now in the shop waiting to see if Hyundai will honor their warranty. It needs a new engine. It runs ok now, for a sewing machine. Hopefully Hyundai will honor their warranty and I can get another 90k miles out of the vehicle.

Easy and smooth transaction. Very nice and mechanically sound vehicle. I like it and I would highly recommend it. They had great selection. Allowed pre purchase inspection, what else I can ask for.

I bought my Equinox new off the lot in 2015 to be my winter driving car. I’ve had it for 10 years, and have driven it 60 miles round-trip in some of the worst winter weather in the lower 48 states. The Equinox held the road well on ice, in slush, and in deep snow on days that I was on the road before the snow plows. It has always been reliable and has never left me stranded. I’ve had no major issues in over 107,000 miles. I appreciate the cargo space which is much better than the newer models. I regularly recommend Equinoxes to my friends and family.

This was a replacement vehicle for a Toyota Camry that was totaled. Bought it, it was 3 years old with 36,032 miles on it. Been rear ended $14,000 in Damages to the rear, there’s only 2 things I would complain about. One getting a replacement Drivers seat has been a problem, I’ve even looked in Auto salvage yards to get a replacement seat, it’s been a headache, and if you do find one you got to give the first 2 numbers of the VIN # so the wiring Harness will work.. if you have the American built version , the Japanese or Korean Version Wiring Harnesses will not work, they will bolt in, but the Harnesses won’t work. Been looking for 3 years for a seat , still can’t find one. I’ve looked in both North & South Carolina for a replacement seat.

I brought the car at 100000 km I put on 80000 on it no reliability issues. Grate in cold weather like -35°c and snow with all wheel drive in city not good mileage but on highway it is really good. Can do 800 km a 1/4 tank

I spoke with Syed on the phone about a car he had in his inventory, Syed was very professional and helpful in answering my questions before I drove 3 hours to look at a car on his lot. I missed a turn and Atlanta traffic is a nightmare so I was late getting there, Syed had even called to check on me to make sure I was still coming. That's above and beyond. When I arrived I have to say they were very busy and they have a lot of very nice cars on their lot. There were customers everywhere so this is a high volume dealership. Syed was up front and greeted me with out having to wait. Again above and beyond. Although the car I came to see was not the one for me, I didn't care for the interior color, it was a very nice car. I had read a lot of bad reviews from other customers and I felt the need to share my experience. Again this is a high volume/very busy dealership, there will be some unhappy customers. Don't let that deter you from visiting this lot. There are a lot of nice vehicles there.

Interior is wonderful, love everything about this vehicle. Drives great, looks great, and was very affordable. I just feel very safe in this vehicle and I love it.

I bought an Equinox 2.4L and it turned out to be great. My wife crashed it, but we traveled far away and it never let us down. It's very comfortable for long trips. Unfortunately, my wife crashed it, but the insurance paid us very well.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. I can’t say enough good things about this car!I bought it in 2020 with 45k miles and it was used for two and a half years to get me to school in another town 45-70 miles away, and it kept me safe and performed as good as I could ever ask for. The safety features are the cherry on top and saved me multiple times when merging into other lanes. It has all the bells and whistles- under glow lights, led lights in the front row, Bluetooth connection, and so much more. The car is spacious and has allowed me to drive with multiple people In the car comfortably. The back trunk contains so much space even with the third row seats up. The only issue I have ever had with this vehicle is around 100k miles, the gear shift locked. However, this never affected me and this is something that never needs to be fixed if it doesn’t drive you crazy, and the solution of depressing the gear lock to unlock it while you drive is a simple fix. Overall, this car has been very reliable even at over 110k miles and gives a luxury feel in an affordable vehicle. My favorite car. STOP THE KIA SLANDER!!

I called on Saturday about a infinity g37. Greg answered my call and said ask for him when I came in. When I got there the place was super busy but everyone was friendly. I asked for Greg he already had the car out front for us. He was open and honest about the car. It's a used car at a great price but never would I of thought the salesman would be honest about the condition of it. We test drove it and decided to buy. Greg treated us with respect and honesty through the whole process. I asked that a sensor that Greg told us about be changed and the car given a oil change. Greg said it would be Monday before the car was ready. Greg called me early Monday afternoon and said the car was ready. I came in and completed the sale. I can't speak for anyone else at this dealership but if you want a honest salesman and to be treated right ask for Greg.

This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

After my others I rank this one as my favorite. I like the looks, handling , power and size. Just right for me. Lots of cargo space.

I've had three 2015 X1's. Drove the wheels off one, one got stolen and on my third. Love this car! So economical and the gps is off satellite, not cell tower. Get maps ANYWHERE, for life. I only have 72k on it and will be my last vehicle.

This car meets all my needs and I Love it! Lots of room! Still learning some of the controls but will get it down. Smooth ride for sure.

This 4000 lb beast maneuvers like a sports car. As someone who's always been passionate about cars, I leaned towards vehicles like the 3 series coupe or Audi A5. However, when the need for family space arose, SUVs felt dull. Then I got behind the wheel of the X5. It's a revelation—you truly don't have to compromise. There's ample space, exceptional handling, and a range of engines from powerful to downright exhilarating (like the X5M).

I bought 2014 Premium AWD used w, 30k miles and odometer now reads 179k. The car has been very reliable , I have replaced the water pump, timing belt, and done brakes and oil changes, I also fixed the manifold/valve cover issue. These were all normal Repairs . I am pretty good with maintenance, so that is key w this car. If you just drive it, don’t change oil or fluids then like any car you will have problems . This one has been very good .

I knew that buying an older luxury car would be a little scary but Dan and Sara walked me through the entire process. After landing on a beautiful C Class Mercedes they should me how and extended warranty would put my mind at ease regarding future mechanical issue. Great car, great price and piece of mind. Don’t know why people hate Nissans with CVT. Now that I’ve lived with the CVT with 140,000 miles I know I wouldn’t buy another one, but it’s been just fine, no issues. This isn’t a sporty vehicle but for 8 years and 140k miles it gets the job done every time. I just don’t get the hatred towards these cars. I do have AWD but if I were to do it over I’d drop that option. It’s expensive to maintain and truthfully I don’t go outside when the weather is bad anyway so I doubt the AWD feature has ever engaged, not even once. I plan to keep my vehicle for 10 years then get a minivan.

I purchased a 2025 Chevy Equinox a few weeks ago. The process from the beginning to the end was fun. Yep, I said fun. I felt no pressure. Kam understood what I wanted and showed me two vehicles. I was given VIP treatment! Kam even answered my wacky questions. Every step was explained prior to seeing William. Sitting in William's office was fun too. I was a little nervous but he made the process fun too! My husband was happy too!

We purchased this auto new - have never had a problem with the car. We keep it maintained on a regular basis and the only items we have replaced IN 8 YEARS have been wipers, tires and filters. PERIOD. Exceptional value, I usually replace cars ever 4 to 6 years. Simply no reason at this time to consider replacement. Had actually considered writing the CEO about the quality of their cars. Only wear is on my seat due to getting in and out of the vehicle.

Nicely designed inside and out. Much mote cargo space than I thought it would have. It passed the road trip test too.. I have no complaints about it.
