This was the 8th Acura we've purchased from Acura of Auburn. This is easily the best dealership we've ever dealt with. In fact, the vehicle that I traded in was a Lexus and I gave the local Lexus dealership first chance at a trade in and pricing on a new version of the vehicle I was trading in. After the Lexus dealership played the let me go check with my manager game for a little over two hours, they did come up with a fairly good price that I was just about to sign off on. Then the sales rep, Chris, told me that I'd have to wait at the dealership for another couple hours for their finance manager to have time to put the deal together for me to sign. I said I'd return sometime later in the day, which he didn't seem to want me to leave. I then stopped by Acura of Auburn and told Nate and Ken about the deal offered by Lexus, asked about a test drive in the ADX, and left my trade for them to look at. I came back from my test drive, we talked about what they thought they could do, and within 5 minutes we had a deal. No games, no deception, no pressure, just really friendly and fair treatment in a fraction of the time I spent with Lexus. I then called the local Lexus dealership back and informed Chris that I was going elsewhere and he basically snapped at me, saying I wasted his time? I think he may have gotten that one backwards:) From that point Johnny took over and was absolutely awesome in terms of taking care of everything and setting up an appointment for pick up. At pick up, I signed the paperwork with Erica, who is so very nice, friendly, and efficient, she fits in perfectly at this 5 star dealership. Pick up went great and I've had the ADX for 4 days now and couldn't be happier. Once again, this was the 8th Acura our family has purchased from Acura of Auburn and my wife and I have decided we will not torture ourselves anymore by going to any other car dealership. Nobody does it better that Acura of Auburn and that's where all of our future automobile business will go. Off the lot, amazing! I call it Dino.. because it’s eco green and it has an antenna! I have purchased a few vehicles off the lot. Dino is cool. Well I did like my Chevy S10- bench seat, was the best I ever bought off the lot! Jeep Patriot 2015 an amazing vehicle as well!

Generally the styling is nice, you really can see where the older Escape was used as the basis for this vehicle. The interior is nice and comfortable. Ford missed the mark on storage. The dead space behind the screen, as one example. You can buy a bin that will fit very nicely in that spot. Mileage has been good. Road noise can be a little much as times, and the ride can get a little jittery at speed. There is an odd shudder between 35 and 40mph, that the service tech said is from "cylinder deactivation". Ford and other manufacturers have had this technology for a long time. Seems hard to believe that Ford would screw it up. Was told that it happens in Eco or Normal mode. In Sport mode it's less noticeable, and doesn't really effect the mileage that much. Tried it, didn't see much of a difference. Other issue is legroom in the back seat. I'm 6'4" (and it's surprisingly easy for me to get in and out), but I need to have the seat back a bit. Leaves very little room for a back seat passenger. Overall, pretty good vehicle. Hopefully in the next gen, they'll correct some of these issues.

I dealt with John and Bill and had a great experience buying my truck from Place. Very laid back atmosphere with low pressure buying process and no deceptive tactics used like so many other dealerships. Prices were fair for my new purchase as well as my trade without needing to do a bunch of arduous negotiating. Their service department has been great to me on multiple occasions as well, with fair labor rates and quick turnarounds.

I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

I had a issue with may keep machines Metro and spoke with Jayson..he was very professional and helpful...made things very easy...after my car was looked at I had the pleasure of dealing with Orlando...he was so helpful as also professional...he and Jayson set me up with a courtesy ride back to work and later in the day Orlando made sure the driver came and picked me up to get my car..Both of them made my life so easy.....

I love my little JEEP compass! It’s runs well and is perfect for me and my needs! Holds all the baseball gear and more in the trunk!

Such a great experience buying a car from Charlie at Shamrock Motors. Within 24 hours we were driving it off the lot. The no hassle prices made the purchase less stressful and Charlie was so fun to work with. Next time we are in the market for a car Shamrock will be the first place we look!

I've owned my Lincoln for almost 3 years. My Lincoln has never failed me. My Lincoln moved us from Colorado to S.Carolina pulling a 5x8 cargo trailer. My Lincoln was a champ we were dodging hurricane weather so we hit flooded areas. I would definitely tell you the Lincoln MKC is a great all around SUV.

E-Pace is a great SUV - classy but functional, spunky as it looks - 0 to 60mph in no time - and it certainly doesn’t hurt to have the “Jaguar” cat insignia staring at everyone behind you on the highway...Envy.

Although I did not end up buying a vehicle from Shelby Motor Cars, they have a fairly wide selection of cars with high mileage which was what I was looking for. When you put money down on a vehicle, make sure it is very clear what is to be fixed on the Buyer's Order and ensure everything was done before accepting delivery. My salesman was Peter, he did not return one phone call and my interest started slipping then. I spoke to another salesman, Mo(?), who told me dealer policy is money cannot be EFT'd into dealership's account, so I'd had enough and that killed the deal right there. There seem to be many phone numbers associated with the dealership which is great, but they ALL go unanswered, so what's the point? Again, the cars are what's important, and the vehicles they carry are as good as can be expected with the mileage. If you're on a budget, this appears to be a decent place to go. Apparently you must be willing to be persistent, which I was not.

Love this SUV! It's futuristic exterior design caught my attention! Purchased brand new currently has 78,000. PROS: Extremely reliable and comfortable, quick, well-built, faux leather seats (much easier to take care of than leather), Sleek and sporty design, modern - NO wood interior! In 2015 Lexus accomplished what no other car maker ever did - All of their cars received the highest reliability rating! Had many cars and the NX is by far is the best! CONS: Touchy & frustrating mouse pad - jumps all over the place, display screen too small, requires premium gas, old and out of place analog clock.

I have bought many cars from Uxbridge Auto and it has always been a great experience. In my many years of car driving and ownership, I have rarely had a better vehicle than my 2019 Jeep Compass Latitude. It has been reliable, comfortable, fun to drive and, for its' size and type, very good on gas. In April, I will have been driving "Lattie"for 5 years. My upkeep has been minimal. She is pretty and still looks new. This vehicle is such a pleasure to drive. Handling and response are excellent. Controls are super easy to manage and absolutely love the heated seat and steering wheel. On a long trip, it is very comfortable (yes, I have ridden in the back seat, too) and fuel economy was just great...fully loaded with air-conditioner on and travelling at highway speeds gave me 30+ mpg. Really can't complain. My Neon didn't do any better. This is a great vehicle. Oh, and I had leased it new, and purchased it when the lease was up..that's how good this car is!

10 out of 5 stars! Charlie is beyond amazing! He was professional, trustworthy, down to earth, and communicative. He estimated a financial deal that was great and then beat it! Next time we want a vehicle, we're going to Charlie! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I fell in love with my GMC Terrain when I test drove it and have not lost that loving feeling! I have received tons of compliments on it.

I brought my Honda HRV in for service today and it suffered a minor problem, which they immediately reported to me. As it was their responsibilty, they replaced the tire and performed the service " no charge." This is integrity. I certainly would buy a used car from them.

This vehicle is good to have it. The only thing I don't like it, is sucking too much Gas other than that I didn't have any issues so far

Honda crv is good transportation. Honda makes terrible electronics. The information system is faulty The multifunction camera is crap If you just need to get from point a to b. Honda will get you there

driving now 1 1/2 years. still love it. 59,000 mi. rec. chang rear end oil. mine had broken bits of gear. much better now. leaks from windsheld area, gotta work on that. overall still jeep'n--- please stop putting ducks on my jeep

Purchased new in 2015. Have only done 1 repair in 129k, which was fixing oil leak at oil filter housing. Solid car, great in rain and snow. Thoroughly enjoy this car

My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

Took a two hour drive to look at a car so it was a risky venture considering horror stories you hear other dealers. They had the car I came to see, we made a quick deal with easy negotiations and I only needed to make one more trip back to the dealership to pick up the car. I mentioned a few things that I noticed seemed off a little and the issues were fixed before I picked up the car even though I didn’t demand it. The tank wasn’t full of gas so Gary gave me $20 extra to make up for it. He also had prompt responses to about 20 emails from me. I would highly recommend buying from Meadows!

I have had this 2019 Cadillac xt4 for 6 years… during the 4th year someone hit me… the 5 years someone hit me… then I started having issues… I argued with the people at Larson Cadillac about my warranty and the didn’t one to honor it because I had 1 oil change somewhere else besides Cadillac… but I put my attorney on them and got my warranty granted…now it been about 8 months later now my check engine light is back on saying engine speed reduced… so I don’t know what’s the problem…

I bought a used 2020 Ford escape hybrid titanium with 33,000 miles. I came from a 2015 X3 and I am surprised how well this car handles and feels firmly planted. I love the electric driving at slow speeds and you can hear the gas engine come on and it’s louder than my BMW, but I am still pleasantly surprised by the low level of road noise at highway speeds. Mine is Persian green, which is rare, and absolutely beautiful after I waxed it. The exterior is pretty good, considering its price range, and the interior is subpar with the hard plastic on the doors, but overall, the controls are very intuitive, easily reachable, and after I learned how to use all the options, my favorite feature is the adaptive cruise control with stop and go and lane centering. The car basically just drives itself, even in the city at low speeds. I just have to make the turns and stop at red lights and stop signs if there is no car in front of me. I also love the short stopping distances with the brakes, which feel great and confidence-inspiring, and the steering actually feels better than in my BMW, which was too light at highway speeds. Another feature that sold me was how much legroom there is in the backseat, especially the fact that you can recline the backseat a little bit and also push it a few inches back to create more legroom. There is definitely more legroom in the front and back than in my BMW, even though my BMW was a few inches longer than this car. I love the look of the RAV4 hybrid XLE and it has more cargo room, but if you check the user reviews, you’ll see that the Escape hybrid actually beats it in mpg and in my area, I would’ve paid $8k - $9k more for a similar used RAV4 so I felt like the Escape hybrid was a better value overall. I rarely buy extended warranties with cars, but I did with this one since it was such a good deal at only $4000 but it gave me seven years of extended coverage and up to 80,000 more miles, whichever comes first. Considering how tariffs will affect car part pricing and car repair bills, I thought this was a an exceptional value, just like the car itself. I’ve only had it for three weeks, but I am really enjoying driving the car and seeing how little gas it sips.
