Cannot say enough good things about Werner and my experience. In March I got a new Cx-30, Tucker was great in helping match a package that fit my needs and ordered me in the car. Less than 2 months later I was rear ended and 7 weeks later the car was deemed a total loss. Tucker was then able to re-order me the same exact car, package and colors and it came in within a week, with the same great deal. Perfect car! Traded in my CX-30, which was a wonderful car, but I wanted better visibility and more backseat space. The CX-5 ticks all the boxes: reasonable price, driving comfort, beautiful interior, smart dial system to use with the screen (which makes driving much safer than a touchscreen), plenty of cargo space without feeling too large, All Wheel Drive, and fun to drive. And some luxury options even on the lower trims.

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

We have owned our 2022 CX-5 Turbo for 10 moths and it is a great vehicle. Our previous SUV was an Acura RDX Advance. It too was great but this Mazda is of a higher quality and $10-$15,000 less when purchased new. Every once in a while the doors don’t lock when I walk away (I have it set up to do so) and that is the only issue I have had in 10 months and 10,000 miles. I highly recommend any Mazda product. We also own a ‘21 Miata RF, have owned several Miatas along with a Mazda6 Signature and a CX-9 Grand Touring. All have been great vehicles.

A Truly Pleasant and Honest Car-Buying Experience I was feeling really upset this morning because of a dealership that kept changing the price, but then I happened to find a car that caught my eye on a website. Then I made an appointment at Merchants Auto for a test drive. At first, the place looked a bit quiet, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. But from the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how friendly, professional, and proactive everyone was. There was about a $3,000 difference between the price I saw online and the one initially quoted at the dealership. I mentioned this and also showed them an offer I had received from another dealership the day before. I told them that if they could match that deal, I’d sign right away. They worked hard for nearly an hour — checking different options, running numbers — and finally made it happen. I signed the paperwork and made the down payment on the spot. Even better, the finance rate they offered was about half of what another Boston-area dealership had quoted me, which helped offset that $3,000 difference. What impressed me most was that the price we agreed on during negotiation was exactly the same when it came time to sign the papers — no hidden fees, no surprises. It was a bit of a drive to get there, but it was absolutely worth it. I’m genuinely happy with my purchase and the entire experience. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely come back here when it’s time to replace my wife’s car!

I have a 2021 SEL. No problems thus far with 18,000 miles. The seats are the most comfy of any vehicle I’ve had. It has the fake leather ones. It’s all I need. I average 29 mpg but mostly drive in town.

She answered all of my questions about costs, discounts, etc... and validated all of my concerns especially with the available financing options. Jazz was able to transfer all the information needed to make an absolutely incredible deal. I loved my conversations with Michelle and the stress free signing of the paperwork with Jazz. Their bringing the car to NH for registration was quick and easy and also a another great part of the car buying experience. This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. My door handle on my hatchback has been repaired and replaced two times and now is gone again. It is a 2017 Wolfsburg and I am not pleased with the cost of 1200. I wouldn’t mind but they are only lasting two years. Ridiculous. Can’ use my hatchback.

I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

My first car from an auto manufacturer in Japan. I really like everything about it! It's brand new - so no problems. The only thing I wish was better is that the computer takes a very long time to boot up. It's not instant when you start the car. Sometimes I have to wait to turn on the AC and other features.

I love my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek! It's great in all weather conditions, which is one of the main reasons I bought it. I live in the Buffalo area and I needed a good car for the snowy winters. It's roomy enough to hold plenty of luggage and even my dog's large crate but easy to maneuver and park. I love all the safety features and special features such as the large media display.

Have been shopping for a truck for a week. Though I did not ultimately purchase a vehicle at Neat, my experience with Louis made this dealership my top pick among the 7 or 8 that I visited. I had narrowed my purchase down to two very different options - a higher mileage 4 cylinder at Neat and a lower miles 6 cylinder in a higher price point at another dealership. Louis sat down with me to look at both options, and encouraged me that the other vehicle appeared to be a great deal. He talked through the potential trade-offs without any pressure, and even after it became clear that I was leaning toward the V6 he continued to spend time to help me understand the complications with the Tacoma frame recall which affected both purchases. He also gave me a number of references for folks who could help out with my purchase of the other vehicle, for modifications I was interested in making. Louis is knowledgable, generous and clearly puts his customer first. Neat will be my first stop for my next purchase.

Bought used in 2018. Car has been incredibly reliable. Besides one brake job, one set of tires, and one battery I have not done anything except oil changes. Not even a taillight.

Very attractive, spacious, and cozy car with a lovely, elegant interior. It uses gas really well. The three-cylinder engine is one of the best in its class, producing 200 horsepower and 225 torque, so don't be deceived. Try high-octane gas; it will increase your mpg and make driving more enjoyable. CVT Plus is incredibly dependable and seamless. These are high-quality cars made in Japan. I hope this is useful.

I bought the car with 90,000 on the odometer. The car, when got on it hard, would start hesitating, and struggle to accelerate. The CVT transmission is defiantly a critter to get used to. The biggest negative thing I found about the car is that it noisy on the interstate. A lot of road noise in the cab to the point I have to turn the radio way up! After repairing the hesitation issue, and ignoring the CVT quirks, the car is very reliable.

I am very pleased with my Rogue. It is a 2019 that I purchased with 13K. I think the styling is very good and the interior is roomy. I'm 6' and my brother is 6-2 and we both have plenty of headroom in the front or the back. The turning radius is very good. Only downside (which I don't care about) is the acceleration is only mediocre. Overall, highly recommended.
