STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! It was my old cars time to go (Gloria) at work my coworker brought up CarMax as he just got a new pickup truck from them. My partner and I scheduled an appointment for a viewing Wednesday the 6th. So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

Like the look and has plenty of power we have the v6 option The interior is very comfortable with all the bells and whistles you can appreciate. We traded in a Liberty and the ride is so much smoother.

Great first brand new car. I have seen these with 300k+ miles 2022 and 2023 miles. I got max loaded 2024 SEL or GT Premium Model. All wheel control is awesome in snow, I have seen people saying its better or even up to par with Subaru's symmetric AWD.

Other than battery replacement , car has been amazing ! 1 exception cup holders are located too far aft and require driver to look down to locate cup without removing eyes from road ! This issue has been partially addressed in later years by offsetting passengers holder slightly forward of drivers, but still awkward position ! both should be more forward nearer to dash !

Extremely stable and smooth ride. Good sound system. Ready availability of dealers, service, parts, etc.. Quite comfortable seating. Very extensive owner's manual. Very effective safety features.

Freeman motor with their sales consultant, Renee Figueroa, in Salem location was the best dealership I have ever had a deal with them. Professional, clear and honest dealing process. They offer mostly European vehicle that are great in shape and function. I found this dealer just on my way from CA to Seattle after not satisfying with CA dealership behavior. The purchase was quick and easy. I normally take my car to pre-purchase inspection before buying any vehicle but this time I didn’t get there since Freeman motors has its own professional shop. Drove this '22 Rav4 throughout the US SW for over 3000 miles in 2 weeks without any problems and averaged 30+ mpg. Went through CO, UT, NV, CA, AZ, NM. Pleasant to drive and certainly comfortable enough. I have no complaints at the moment, and it doesn't have the CVT!

Great stability on the road, very quiet drive. Same maintenance as an ES350 my insurance remains the same, even though I have a small SUV you can't beat that. LUXURY ON A BUDGET

I have close to 3,000 miles after 2 months on the X-Line Prestige trim. My previous vehicle was a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek, so I wanted a vehicle that would allow me to get through some less-than-ideal roads to trailheads on the weekends, with a combination of ground clearance and AWD when needed, as well as use minimal gas (if any) on my daily commutes to the office. The vehicle handles similar to the Crosstrek, in that it is comfortable to ride in, but it does have a little more "sway" and "bounce" in the suspension when going around curves. The engine has similar pickup, even with the electric engine assist. In EV mode, it definitely does not have the aggressive acceleration that the Chevrolet Bolt has. It is fast enough to not be a merging danger on highways, but definitely feels soft. If you are in hybrid mode with the engine running, you can feel a more immediate response when pushing on the accelerator. The technology is well ahead of anything I have been involved with. The Crosstrek had eyesight safety technology, but the Sportage has much more, including very helpful blind-spot cameras. The adaptive cruise control is as good as the Crosstrek, although there is an annoying delay between when you lift your foot off the accelerator and when the vehicle takes over the acceleration. The speed drops several MPH and then picks back up, causing a rubber-band bounce feel. Unlike the Crosstrek though, the spacing between vehicles is consistent and excellent. There is so much technology that it can be initially overwhelming, so it is best to learn it as you drive over the course of a week or three. The odd choice that Kia made as to where to put the data port for your mobile is a bit annoying. There is one data port and the rest of charge-only ports, two of which are USB-C ports built into the side of the front seats, which are convenient for both front and back seat passengers. Since I use Android Auto always when driving, you have to get a very short cable to plug in to your mobile device, or it won't sit flat in the compartment. A better setup would have been built-in wireless Android Auto/Apple CarPlay, which would allow you want lay your phone unimpeded on the charging pad that is built right under the data port. The EV-only mode has been consistently getting me around 34 miles, just enough to get me to my office parking garage where I can recharge it fully during the day. If I only use it for commuting I could basically never use the gasoline up in the tank. When you are in hybrid mode on a fast highway, don't expect to get much more than 34-36 MPG, because the vehicle is heavy riding on 19" tires. If you keep it at 60 or below, you will see the MPG shoot much higher up into the 50s. I keep it in Eco mode all the time. I did pay the extra $500 for the matte paint which makes the vehicle look great and unique, but you do have to take special precautions with it when washing the car, otherwise you it will show every nick and scrape.

2022 Toyota RAV4 LE. I purchased this SUV new in 2022. It is the second RAV4 in our family of two. My wife purchased her 2018 RAV4 Hybrid limited new in 2018. She has depended on and enjoyed her SUV for 4 years now. Her experience influenced my decisions to buy a Toyota RAV4.

Our Kona SEL is stunning to look at. The included technology in the car and the app make it so enjoyable. It is so quiet when driving. We only have 572 miles on it and MTN VIEW HYUNDAI will check on it at 1000 miles. Great warranty too. This replaces a 2006 PT Cruiser. We are very happy with this car and dealership!

I purchased my first car 59 years ago and have purchased many more through the years. Our experience dealing with Sami was professional, polite and overall a very pleasant experience. There was not a lot of back and forth, we felt we received a good deal on the vehicle we purchased and fair value for our trade in - and it was very close to the fastest deal we have ever made. As we were leaving (in our new car) my wife actually said that she couldn't remember buying a new car with less stress.

We love all the techie features. It remembers my seating settings so I don’t have to mess with the seat every time I drive it. It’s good on gas & stereo system is awesome. Also has pretty good giddyup and go when you need it.

Only driven about 350 miles but so far it's been great. Coming from a vehicle with the typical audio and HVAC controls there was a learning curve but it wasn't an issue for me. I like the distinctive styling and creature comforts like heated steering wheel and seats. Still getting the hang of the backup camera and how the lines relate to the actual position of the vehicle.
