Drove 100 miles for a car. The AC was not working so they dropped $800 off of the top price. Cost less then the $800 to fix. Overall, great deal and experience. Would buy from them again.

I have enjoyed my 2019 Dodge Durango have had a lot of pleasure worry about everything being electrical but so far very happy will be traveling to Florida in next month can’t wait to see how it handles.

This is a great car. The hybrid drivetrain has already saved me over 30% on gas in a few months of ownership. With the xle model I purchased I have noticed the sound dampening is not as good as my older model 2013 rav4 non hybrid but with no engine noise either makes the outside noise more noticeable. The seating space up front is a little more tighter but not bad. My one gripe is the gas pedal is hinged to the floor so the floor mats do not go all the way to the top and leave the carpet exposed. I would still 100% recommend the car. Just watch out for some dealerships who are just out to make your purchase difficult.

I've had my 2020 rav4 le for several months & bought it used with 1 owner. Absolutely love it. Only complaint is 2 tiny copper clips fell out of drivers side mirror & now whenever I go to the carwash, the mirror buckles all the way fwd, then all the way backwards. It's a common problem. Other than that, beautiful car inside/out.

40k service interval. Service writer was excellent, professional, work completed in 90 minutes, they didn't try to upscale me stuff I didn't need. Good experience overall.

my service representative was very professional and courteous. i have been using this location for 4 years snd the service and experience is always very good. my only complaint is the fact that they charge a 3% of total cost if you use a credit card.

I found my car on the internet and scheduled a test drive with Kiara. I was her first potential customer. She did a great job even though I might have scared her on the test drive. I ended up coming back after I sold my truck and was able to work a fair deal after some good negotiations. Part of my negotiation was to bring my car back and have a few things fixed on the car that I wasn’t happy about. After about a week, I was able to bring my car back down to drop off for a few days while the work was being done. I worked with their finance guy Keon. He lined me up a loaner to drive while they had my car. After about three days, the work was done and I went to pick my car up. I was very pleased with the outcome and they even fixed a few other things that we didn’t agree on but new I had questions about. They listened to me as a buyer and were willing to work with me. If you want to avoid big dealerships, they have a great inventory up nicer cars and are great to work with. I will shop with them again!

this car is everything we have been looking for in a new car it was reasonably priced and has all of the bell and whistles you want in a new car.

I have a 2021 SEL. No problems thus far with 18,000 miles. The seats are the most comfy of any vehicle I’ve had. It has the fake leather ones. It’s all I need. I average 29 mpg but mostly drive in town.

This place was absolutely wonderful. Bought a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta in great condition for a good price. The staff were accommodating, kind, and helpful. The manager even drove us to the bank because we didn’t have a car, very helpful and willing to negotiate on price. Can’t account for the negative reviews, but I definitely recommend these guys.

We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

This has been an amazing vehicle! Super comfortable and will buy again. Loved all of the tech and comfort features to make each trip the best. I have owned a lot of cars and this one has the most intuitive features by far.

I wish I needed (or could afford) more cars so that I could get them from Tom Donalson. He was amazing! He really took the time to make sure I understood every feature about my 2021 Tucson Ultimate. I was in the market for a new car for over a year now. It is nerve wrecking and overwhelming. Decide to buy a new or used. I researched, test drive, and contacted over 20 dealers for information. Until I finally found the perfect car for me at the perfect price, while on the CarMax website in Norcross, GA. A 2023 Nissan Pathfinder SV 4WD with 16,500 miles. Practically brand new and at least under $2,000 and the lowest miles from similar vehicles in my area. One great thing about CarMax is that I was able to scheduled the test drive 7 days in advance. They reserved the car for me, no worries about being sold before my test drive. Another great thing about CarMax is the price advertised is the price you pay. Other than tax, title and registration, no other “bogus” fees are added to the price. I only wish they offered special incentives/discounts like military, first responders, student, etc. But, I am extremely happy with my purchase!!! Shout out to salesman Young!!! He is the first person I spoke to; he got the car for my test drive, and in less than 1-2hrs I was on my way home with a new car!!! In other words, DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!

My partner wanted me to get a vehicle that availed itself of all the current self-driving and safety technologies currently on offer, and after much research, this is car I landed own. And the XC40 did not disappoint. I'm approaching my first year of ownership and comfortably say it is the best vehicle I've ever owned. With near seamless adaptable cruise control making multiple long-haul road trips as effortless as driving across town, my Volvo makes me want to drive it anywhere. Stylistically, it's a bit frustrating to now see every car on the road racing to copy its black-roof aggression, but I still get looks from folks who want to know if "that's a Volvo?" Of particular note is how the interior eschewed the trend of tacking on a giant tablet screen, opting instead for a generous dash-embedded interface that is comprehensive, intuitive and instantly responsive. I also love the app-driven features like remote start and customer temperature. The reputation for reliability is well-earned and validated. In summary, the prospect of this car one day needing to be replaced fills me with anxiety because I want to drive it forever. Well done, Volve.
