WOW, this was absolutely the best experience ever. I picked a car out online. Got pre-qualified. Got a call in 5 minutes, got completely approved in minutes. And a rate that surprised me bigtime. Thet scheduled me an appointment for yest drive. It was waiting for me. Gavin, Jennifer, and Nicole were awesome. Made me feel special. I saw other customers also being treated amazing. Driving over a year now, comfortable ride. Many features on the Black Edition. Automatic headlights, wipers, panoramic roof, heated seats, wiper defroster, heat/ AC works very well. Car has standard headlight washer...long hold or after so many windshield washings... just a few. Only drawback! The integrated navigation..used TOMTOM that is very poor feature. Unable to have an update. Map has trouble accurately find places...if local destination..gives location sometimes in other places or even states.

I did an extensive research on Japanese SUV’s and I kept coming back to the Mazda CX5. This vehicle is beautiful inside and out and is amazingly smooth and quiet. It also has really good handling and plenty of power even with the 4 cylinder. I think Mazda gives the best bang for the buck of all the Japanese car brands. I highly recommend the Mazda CX5.

Was helpful; answered my questions. Wish CarMax would put the exact Ford exterior color on their descriptions i.e. instead of red provide actual color rapid red or race red or hot chili pepper red. Same for interior so customers know what they are looking at.

Waited a long time to go from a 2010 to a 2020 XC60. There is no comparison to the fit, comfort, and digital experience. The stereo is outstanding. Like night and day. And I really like the older XC60!

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

I needed a 60k mile service, a tire/wheel looked at, and a noise checked out. It was very easy to make an appointment at a time that was convenient for me, and they reserved a loaner for me without me asking. Both Matt in service and the person who helped with the loaner (I can?t remember his name) were very helpful and easy to work with. I drive 20 min out of my way, past another Volvo dealership, to use Northpoint.

Love this suv however when driving just a half hour the dash screen went black with a message “infotainment system cooling” restarted the car but no change. This had to be a recall but can’t find any info. Poor quality in an expensive car. Service department at dealer won’t answer their phone. Hoping they will call back

This is my second CX-5. This first was a 2016 I bought in 2019 and loved tremendously and then it was totaled when I was rear-ended by someone texting and driving during Covid. I drove a sort of hand-me-down Jeep for a while during the weird Covid period when everything was uncertain but knew I wanted another CX-5 as soon as I felt financially comfortable. The car is extremely comfortable, handles well and has a beautiful streamlined and simply classic look. My partner who is a die-hard Mercedes snob even loves it!

Q5 is a very comfortable & great performance vehicle. The Prestige model has options that other manufacturers only wish for & gets great gas mileage street & highway .

Purchased pre owned with 56k miles. Everything seems to be great thus far. The only thing is I’m not sure the AC actually works as I normally keep it set to the “Auto” function. And when the temperature got up a little warmer than normal it didn’t seem to make the adjustment.

Great car. It has too many amenities to mention. The only downside is the dealership is not prepared with a good service department, so we were mandated to seek another. The car is great around town and also on the Highway. This is our 4th Genesis, so that should say it all.

30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

We looked at Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, and Mazda and selected the Mazda CX-5. Honda and Toyota have priced themselves out of the middle-class budget, and Nissan’s Achilles Heel is their very brittle CVT transmission. Mazda is by far the best-looking, has AWD as standard equipment (a $1,200 to $1,500 option on other brands), easy-to-read gauges and dash, nice sound system, soft-touch dash and doors usually found only on “premium” brands, the best price, and the most beautiful factory color on the road: Soul Red. Our family has owned vehicles from all 5 companies, and have been totally happy with our problem-free CX-3. Anyone looking to buy a compact crossover should consider the CX-5.
