I have never bought a car online before let alone bought a car without even seeing it or driving it. I saw a Bentley Flying Spur for sale at Chicago Auto Gallery. I called and spoke to a salesperson named Steve. From the first hello on the phone until we closed the deal and the car was shipped to me Steve was fantastic. He did everything possible to ensure that I was satisfied with the car and the deal. Now here's the extra part that I was even shocked at myself. Once I got the car, I drove it and after 5 miles some of the lights came on such as check engine, ride height, traction control and ABS. I was initially immensely pissed. I called Steve and said you might want to get ahold of that driver who delivered this car and tell him to take it back. Steve suggested I take it to a certified mechanic near me and have it looked at to see what was the problem. Apparently when one light goes off, it triggers more lights to activate. I had it looked at and to fix the car right it was going to be over $3000. Steve took care of it and the dealership paid the whole bill. In my mind that was the most solid thing to do and he did it. He could have argued and tried to avoid it or said no, you bought it, you fix it. They did not do that to me. I'm in Pittsburgh and they are in Chicago. I know I had rights and could have just sent it back but I wanted that car and they fixed it for me. Having now over 202,000 miles I can say this is a great car to own and drive. Friends never believe the mileage that is on the car because it rides and drives so amazing. The interior quality of materials and fitment are also exceptional and have held up perfectly over the years. These cars do require maintenance but if properly taken care of they will last a long time and be very reliable!

I've been a loyal Mitsubishi customer for over 20 years. And I've had a relationship with the service dept @ Biggers Mitsu since my local Schaumburg Mitsu dealership closed. I have been very happy with the service team since then. And now I wanted to upgrade my drive to an Outlander. I worked with Darien Ivery who was very personable and knowledgeable about the Outlander and answered all my questions and walked me through the buying process which was very straightforward. Also allowed me to take a couple of Outlanders for test drives. Also worked with Jim the credit manager to close the deal. He also was personable and put me at ease during all the forms requiring my initials and signatures. OVERALL, I give Darien and Biggers Mitsubishi an 11 out of 10. And look forward to working with them in the future.

We purchased this auto new - have never had a problem with the car. We keep it maintained on a regular basis and the only items we have replaced IN 8 YEARS have been wipers, tires and filters. PERIOD. Exceptional value, I usually replace cars ever 4 to 6 years. Simply no reason at this time to consider replacement. Had actually considered writing the CEO about the quality of their cars. Only wear is on my seat due to getting in and out of the vehicle.

Overall, the Mitsubishi Outlander was a good choice for my family with the third-row foldable seats which can be transformed and used for cargo. It offers a comfortable interior and lots of standard features. Great driving settings, only found in luxury vehicles like: - Eco Mode (Fuel efficient) - Sports Mode (Powerful V6 engine) - AWD Mode (Snow | all rough terrains, etc) Pros: - Affordable price compared to other similar models. - Use as a cargo space or convert to third row seat. - Well-equipped and comfortable ride. - Good handling with multiple driving settings. - Fuel efficient and easy to maintain. Cons: - Not the most stylish or exciting SUV on the market. - Average interior materials. - Low-end harness plastic covers.

David, made me feel welcome he's very friendly and informative. He answered any question I had and made the process of test driving and looking between 2 different vehicles easy and seamless. He treated me like someone he's known forever and even in a few moments of stress -nothing of which was their fault he let me take a few moments to myself and let me make a decision that was right for me. The moment I got the demo car onto the highway, I thought to myself, “I LOVE this car!” Which rarely happens. Good price for a good car not great but good. As a fairly wide-bodied retiree front sear comfort is on par with airline seats. Too narrow and hard. SUV looks good and runs good but for long trips no way.

Good gas mileage. Turbo model is peppy & surprisingly responsive. All wheel drive great in upstate NY winters. Very comfortable interior, enjoyable to drive, especially long trips.

Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.

I have a 2021, 2 door, Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Is it a decent vehicle - yes. Is it for everyone? Probably not. But if you like to drive with the roof off, don't mind bouncing around on the road a little bit....and it is bouncing around, ok with the wind noise, then this is the vehicle for you. The V6 engine is decent. Do the maintenance and it will be fine long term. I have the manual transmission. Works fine and makes it more enjoyable to drive. It is a very nimble vehicle, no problem on the highway, comfortable, and the noise is not that bad when travelling. Is it a vehicle I would drive in bitterly cold winters and icy roads - I am in Canada where winter is winter and -40 is real....nope I would not. However there are thousands of people around here that do. This vehicle is an acquired taste with a variety of uses, applications, and lots of strengths. Does it have many weaknesses - no not really. But you need to be sure why you have it, accept its nuances - which are not that bad, and enjoy it!! It is a fun vehicle to have especially in the summer when the sun is blazing!!!

I have a 2021 SEL. No problems thus far with 18,000 miles. The seats are the most comfy of any vehicle I’ve had. It has the fake leather ones. It’s all I need. I average 29 mpg but mostly drive in town.

Grant and Colleen were exceptional and had all my paper work ready for me to sign. When I test drove the car Colleen made sure I had a full tank of gas before leaving. Purchased used in July 2025. Great gas mileage. Smooth, quiet ride. I enjoy many of the features of this loaded model. But there are a few things that are slightly annoying. As the car slows down, it sounds like an emergency vehicle. I found myself looking around for a squad or an ambulance until I realized it was the engine whining. Second, the radio cuts in and out. Never had this problem on other vehicles. I live in a metropolitan area and have strong station signals. So this has me baffled. Fortunately I can sync my phone playlist and enjoy my favorite tunes. The weather is always lagging and sometimes reads cloudy when it’s pouring down rain. Lastly, I have not figured out how to cancel a destination on the map navigator. It also cannot find my address and has me going to a completely different town if I need to get home from an unfamiliar area. Maybe it needs an upgrade but was hoping that was automatic and cloud based.

Staff professional. I plan to come in when westmont calls to go over my car , it was a loaner and had little damage. Then I will go over the tech again with Jennifer.

This 2021 Nissan Rogue SL is a great car. It is very comfortable and loaded with features. I am very pleased with fuel efficiency. There has been no problems to report since I bought this car.

I bought myself a Christmas gift, a new CX5 SignatureTurbo the day after Christmas and I absolutely love it! I don't' know why I didn't get one sooner. I have always been a Toyota, Lexus guy, but I must say this classy vehicle beats the others. Why, let's start with the interior. Mazda makes some of the most beautiful interiors! Exteriors too!! The fit and finish are superb! The CX 5 is extremely quiet and smooth riding, and I can honestly say it is quieter than any Lexus I have had in the past. There is also the fun factor! If you haven't tried a Mazda, you need to. They are a driver's car and fun to drive. The trim level I have has the Bose system and has a beautiful surround sound. Crank up the volume and it's awesome! The safety features are excellent, and everything is conveniently located. There is no need in paying for other Luxury cars when you can get a Mazda and save thousands, and they are the best keep secret out there. Luxury, fun, good looks for much less. I am definitely staying in the Mazda family.

I am very happy with my purchase. I already owned a 2018 CX-5 and it never gave me any problems so I had no qualms about purchasing another Mazda. I went with the CX-50 Turbo Premium Plus for the horsepower and the extra perks (i.e. automatic folding mirrors, and I like that the side mirrors also turn down to see the curb when parking, front AND rear cameras, panoramic sun/moonroof, speed display in windshield, heated and ventilated cooling seats, and a 12-speaker Bose Stereo system). I love the extra power of the Turbocharged engine that my CX-5 doesn't have. The things I don't care for: 1) the retractable cargo cover (a $250 addl charge) doesn't attack to the lift (like my CX-5 does. It's much more convenient if it's attached so there's no pulling it out each time you need to put something in the trunk; 2) I don't like that I have to turn off the automatic shut off of the engine at stops and that I have to turn it off every time I get in the car. I'd like there to be an option to turn it off indefinitely unless and until I want to turn it on; 3) I would also love it if the driver and front passenger seats raised a bit higher. I'm not short but I would feel more comfortable if the seat height lifted another couple of inches. Overall, I really love my car. The steering is tight and the ride is more comfortable than I expected, and the inside of the cab is quiet and the stereo is premium. The seats are attractive with the light colored stitching to accent the seats. Because of all the features in my model, I got a lot of bang for my buck as opposed to a more expensive car costing $20K more for all the same features with Mazda reliability as well as more reasonable/affordable maintenance costs. I had a BMW several years ago and, once out of warranty, the maintenance is ridiculously costly. Additionally, the service department at the dealership where I purchased my car is top notch and the transparency for maintenance is appreciated! In the last 7 years of owning a Mazda, I have never had a bad experience.

This my 4th Nissan Rogue, and it's the only car I'll buy. I have NEVER had any problems with it, or any that I have owned. I have taken trips across country with it, with great gas mileage and comfortable to drive. It handles well, has plenty of get up and go, easy on the wallet, and very reliable.

I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.
