bought this car used from a dealer,I am a Lincoln guy always bought Lincolns this buy far is the best Lincoln I have owned,smooth driving nice interior and exterior is very nice,the reserve model has all the bells and whistles just love it had to replace the rear shocks at one point but al was covered by warranty other than that I like this car just the right size and good on gas with this 4 cylinder engine and has enough power with the turbo engine really pretty quick on take off and on the road .

This is the right car for the right buyer. The UX best suits an older, or young couple WITHOUT kids. It is a classy daily driver that will give you excellent gas mileage (ours gets 32mpg to date). It is the most affordable Lexus, but it handles remarkably well. Acceleration is about 0-60 in 8 sec, which is soft, but that's not what this car is about. Take it for a long test drive in curvy hills, on freeways, on bumby roads. You'll know if it is wrong for you, or perfect, as it is for us.

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! The reason we use resources like Cars.com is to avoid the typical in person experience of buying a new car. I initially emailed SF Honda in regards to a vehicle I saw listed on Cars.com Surprisingly they replied back saying it was a glitch on the website and the vehicle was actually no longer available. I was looking more so for a year older vehicle yet still new. They were prompt to reply and let me know so at least the waiting and wondering wasn't a problem. I replied back and made a straight forward offer on a different vehicle. Surprisingly once again they replied and agreed on it despite me having my doubts. After that replies between emails were prompt. We settled on the price and I came in soon after. Nothing was changed as far as pricing from what was originally discussed in emails. It was a smooth despite long process. The facility is nice with a big space despite being in busy downtown San Francisco area. Parking is difficult but they accommodated me to park in the areas not really designated for the public. I had already came in with a preapproval from my bank, but found it strange I had to fill out another credit check? Almost seemed like they were trying to get me a better rate and to go with their in house lending. I did ask why, but they said it was protocol? I did still end up using my bank. Our sales person Vanessa Velasquez was accommodating and answered my questions that I had presented regarding the additions on the paperwork when it came down to purchasing the vehicle. Overall it was a smooth process and I really have no complaints. The overall staff from our sales consultant Vanessa to the finance manager have a consistent attitude of "straight forward" To some that might not be good enough as some customers want more of the soft happy go lucky attitude. Here at SF Honda, the do signs of it, but not overly done like most dealerships. Again, some will hate it, others don't mind. I personally didnt mind because in the end, it comes down to agreeing on a price. Vanessa was not push on options that I wanted removed. Our finance manager when it came down to almost closing on the vehicle also had to push other add ons which I'm sure they have to do. But did not ridicule or do high pressure tactics when ultimately I declined them. Everyone I dealt with was very professional. Probably more professional than personable as I mentioned above with the straight forward attitude. Vanessa did crack a smile every now and then, but she was definitely more passive, which I prefer. While our finance manager who helped on closing and doing all the paperwork was definitely more aggressive. Still, both did not exceed any boundaries to turn things into high pressure sales situation. The facility was clean, very open, which is rare and ironic these days in a city like San Francisco where real estate is usually very tight and small. They have plenty of inventory off site close by. Clean restrooms, and a nice waiting area with coffee machine that you can help yourself with. Our sales consultant Vanessa had actually got us refreshments while we were sitting down with her going over the details. I don't buy new cars often so this is a rare situation, but I had no problem and was satisfied with my experience. San Francisco Honda is very professional. A perk of purchasing here especially if you are coming from out of town is you can spend time in the city.

Good handling car in all weather. Blind spots in back causes me to pay extra attention to people coming up on my sides. Great mileage if you avoid excessive speed. Quite riding vehicle.

I came to the dealership in hopes of getting a deal on a Honda Civic. I bought my current car from them and got a great deal. I couldn't get the car at the price I wanted so no purchase was made. I came here because they are up front with everything and the dealership doesn't load the car up with dealer add ons which increases the purchase price substantially. Even thou I didn't make a purchase, I appreciate their no pressure up front dealings.

Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.

THE FIRST THING I HAVE TO MENTION IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED HERE.. I CAME IN LOOKING FOR A SMALL CARGO VAN FOR MY COMPUTER REPAIR BUSINESS. THE COMMERCIAL MANAGER BRIAN CAME DOWNSTAIRS AND EXPLAINED EVERY REASON I SHOULD PURCHASE WHAT I DID INSTEAD OF ANY OTHER COMPARABLE VAN ON THE MARKET. IT SEEMED MORE LIKE TALKING TO A OLD FRIEND THEN SOME ONE JUST TRYING TO MAKE A SALE. HE SHOWED GENUINE INTEREST IN MAKING SURE I GOT THE FEATURES I NEEDED AND WANTED AND MADE THIS WHOLE THING AN OVERALL EASY PURCHASE. THANK YOU YOU GUYS I WILL DEFINITELY BE RECOMMENDING THEM TO ANYBODY I KNOW LOOKING FOR A NEW CAR .....

Admittedly, have not had this vehicle for very long, but I am very impressed. And I am difficult to impress. Previous vehicle was an ‘18 RAM 1500 with V8 Hemi. It was fun, powerful, loud, and I enjoyed sitting up high. Two weeks in the Ariya, and I don’t miss it. I have the AWD version, and this thing moves at the frequency I think. I mean, you see a space in traffic you want to get to, check blind spots and BAM, you’re there. Handling is crisp and tight, remaining so at highway speeds. Bumps handled like a luxury mobile of 2X the cost. Cabin is quiet, spacious, and does not feel cheap. Tons of features, power everything. Screen bootup is rapid and has my tunes going by the time I’m buckled in and have my glasses switched to my sunglasses. Heads up display tells everything I need, and well positioned. Charging so far has not been an issue in the least. Installed a ChargePoint charger in my garage, and it’s easily setup and controlled through their app, so it charges on schedule according to my utility provider’s preferred charge time, giving me a break on the electricity used to charge it. All told, I’ve spent $6 over 2 weeks and 500 miles. Truck would have cost me a tank, or 30 gallons of gas for same distance.

I had searched long and hard for a 2011 Mercedes Benz E350 BlueTec. They are rare and hard to find in a good quality car. When one that looked like an excellent candidate surfaced in the cars.com search engine, the people at Mercedes-Benz of San Francisco went above and beyond to get us the information we asked for and needed to make an informed decision about the car. The staff worked after hours to secure our confidence that this car was the one I had been looking for, so I made the 300 mile drive on a Sunday to make it happen. I was greeted warmly and everyone there was professional, efficient and they treated me with courtsey and respect. The car was all it was advertised to be and even more, and the decision to purchase was an easy one. They assisted me in finding financing at favorable terms. After the sale an associate spent nearly an hour with me teaching me how to use all the features of my new car. If there was anything at all I was dissapointed with, it would be the offer extended for my trade-in. However, it was not out of line with what I had been offered by other dealers. The dealership is a beautiful building with a bright and inviting atmosphere. In summary, I am very, very pleased with my new E Class, and I would highly recommend Mercedes Benz of San Francisco to anyone shopping for a car. I had a great experience and feel like I got an excellent value for the car I purchased.

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

We purchased a CPO C250 from a nice sales lady named Veronica Cheung the other day. She is fair, patience and professional, She made a stressful process a pleasant one. Although the detailing job of the C250 was not perfect, there are quite a few slight "noticeable defects"....worn-out volume switch on the steering wheel, dried excessive wax on cravasses of the body, some chipped paints, dusts on some internal area...etc. With the assurance of the Purchasing Manager and Veronica, I am sure all these minor things will be taken care of when I bring my car in when the promised part arrives. Kudo to The Mercedes Benz of San Francisco managment team, you folks really understand what Great Customer Service is ! PS. The ladies at the reception desk are very pleasant and helpful too, excellent first impression!
