I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

Very attractive, spacious, and cozy car with a lovely, elegant interior. It uses gas really well. The three-cylinder engine is one of the best in its class, producing 200 horsepower and 225 torque, so don't be deceived. Try high-octane gas; it will increase your mpg and make driving more enjoyable. CVT Plus is incredibly dependable and seamless. These are high-quality cars made in Japan. I hope this is useful.

We needed a car with passenger seats that have a particular attribute. My research showed 2 vehicles. One was a Toyota Sienna. The other was a Honda Odyssey. From our first visit, we were made to feel very welcome. Our eventual salesperson, Ryan Fortin, was very knowledgeable and sensitive to our needs. Never did we feel that we were being steered toward options we did not want. Ryan took us on a couple of test drives, patiently demonstrating the features of the vehicle. The financial terms were handled by by Doug, and I felt they were very fair. All in all, it was a positive experience.

I love my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek! It's great in all weather conditions, which is one of the main reasons I bought it. I live in the Buffalo area and I needed a good car for the snowy winters. It's roomy enough to hold plenty of luggage and even my dog's large crate but easy to maneuver and park. I love all the safety features and special features such as the large media display.

I bought the 2025 Crosstrek even though the gas mileage wasn't great and I am glad I did. While sticker said to expect 28-31 miles per gallon, I am getting 32-35 on the highway and definitely more than 28 in stop and go traffic. It is also a good car for older drivers like me. I didn't realize I was often outside my lane. The lane departure function has improved my driving. The Crosstrek also has a large screen for maps and apple car play, so I am not looking down to navigate. I highly recommend this car for older drivers who need the safety features and don't drive enough to make a hybrid worth the extra money.

This car looks great and is a pleasure to drive. Mileage is good and the car handles very well. One flaw, though, is that there’s no button from inside to raise the hatchback or a button on the key fob to open it. It’s also a bit hard to reach up and close the hatchback. If these things were included, the car would be flawless.

I’ve owned this car for about 18 months. It has I bought it new and it now has about 17,000 miles on it. I love driving it. The safety features are excellent! The performance is good. I’m getting around 32 MPG for all around driving. I have the car maintained at the dealership and haven’t had any mechanical issues. I would definitely recommend this car.

I have previously bought 16 new cars. NEVER before did I receive the type of service that Charlie's provides, MOST notably from the sales guys that I had an extreme pleasure to deal with. I live in MA and was purchasing a new car for my son who was moving to Winthrop, Maine. My first contact was with ALAN KENNEY who right off the bat gave me what I knew was a UNBELIEVABLE DISCOUNT!! I spent many years in the new car business and recognized the discount I got on THE 2018 Honda Odyssey as HUGE. I calculated it was below invoice.... In any event in addition to the supa $$, Alan communicated with me via e-mail (as he pointed out once we met at the dealership) OVER 60 TIMES! What sales person in any dealership would respond to SIXTY E-MAILS!! ?? Alan advised me and patiently answered all of my questions as the registering process is totally different in Maine vs MA. The was also NO "games" played with silly unnecessary "BS" being offered as ad-ons to the purchase like most dealers do. The actual delivery was done by Pat Michaud who went over the cah with my son as if he was his own son buying a car for the first time. Never before did I see any sales person spend so much time explaining EVERY detail of the cah. Pat even insisted on taking my son for a "test drive". Something that you only expect when your looking to purchase a cah. Pat was spending so much time going over the car it prompted me to tell him that my son didn't need anymore assistance as he could read the manual. Pat would have nothing to do with that as he insisted on going over every detail. The finance manager, Alex Musica was thorough and went over all the figures and you cannot beat Honda financing at 1.9% . All-in all my experience with doing business with Charlie's and their staff was the most satisfying I have ever had. Only a month earlier I had purchased a "pricy" BMW in Ma and had gotten the run-around with all sorts of BS during the negotiations and upon delivery of a cah that cost 85K the salesman tossed the keys to me and said "here you go". My third Nissan Rogue. This is my first fully loaded car. I love everything about the car; especially the driver assistant feature. I just wish the tailgate would have a button for opening and closing. Great sport feature; the car really moves in this mode.

I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

My first car from an auto manufacturer in Japan. I really like everything about it! It's brand new - so no problems. The only thing I wish was better is that the computer takes a very long time to boot up. It's not instant when you start the car. Sometimes I have to wait to turn on the AC and other features.

1st time in a Subaru so far so good only problem no sure how a long drive will go no arm rest that are comfortable on either door or center console looking into after market foam rest to make long trips comfortable!! Only had the car a month now but so far so good avg about 28 mpg !!
