I bought the car with 150k miles and it was rotting in a neighbors driveway. The dealer told me it would cost $1900 to fix. I went home and YouTubed all of the repairs myself and got the parts for $120. Easy to work on and reasonable to repair. Now almost 200k miles and I drive it everywhere. Great car and it still has the picnic table.

Tony was great, from start to finish. I refuse to buy vehicles from where I live in northern Michigan, so buying out of state is normal for me. Some dealerships make this a difficult process- lie about the state of the vehicle, do not keep up with communication, etc. Not with Prime Rides Autohaus. This was one of the easiest vehicle purchases I've ever made. I didn't feel uneasy about it throughout the interactions I had with Tony. He kept his word and was very honest. Might just get my next car from him, they've got a decent lot with some great prices.

2017 GC Limited 4WD. Bought it 3 years ago with 53k miles and now approaching 108k miles. When we bought it, we went to fill the tank for the first time and the gas pump kept shutting off. Turns out there was a known issue with the fuel filler neck assembly. The selling dealer replaced it under warranty and we literally didn't have another issue until 100k miles. At 100k miles took it in for new spark plugs, which is normal maintenance, and found the radiator leaking. The new radiator was not cheap. Have not had any other issues, just replaced the factory original brakes, they made it almost to 108k! We live in Minnesota and this vehicle is an absolute beast in the snow. Put it in snow mode and it is very stable and feels unstoppable. It is a comfortable long distance cruiser and gets decent mileage on the highway, between 24-27mpg. The UConnect system is very easy to use, and the nav is pretty good, but the whole system operates quite slowly. That's a minor complaint I think. Overall we are pretty happy with our WK2.

Was looking for an x5 for around 10k. Out of all of them I looked at and test drove, this one was the best condition. I bought my 2013 VW Tiguan S in 2015 when it had 20k miles on it. I had all the fluids changed (brake, transmission,engine oil, coolant). I drove it In Houston Tx commuting for 2.5 years and then have been driving it since then in Austin around town and on a few long trips. I frequently had brake fluid, engine oil and other fluids exchanged at dealerships).At around 100k when more complex maintenance issues arose, I abandoned the VW dealer shops for Brink Motorsports in Austin, Tx, a shop that specializes in the Audi/VW group. Working with them I did the following. Replaced 16" VW wheels with 18" VW CC used wheels and oversized Michelin Defenders. Added a 2" Forge lift kit on the rear suspension as well as Bilstein B6 struts and shocks. I replaced spark plugs and coil paks at around 110k due to misfires and also replaced the timing chain , the intake valves and manifold decarboned, the water pump replaced, a 2" trailer hitch and wiring harness installed, a new windshield installed (rock chips), and an APR Stage I chip installed, all by Brink Motorsports. Because of the bigger, better wheels and tires and suspension lift and Bilstein B6 upgrades, the car is slightly raked forward, is taller by 2" or so, has igreat grip and turn in on handling and takes off like a scalded cat at middle and highway speeds. It is an absolute rocket ship and a troll for Toyota and Honda tailgaters , can be driven with a very light touch on the throttle and the K&N filter allows a little more throttle sound to penetrate the cabin. I describe it as a "VW GTi on stilts" although frankly, against a stock VW GTi or Tiguan this vehicle is quicker (and those vehicles are no slouches with the stock 2.0 turbo engine). The car is at GTi or Tiguan R levels of performance . The lift and wheel/tire combo give the vehicle the aggressive stance it lacks from the factory. I have not spent any money on body kits as it doesn't need it. Now it's at 130k and I still enjoy it. I DID have a VW anti rattle clip installed on the turbo waste gate actuator as this slight sound is common to the VW KO3 after some mileage. Eventiually , that part will rattle itself to death and the turbo will fail. To pre empt that, I am considering a new turbo installation , however the parts and shop cost have so far prevented me from acting on that idea. A new spring actuated diverter valve has been excellent in preventing boost leak. A new PCV valve (twice) has also helped. After half a dozen brake fluid changes over the years, the brakes are still running the original pads, rotors and wheel brake cylinders with no leaks and only an. occasional cold brake in reverse squeal. IF, I want to keep it running like it does now, pads and rotors will require replacement in the coming few years. In summary, it has been an enjoyable , quick ride after the upgrades, as opposed to the slightly less enjoyable stock experience. I highly recommend the APR chip. Stage 1 runs great with the stock exhaust and gives you close to 320 ft/lbsd of torque in the mid 3000 rpm range and similar hp numbers at the top end of the rpm range. The DSG shifter, although not lightning quick, is quite reliable if you want to drive it in manual shifter mode from time to time.(Or start in second gear). For best acceleration times upshift at 3500 rpm to stay in the maximum torque band. Revving it above that when accelerating places you on the decreasing torque side of the power curve, which is notably slower than the max torque at 3000-3500 side of the torque curve)..so a little common sense helps here with that issue. High rpms are neither necessary OR the fastest when accelerating. When you start running out of torque at 130-140 mph you're going to fast anyway. Time to slow down. It's fast to 120 plus on a 60 mph rolling start. Care has to be taken driving the car just because of the very high top end acceleration capabilities. Holding the hammer down at highway speed takes you triple digits quickly.

This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

Do your homework and research the vehicle of your choice. I bought the escape used in 2024. So far, no recalls and it was a great buy, and I love it. I have the 2.0 turbo 240 horsepower. I use premium gas, full synthetic oil and change the transmission fluid every 30 thousand miles. I also read that once you get to your destination, let the car idle for 10 seconds so the turbo has time to rid any excess output.

I've had mine for 4 years 2016 SLT ,traded my wife's Hyundai Santa Fe for a caddy srx which I drive as well as a 2018 GMC 1500. The Acadia has been super reliable .knock on wood.. just basic maintenance

The 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited was the Jeep I had my eye on for a while. I've owned a 2012 Laredo X, and a 2018 Limited Anniversary/Heritage Edition. I was specifically looking for Limited trim without the 20" rims, although, I love the look of the Altitude versions, I just didn't really care/want to deal with less side-wall, nicer-looking rims. I avoided the Overland and Trailhawk because of the air-suspension. Overall the interior is fine, it's comfortable and familiar for me, since I've owned them before, but that's also the only issue/complaint I would have. The interior is updated from the 2012, however, basically it's a very light update, U-Connect, Gauges, Shifter, and possibly a few other items here and there. But essentially, the dashboard is the same dashboard I've seen since 2012. While owning the previous (2) I never experienced any mechanical issues that left me stranded. One had a weird issue with blowing lights in the tailgate, but it would just randomly decide to burn out, replace one it would blow another. No other major issues. The 2019 leather on the steering wheel feels smooth and buttery like they always have. The suspension feels great, still solid and tight. Brakes are strong and grippy, pedal feel is nice and firm. So far I'm super satisfied with this Jeep, I got the perfect combination of all the features I wanted, Memory Seats, Sunroof, power trunk, heated-seats and wheel. Not sure if I'd be willing to sell this one and get a newer model, but, I'd possibly get another WK2.

My dream car since a teenager was a grand Cherokee and when I finally got one in 2021, I’ve loved it the same ever since. They are bold in appearance and look like a strong vehicle. It has always run beautifully and I have had no issues thus far since 2021 and now it’s 2024. Very comfortable interior and attractive to the eye. Love love love my car.

We had an excellent experience when we purchased a new Camry LE. The sales person was quite knowledgeable and helpful. We felt very good about everything.

The car has been great with one glaring exception. The 2023 Rav 4 navigation system and manuals explaining it are far from easily understood by some of us with advanced degrees and years of experience in writing and interpreting complicated financial documents. The 2023 Nav screen is as much a distraction as driving while using a mobile phone a highly discouraged practice., perhaps more dangerous. Our 2028 Rav 4's Nav system and manual were easily understood. intuitively structured and easily used during our drives and with a safe screen. Somehow the 2023 version escaped those virtuous characteristics and is one that has made me start to consider trading our 2023 in after 7 months.

This is my 3rd Jeep and everyday driver. My husband bought her for me because he knew I wanted another Wrangler again. We live in Colorado, and go off-roading in the mountains; she amazes me every time! She handles in-town and highway driving great, too. I have customized her (bulbar, angry eyes grille, lift kit, etc..), which is all part of the fun!

Scotty is a really good salesman, I came in for my appointment to look at a used car, he told me everything that I needed to know about the vehicle, was hospitable, and very kind. He also was knowledgeable about his profession, and was really attentive and asked all the questions that me and my grandfather had. After we went for a test drive, I decited that the car would be my first vehicle, and after that we went through all the paper work and he recommended a friend at state Farm to be my insurance agent and I was happy with my purchase and am very thankful for the service he provided.

This vehicle is good to have it. The only thing I don't like it, is sucking too much Gas other than that I didn't have any issues so far

I purchased it used in 2022, it had 76k and now has 96 in 2025. It's 4wd with the 5.7 Hemi in the Overland trim. It hasn't given me any trouble.

I’ve had this SUV for 1 1/2 years. I love it! Is is fun and easy to drive. It is comfortable and has adequate space for 4 passengers. We sometimes haul 5, but the backseat gets tight for that. Mine is getting approximately 29 mpg on midgrade fuel. Love the pushbutton start, lane keep assist, blind spot monitor, controls on steering wheel, rear hatch open and shut buttons, hands free talk, and huge display screen. Toyota could do better with the door handle touch to lock and unlock. Mine don’t work as well as expected. It also has a very annoying ding to warn when the roads may be icy that we apparently cannot turn off. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 on performance due to acceleration rate. It makes big noise like it’s going somewhere, but doesn’t really accelerate exceptionally well. It also shifts oddly sometimes. I notice it mostly when you slow down, but don’t stop ( think yield sign). It will jerk pretty hard when you accelerate from low speed. Overall it is a great little SUV with many bells and whistles for it’s price point. It feels very safe and reliable.

We recently purchased a used Jeep Wagoneer from Heller Ford in El Paso, IL, and the entire experience was nothing short of fantastic. A couple of days after taking the vehicle home, a mechanical issue popped up. Onie was immediately responsive and had a loaner vehicle arranged and delivered to us the very next day. The service department didn’t miss a beat either—they had the necessary repairs completed quickly and efficiently, making sure we had our Wagoneer back just in time for a planned family vacation. Just be aware that if you buy a white one that Hyundai had a problem with the paint just flaking off. On the roof of my car which is white, I have big strands and strips of paint coming off and the car only has 20,000 miles. They covered it under warranty for 10 years but it's just a hassle.

I bought my 2016 Rogue SL in 2019 with 32,000 miles on it. It is now 2025 and it has 223,000 miles on it, and I still drive her daily with no issues. I have had to replace the car battery once and the fob battery twice. I also had to replace the front wheel bearings about 2 years ago. That is it! No check engine lights no engine or transmission issues, no sun roof leaks. Everything she started with still functions as well as the day i got her. This has been the best, most reliable incredible car i could have every asked for. I can not speak highly enough of the Rogue and am currently looking at getting another one and saving what is left of this one for my daughter.
