Long range AWD FSD ( great on long trips) I got white seats and am so glad. Really brightens the interior and they have been easy to care for. Battery lost range faster than my older Model 3 but it’s still around 295 after ~70k mi. Great in the snow but a bit more ground clearance would help. Cracked windshield was repaired by Tesla and cost about $1000 less than Safelight. No other issues except for CEO

Even though I didn't purchase a car they still were extremely helpful with all my questions.

1. BMW has relinquished transmission service, WHY? They DO NOT make their transmissions and the builder, another German company does and has a full service recommend sheet, with miles and correct fluids, et al. Now that's a load of crap. All transmission need servicing like any part with fluid traveling through it! So when your Trany goes out, you are looking a $4000+ easy, Thanks BMW for that PLANNED OBSELENCE! 2. No dip stick and access to change your oil or the very small oil gasket, NOT THE OIL FILTER, will cost you over $1000 in labor, TO ACCESS and a $14.08 part! 3. Ridiculous depreciation the minute you drive off the lot. I can buy a 2022 X7, retailing north of $95,000 for around. $50,000 and CPO/Certified with around 35-45,000 miles. 4. Very fun to drive, quality feel, twin turbo power I like, the profile is amazing on my 2017 X5. Don't like the body style changes. 5. You pay $65,000 or more and have to pay extra, with one package to get the Harmon Kardon stereo. xxxx, for that much in the price tag I should get the Bowers and Wilkins. 6. 9.5 and 10.5 wheels and tires make it look "mean". But no rotation and you will wear out the front tires in about 25,000 miles. Run flats are harsh and do not last. So, get an "S" model and gain gas mileage, rotate and balance tires and unless you live in a cold climate, the XDrive is a waste of additional sticker shock. of money. 10. The interior colors, mine is brown leather, are nauseating, at best. Orange looking leather, white leather-are you kidding me? And, the old standby Black!

I purchased my second SUV with this dealership but my 5th Chevy and I must say this experience was wonderful! There was one other Chevy car salesman that I'll never forget (Chris at Sandy Sansing) but there must be something about the C's because my car salesman, Caleb Clark was FANTASTIC! From his initial approach, throughout and close out was spot on! Caleb has the best temperament and truly understands how to deal with a customer! He listens well and pays attention to detail! He is extremely professional and very caring to your needs. I appreciate his patience and willingness to ensure that the customer is satisfied! I believe Caleb was more excited than me because the original car that I was interested in once they ran the numbers came back with more than I wanted to spend, but kudos to Barbie because she made a suggestion on a car that I thought was out of my price range but everything came together and I feel blessed to have the car that I absolutely love! I would also like to thank Ms. Gwen and Dante in finance for their impeccable customer service. They made the long Saturday at the dealership worth it!!! I am elated and thankful to this group of individuals at Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet!!!

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

This Escalade is much better and refined more than the five previous we have owned. We would recommend this as high quality luxury car above others in the price range

They made it convenient for me, to purchase a car being that I live in another state. They were professional.

Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

We have a 2013 and it has 230k on it and runs like new, body is in excellent condition, been normal wear and tear things but we have gotten our money’s worth out of it and would buy another, we have the turbo model so it’s fun to drive and has the power on the high way.

Crawford Atkins III was very customer friendly. He was not "pushy" or too aggressive. I really appreciate that.

My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..

I have enjoyed my vehicle. It is comfortable and drives very well. I like the color also. It is very roomy, takes off fast and the safety features are very beneficial.

Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

I purchased a used 2021 model Sport and after being very impressed sold it in order to get a 2022 Sport with Super Cruise, which I absolutely love. I love all of the new technology, with the exception of Apple Car Play. I had a 2016 prior to this generation and was surprised that the gas mileage is actually better on the newer one. The ride is the best ever.

I love my jeep Sahara I put a 2in lift in it and 20 in rims with 35 in wide tires , I took it on a 5000 mile road trip it did great on the highway and over the mountains of Colorado I hit a lot of snow and rain on the trip to the west coast and back to Oklahoma I loved the drive it does not drive like a sport car but better then my work truck does , for the whole trip I avg 20 miles to the gal even with the over size tires on it and the off road is just what you think a jeep would be , if you want a good on and off road then I say this is a good jeep for you

Jared was a great salesman. Knowledge about the car. Listened to what features I wanted and worked with me on it. And wasn't pushy at all. On the finance side I dealt with Hamzah and he was also great explaining my options without being pushy.

I purchased a special ordered Jeep Wrangler RubiconX with the 3.6 engine from our local Dealership! When I first drove this this vehicle I knew it may be rough riding, but after having this for for over 6 months it now is our main vehicle for getting around town. I get 17.1-18.3mpg. It's a 4dr and we enjoy it every day for shopping and other chores. We had it on the main highway and do between 65 and 70mph. It handles great and the ride is actually pretty good. Has great passing power as it has 4:56 gearing! We just recently took our vehicle to Keene Dodge/Jeep to have the tires rotated and were very impressed with the service and the entire staff as they treated us very special.

I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

They care overall is great. Fred is fixing any of the little things that we knew about it prior to me taking it!!! Fred added on so much and is putting new tires on and fixing any of the little things!!!!!

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

I bought my 2020 QX60 June 2023 with 12K miles on it. Wanted something a comfortable ride and plenty of seating since I now have custody of my two grandchildren. This vehicle has been great with no repair issues at all. Gives the kids plenty of room in the back seat. Love the leg room up front along with the heated seats. Would highly recommend

My wife and I recently decided it was time to trade in her 2015 Mustang for a my comfortable and bigger vehicle. I narrowed the search down to either a Grand Cherokee or a Durango. The hunt was on to find the right one. I like using Cars.com for all my car window shopping. I found the vehicle we were going to buy from another dealership and when I called they sadly informed me someone had already put a deposit down on it. We were both pretty upset with getting excited about it just for it to be gone that quick. We almost gave up the search but then I came across an identical model from Key Jeep in Marianna FL. It was one year newer and priced cheaper. I thought for sure it would be gone but we got lucky. I’m so happy we did. Our sales rep was Dylan Pforte and come to find out his family had recently sold the dealership to Key after more than 60yrs of ownership. Our experience was so personal and down home feeling. Even though the family doesn’t own the dealership anymore it was buy far the best dealership experience I have ever had. And I have purchased from multiple different dealerships in the past. I don’t think I will be in the market anytime soon but if I am I can promise you that I will return to see Dylan for that purchase. Great car, but would be better with more options for the instrument cluster display. Very smooth ride and good features. Plenty of cargo space. Love it

Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!
