My experience with the dealership was excellent.
My experience with the dealership was excellent. They have a large inventory of vehicles to choose from. When I arrived, all of the salespeople were busy with other customers, however they allowed me to test drive the vehicle I was interested in and take it to lunch while the sale floor cleared. The purchasing process was excellent with all staff being accommodating, professional, and kind through the entire process. I like that their vehicles are priced right to begin with and that the process is streamlined in a way that does not waste time - other dealers tend to drag out the bottom line with many visits to the sales manager to work the best deal when they know at the onset if they can meet the bottom line deal. My salesperson, Jeff Allen, made this experience easy and seamless. I would definitely recommend Wiscasset Ford to friends and family based on my experience with them.
2022 Mazda CX-5 2.5 S Premium Plus Package review
Love our Mazdas!
We have owned our 2022 CX-5 Turbo for 10 moths and it is a great vehicle. Our previous SUV was an Acura RDX Advance. It too was great but this Mazda is of a higher quality and $10-$15,000 less when purchased new. Every once in a while the doors don’t lock when I walk away (I have it set up to do so) and that is the only issue I have had in 10 months and 10,000 miles. I highly recommend any Mazda product. We also own a ‘21 Miata RF, have owned several Miatas along with a Mazda6 Signature and a CX-9 Grand Touring. All have been great vehicles.

My husband and I moved from Ohio to Maine and my lease was up on my 2019 Forester. We stopped in at Bath Subaru thinking that we would not be taking a new car home. Jeff and Ben spent time with us. They happened to have one new Forester on the lot and we ended up with a new car and a new lease. It was a pleasant experience. When I contacted Ben at a later date to ask questions on the remote start I was treated exceptionally well and we got issues resolved. Bath Subaru will be a part of our car experiences while we are here in Maine. Our dealership in N. Olmsted, Ohio was the same way. Thank you to Subaru for the experienced personnel they have. Too early to be sure of reliability, but my previous 4 subarus were great. I came here to say how much I like this new purchase, a used '24. Great cruise features. Good power & performance (2.5L) so I'm happy with the CVT. I just love it. They're still a bit lighter and noisier than the outback/legacy versions.
