We was looking for a dodge avenger but it was sold so we looked around and we was going to leave and the gentle pulled up with a nice ford fushion and asked if we was interested so we asked year and price and decided to test drive it i loved it so we went in and the financer josh was very helpful and answered all our questions we were there for maybe 25 to 30 minutes once we started paperwork They were very friendly and helpful I surely would go there again if needing another car Great job thank you very much.

This is my first crossover. I've been a truck and SUV person for about 20 years. When my truck was stolen and totaled, I bought this car used with 84k miles on it. The first week I had it the water pump went out, I kid you not. Not good so far, huh? The good thing is the car told me " car overheating, idle engine." My mechanic says newer vehicles are made to warn you before overheating causes damage to the engine. Thank God. I like the car, I'm actually starting to love the car. Trunk space is minimal, seats arent the most comfortable, I miss having a center storage space, and a passenger armrest would have been nice. The radio is kind of small to be tinkering with while driving, and I wish Android auto was wireless with built-in wifi (newer models have this) but the steering wheel controls help me overlook this minor inconvenience. This car is the only car I looked at with all the options I wanted for this year and price: remote start, extra CLEAR backup camera, push start, power driver seat AND park assist which alot of cars are phasing out these days in favor of things manufacturers believe consumers find more desirable. The blind spot indicators and cross traffic warning is nice as well and the ac blows freezing cold. You really get lots of bang for your buck. Oh and I was surprised by how well it handles bumps in the road, my last vehicle made me seasick going over those big speed bumps, not this car, it's extra smooth. I can't buy large hauls at rummage sales or thrift stores anymore because there's not enough space to haul them home, but there's plenty of room for me and the grandkids. I really wasn't financially prepared to buy a car right now and couldn't afford to buy brand new. But TBH, I find this model year of this car prettier than the new ones and overall am really pleased with my purchase. I'm getting older and this will probably be the last car I'll ever own or drive and I'm glad it was this one. Thank you Chevrolet.

I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

Glbson pork was my salesman and did a very good job on putting the deal together and hats off to the managers they would not let me take the truck home till they do a safety check.it was a 11 year old truck but they treat you like it was new and after the safety check they found it could use breaks and struts they put it all on at no cost so I would recommend if you are in the market for a used car or truck this is the place.

This is my third Subaru Forrester. I like the newer safety features and ease of handling. The size is perfect for me, not too small or too big! I would recommend if you’re looking for a midsize vehicle.

Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

Made the 2 hour drive to Josh's from north central Indiana because we were looking for a Jeep Liberty and they had four on their lot. Fell in love with one, but it had a check engine light light on it. They let us put a deposit down with the understanding they wold fix it at their expense. It took over a week to fix (a gas cap leak that took a smoke machine and three repair shops to to find - all at their expense!) and they offered to set us up with a loaner if it didn't stay fixed. Finally closed the deal and took delivery. This kind of service is unheard of - even from a small town father and son dealership. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

The transmission fluid was replaced and the transmission was flushed but I wasn’t informed if they found any foreign material in the fluid that would account for the clunking noise that I hear in the driveline. Hoping to hear something back to my concern.

2016 Platinum. Nice SUV, comfortable, very powerful, decent fuel economy, fair build quality, but there are some things to be aware of; the AWD models have a PTU (power transfer unit) which sends power to the rear wheels. It is positioned very close to the exhaust, and the heat generated by the turbochargers literally cooks the gear oil in the PTU, causing it to fail. The unit only holds about a quart of oil, and is NOT serviced or checked, even when you have the vehicle serviced at the dealer. We had trouble with the front camera, and the recirculation actuator on the climate control. If you are considering a used Explorer, I highly recommend buying the best warranty you can! The only complaint I have is the road noise. On new pavement, it's quiet, but on all other roads it's VERY loud inside!

Stoped by after seeing a few cars online I was interested in looking at. One car was a bit rougher than I thought, one that I didn't care for the interior color, but then we found one that was just what I was looking for. Took it for a test drive and was very satisfied. Had a couple issues I asked if they could address like a new key fob and recondition the headlights. By the end of the day the new key was ready and headlights looked amazing. I never felt pressured, and was very happy with their service and help in getting me into a vehicle that day. Stop and see Josh, Jerod and Bill if your looking for a used vehicle. I think you will be happy.

I have a 2021 blazer 2LT V6 AWD. I bought it new and I have 62000 miles on it. I have driven it through 8 states with it. This is the most comfortable anx fun SUV I've ever drove. I does feel like the rear-end slippes a little in the winter but it when through the snow with no issues and recently an ice storm. The Continental tires that came with it were not that great. They road rough and a lot of noise on country roads. They didn't seem to last very long either. A set of Firestone tires and the ride was better and less road noise. Better on snow and ice. I really like this blazer. I think the price is a little hight with just a few options.

Called my local Honda dealer Gene Stevens in the morning to service my Honda CRV for an oil change before I and my husband were planning a trip to Florida. Asked for Stacy Feller, got his voice mail and he promptly returned my call. He was able to make our appointment for the same day at 2:00 p.m. We dropped my vehicle off early and said we would be back for it when completed. My call for pickup that service was completed was even actually before 2:00 pm. Fast efficient and courteous service from Stacy always when scheduling service!!

Definitely an upgrade of our 2017 Pilot. All black leather interior, driver memory settings. White exterior already getting good gas mileage. Haven't had this Pilot a month yet and we're still learning about all the extras. I had a Honda vehicle since 1988. Traded the old Honda in With 141,000 miles.

JIM LAIRD was a no presser sales person with good under standing & explaining every thing about the car. Jim was one of the best to make a deal with. But the title person ((John)) was a HIGH presser sales on third party warranty (service contract) Never told it wasn't a HONDA CARE CONTRACT which cost more & covered less then the Honda care contract on the internet. WHY WOULD A DEALERSHIP SALEING NEW & USED HONDA"S SALE THIRD PARTY SERVICE CONTRACTS. JIM LAIRD was good great person to work with & not part of the service contract. but why would Reineke dealership sell a lesser service contract over the better HONDA CARE SERVICE CONTRACT . MR REINEKE better rethink the decision of third party service contracts not explaining they have nothing to do with HONDA CARE. MR REINEKE CALL ME. Your dealership has my phone number.

No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

It's rare to find a car dealership/salesperson that is straightforward, honest, easy going, efficient, personable, knowledgeable, helpful and a joy to work with. Jared was all of these things. I purchased this 4Runner new, have only driven it moderatelybut far back into rarely ever traveled areas — definitelyfar away from any crowds. I do all maintenance myself, and there is extremely little of that. I have only replaced the original battery once. It handles very well in all situations. I did and strongly do recommend getting the factory high quality stabilizer system. Mine is a 4x4 Trail Edition and I ever so greatful for that. That provides truly complete 4 wheel drive but only when needed. Being a car mechanic when young, a Marine Colonel and a retired Professor of Plasma physics and Quantum Electrodynamics, I carefully studied all vehicles and options far in advance. The Toyota V-6 engine is famous for its extreme durability as is every part of the vehicle. I did, as a possibly excessive caution, replaced the perfectly good radiator with a larger, no–plastic radiator possessing far better transmission cooler. Also being a private airplane pilot for over 65 years, I have long ago learned to be pro-active rather than reactive. Silicone hoses and best quality German full synthetic oil in engine, transmission and both differentials. The European oil standards are far beyond American and aggressive testing has proven that beyond any doubt. I have also replaced the cheapy passenger car tires and wheels with full beadlock, wider, negative offset wheels (all 5) with Toyo 8-ply rated 275/75–17" tires (34"), improved the factory shocks with King 2-¾" shocks & springs, et al. Yes, I also designed & built high quality fore & aft stainless steel bumpers to carry an 10mt hydraulic winch and double swing out locking rear bumper to carry 3 20 liter NATO gas cans, high lift jack, 4 traction panels and the oversized spare tire. The driving and riding quality is genuinely wonderful. This vehicle will out live both my equally fantastic wife and myself, as well as the next series of owners. Just nothing ever goes wrong with it (full skid plates help). To date, I have never known of a more practical, pleasant, reliable vehicle, and we have gone to some very 'dicey' places without any fear of getting stuck or damaged. I honestly have never even heard of any vehicle remotely as reliable and comfortable even for long trips as the 4Runner. I had a 1987 4Runner but the 4 cylinder engine, while excellent, was just not powerful enough, although I did much prefer the standard 5 speed manual transmission over the current automatic transmission. In approximately 400,000 miles over 27 years, I only replaced the battery twice.

Had a big transmission issue after two years only, had it fixed with a huge discount. Other than that, I can say that this is my dream car. Performance, look, reliability, and above all safety ❤️
